Carter Cat gas treated me well since I starting looking back into Caterpillar equipment. Salesman Shane always calls or messages me back. He sold me a 420xe and a next gen D3. So far what little service I've needed past couple years has been great! Haven't needed any parts because nothing has broke. Going to check out the new 265 ctl there Tuesday.

I blew a hose on my truck when I was about 3 minutes from Carter Myersville. From the phone call to see if they had the hose, up until the time I left there, they couldn’t have been more helpful. I got there right at shift change and one of the mechanics offered to lend me a hand since he just clocked out. You don’t see that kind of stuff much in today’s world. Thanks again to everyone there.

Hannah in the parts department has a serious attitude problem, I had to hang up on her. Very unnecessary, if you do not like dealing with people then maybe you should find a new job.

My family has been doing business with this dealership for 30+ years..During that time it was called Alban CAT..We have always been a small family owned business Now going on 3 generations. Whenever we would call we would always get a call back or someone would answer the phone. Recently Alban sold to Carter machinery. Ever since then The support and contact quality has severely declined.Back in the day Caterpillar built great big massive machines reliable machines they were known for quality products.Most importantly they were known for their part support. My machine has been down for 3 days..I have been waiting on a call back since 9am this isn't the first time this dealership has cost me time and money ... I guess Their part support and contact support Is slipping just like the quality.. I miss Alban
