The service at the prepared food area is horrible. Example, ordered chicken corn chowder soup. They didn't have any and seemed confused on what to do next. Another example, ordered two smoothies at the in store touch screen. After making the smoothies, the employee put them on a shelf for mobile pickup!! Left me standing there wondering what was taking so long. Constantly messing up orders!!

Very clean! I love WaWa as a company it's convenient, 24 hrs, has great fresly made food! Even better than Sheetz. I often wish they were nationwide. However, i rated this location as I did because my experience between 11PM and midnight was pretty horrible. Im not sure if Concessa was having a bad day or if she just didn't want to hear from me but she made me feel super unwelcome. Ms Amy was nice but she wasn't the person I had first contact with. I live near this Wawa now and plan to frequent it! I just ask that the people are more customer service friendly.Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwiches, salads, smoothies, fruit cups etc.Parking: Lots of space as this is also a gas stationWheelchair accessibility: I believe there is access but not automatic doors. Just want to be transparent for those traveling alone.

Ordered a 10 inch sub with medium mayo. How does "Mayo RTop" equate to having mayo on the sandwich. I expected mayo to be, at least on the whole R. Side of the sandwich. Please consider changing the computer so that the consumer knows exactly what lite, medium, and extra may really means when it's put on the sub. #DoesItReallyMatterWhatTheConsumerWants

I came here and prepaid twice for gas, was having issues with the pump and I informed the manager. She was rude did not help me and when the pump I had just left finally went through with the money I paid someone else stole the $40 in gas I paid for and she told me to go tell them to give me my money instead of refunding me or doing anything to help. She is condescending rude and zero help. I would not recommend coming here ever.

If no one's ever said it, I'll be the first to say Marilyn does not have enough Wawa locations. This particular location is my favorite type. It has a gas station as well as a convenience center that makes food cooked to order and also drink not alcoholic drinks though lol this is a place that doesn't disappoint, there's cleanliness, friendliness, and they make their food with love. I love the chicken salad club and also some of their hot hoagies. Their soups are good and a couple other items and I love to leave with a double shot caramel frozen coffee try it out. The ones with the fuel station usually always have pretty clean public restrooms as well.Parking: Plenty of parking and plenty of pumps for gasWheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and lower ground for wheelchair riding

EXCEPTIONAL! This place deserves more than 5 stars! I stopped here at 3:34 am. The store was organized, well lit and very neat. The staff were welcoming and energetic. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Monique was AWESOME!

Do not shop at the Veterans Highway location!! The people working the register were extremely polite and fast at their jobs but they accidentally charged me more then they have advertised for cigarettes so I had to do an exchange. The manager had to come over to do that for me and before I even saw her she was being nasty towards me talking to the other employees. The is the nastiest and most disrespectful woman I have ever met!! That woman should never EVER have a job that deals with any type of customer service!! She’s extremely rude and nasty!! I tried to buy 20 packs of cigarettes which was going to be just over $200 total. She tried to tell me that I could only buy two packs of cigarettes and then get back in line and buy two more and that I had to keep doing that until I got the amount I wanted. I wasn’t spending $5-$10 in the store, I was spending over $200 so you would think that she would be a little more respectful. I will never go to that location again and maybe not even any location since they hire people like her! It’s really sad!!

The Manager, Nancy, is very disrespectful and treats customers and applicants with a disgusting attitude. I came in for an interview- on time - to which I waited over 40 minutes. To my arrival, I announced I was there for Nancy for an interview to an employee who in response, told me she’d be out with me any moment. Again, I waited 40 minutes and was still not seen. To my convenience when I went to go ask what was going on, Nancy was upfront. She right away accused me of being late, which I was not, in a very rude way. “Well what time is it? Your LATE.” I reminded her that I wasn’t late and had been standing for 40 minutes waiting for an interview yet all she could conclude with is “Come back tomorrow, and ask for me next time.” Again, completely disregard, disrespectful, disgusting behavior. Do not bring your business here. That women does not deserve her position.

