You get great service as soon as you enter the door.It reminds me of the old old time hardware stores where there's plenty of help and great service. Was able to get everything I needed for my job. I would highly recommend it! Even if the prices are a little higher.

This place is a shining example of what customer service should look like. First time ever in the store. We had two people helping us tonight and they even took us up to the warehouse to show us some things they didn't have out on the floor. They gave us personal attention and they were friendly and knowledgeable. You won't get this kind of service in your big box stores. We'll definitely be going back.

Usually has that hard to find part youve been looking for all over. Can be a little more expensive than the box store, but the sale prices are good and the staff is always helpful.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great hometown store and they have just about anything you need and if they dont they will get it. Prices are a little high but, the convenience is money well spent.

Usually more expensive than other places but they have the best staff around. No store in the area has friendlier people working for them. Need a special blend of paint? Just see Moe. Best in the business when it comes to paint and color blending. Cashiers are great and will learn your name after a few visits.

If you need the correct advice and the part or product to fix it they have it or will get it, you want to waste a day running to lows and back with the wrong part, not understand what your getting into that fine, but knowledge, and convenience trumps a 2 dollar difference every time!

Naylor's has water treatment specialists in the back of the store. We had a serious issue with iron in our water which tasted and smelled horrible. It also was staining everything. We dropped off a water sample and got an immediate response. Roger Ashby answered our call and was at our home the next day to install a new filtration system. Roger was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything we needed to know in detail and was patient about answering all of our questions. He did a very professional and NEAT installation of our system. Above all, IT WORKS GREAT! WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roger and the folks at Naylor's.

Great hardware store. Contract services available and good but are pricey. Paid twice as much for routine yearly HVAC service then I had in Fairfax county Virginia.
