Adorable ice cream shop! Be forewarned - the sizes are gigantic!!! We got a medium soft serve in a cup and it was huge. The large is like a Big Gulp cup of ice cream. We had quite the shock! Ice cream was delicious and prices are ridiculously cheap. We will definitely be back!

This place is fantastic. Fun creations and delicious flavors. Both the soft serve and hand dipped were tasty. The sea salt carmel was amazing the strawberry cheesecake subtle and delicious. Lots of happy teenagers and kids. Large portions.

Great value for the money. 4yr old kept saying how good his cookies n cream was it was really really good. Mint chocolate chip was also really really good. This will be one of our stops going forward.

Delicious soft serve ice cream. Very creamy and thick. Nice sized servings and very reasonable prices. Polite servers. They also have various flavors of hand dipped ice cream too.

The icecream was delicious. They have so many flavors to choose from. Hand dipped ,milkshakes, so many different ways you can get them mixed up with. I had never seen so many different shakes coming out of there. I have no clue what any of them were called. Lol

Devlers was wonderful. I couldn’t believe the line was no around the block. This has to be some of the purest, creamiest soft serve I’ve ever had and believe me i make a business out of hunting down custards. There is a little street construction there in front but if you just turn into the parking lot and drive down you’re there. Believe me on this one. Worth any drive.

Awesome soft serve ice cream! Lines can be long sometimes.....a popular place!The best texture and flavor of chocolate vanilla soft serve swirl that I have had anywhere. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the variety and taste are great!!!I always look forward to a trip to Devlers when in Oakland!

A must try! Their ice cream is absolutely delicious. They have some rather unusual combinations that are suprisingly good but my favorite will always be just a plain twist in a cup. No matter what you get you won't be disappointed.

Very good ice cream and the girls working were very awesome. Lots of choices of how to prepare (shake, cone, etc.) but not too many flavors to be overwhelmed. Really good prices and big portions.

This is the best ice cream shop around! The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the ice cream is delicious! You have choices of flavors and between soft serve or scooped ice cream. We love to stop by each time we pass through Oakland, MD!

The only item on the menu worth the price is a cone, and that depends on who makes it. The cone sizes are so inconsistent! My hubby and I just went today; I ordered my usual small cone and the girl made it almost the same size as the kid cone. She needs to be retrained—the sizes always vary, but this was just ridiculous. The prices are not low enough for a cone as small as she made.You never really know their hours. A week or two ago their Facebook page said they opened every day at 2. We went sometime after 2 and they were closed, didn’t open until 4 (which is crazy anyway).Also, they have never once answered the telephone (during operating hours).The staff is very friendly.UPDATE: Your (the owner’s) response makes no sense. I might have enjoyed the taste (about which I said nothing), but I certainly did not and do not enjoy getting ripped off. It is very sad and disconcerting to see that you don’t care all that much about your customers—and I am a frequent one. Take care.

I got a ice cream and a pup cup. The pup cup was hard scooped and I asked for a spoon so I can feed my pocket dog who won't eat hard ice cream without a spoon and I was told they can't for that. Excuse me but I pd for it I should be able to get a dam spoon.

My boyfriend and I ordered two banana, peanut butter shake's. However his was runny. As for mine the first one the lid wasn't on, so naturally it went all over the place. I went back to the window and told the girls nicely what had happened and they gave me a new one after a few minor problems. Then I was excited finally and what do ya know, there was no bananas in it whatsoever. I go back and explain the girl got nasty and finally gave me a new one! Thanks All! Sorry for complaining. Other than all that it was good!

There were probably 40 people at devlers when we arrived. There were 4 in our party. People were SO incredibly rude to the 3 girls working. The girls worked non stop to do the best they could to get the orders out. I had to say something about the rudeness of some people and told them how ridiculous they were acting. These girls were swamped. I praised the girls for a job well done and keeping up the best they could.great job girls. Never pay attention to mean spirited people, they arent happy with themselves.