My visit was ok when 1 person (whom wore a mask and gloves) was making my food but was abruptly made to do something else by management, then the manager, took over fixing my food without a mask and after cleaning floors. She was joined by another young lady whom didn't wear a mask and they both proceeded to talk to one another while fixing my sandwich. I explained that the order needed to be canceled because I didn't want it anymore after the two were talking over my exposed food. The manager, lady, made me wait several minutes and continued preparing other orders while I waited for my refund. When finally able to process my refund, the manager-lady charged me again for the sandwich instead of refunding my money. Never will I return to this Wawa for any reason!

I'm here often and they are always busy but they handle it well, opening extra registers when necessary, and even the managers jump in to cashier customers when needed. This morning I dropped my burrito right off the counter, total fail, and without me asking they remade it at no charge. The two gentleman behind the food counter I think Jacob and A big tall guy who's name I missed were extremely kind and fast. Thank you for the great service!

This would be a great Wawa if they could maybe read. The deli orders are never correct. You pay for the extra ingredients but don't expect to actually get them. I always get a burrito bowl and request jalapeños and sour cream. Those ingredients are always missing.

Do NOT order a smoothie when they are even the slightest busy. We ordered 2 smoothies and some mashed potatoes. We got the potatoes pretty quickly but 25 minutes later, and still no one had even begun to make the smoothies. We get that it may take a little longer when they’re busy but to overlook our order and continue making sandwiches for people who ordered 5-10 minutes after us is just a tad bit frustrating. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because I have never had an issue before today (first time ordering a smoothie) and the manager was super nice when giving us our money back and was very apologetic.

Larger menu than many other Wawas, staff does a good job with special requests. Not conveniently located near a highway exit which also means they are not slammed for food orders. Could use some attention to outside cleanup on two occasions but the extra menu items and staff make up for this.

It's in OK Wawa. The gas prices are always fairly marked comparative to the surrounding area. My biggest reason for only giving them 2 stars is because of their deli and and coffee area. They really need to learn how to prioritize in these areas. I've literally had three coffee orders refunded in the morning because I'll stand there for 20 minutes while they're making stock coffee rather than my order. I've been late to work countless times because of this wawa and I've given up on their coffee and deli. The crowded Starbucks with wrapped around lines in the mornings down the street can process coffee orders quicker, and there's are extremely more complicated.

Great gas prices, never too high, great food! Food has great prices and Hot foods are prepared well. If food is not up to expectation they will fix a fresh New item. Employees are 98% of time very friendly. The Mac n Cheese with Steak is Awesome!!!! Stuffed Pretzels are great too😀

This place is always bustling! Love using the order ahead feature on the Wawa app. Very friendly staff who are there to work hard and make the customer experience a painless one. Thank you for the hard work. Breakfast burrito with a hashbrown inside are wrapped to perfection.

More often not they mess up the food order in one way or another. Spend 2.50 on extra meat on a sub and not get it, that was today. So yeah, I'm just gonna go elsewhere. And people can say "Well what do you expect?" and my expectation is that when I pay for extra, I get that. Not much to ask for.

The employees are always so nice to me and my boyfriend! They get a lot of orders so we're patient when service is a little slow because we know they're doing their best. They always apologize if there's a wait and they're really fast when it comes to getting everyone paid up and out of there.Very efficient! We love it there!

So I just stopped in the wawa for my husband to get a sub when we were up paying for it my husband was joking around with the cashier and she was very rude, rolled her eyes and was very short!! She had no sense of humor and was not pleased with her attitude!! Next time I need something to eat late I know if I go down the street to Royal Farms they are more pleasant to talk to!! Sometimes it's not always about the food but good service too!!

Waited over 15 minutes for food. Employees move with no sense of urgency, several staff available and moving about but lacking team work to pitch in on the sandwich table or someone take over the slowest person’s spot during a rush. Guy on the sandwich table answers the phone and then went right back to the sandwich table and was instructed by some lady to be mindful of food safety and change his gloves. Also trash can in deli over flowing and looked a nasty mess.
