Zero stars for the pharmacy. Besides closing the drive through all the time they tried to give me a $15 generic medication and charge me $60. The tech kept telling me that “that’s what your doctor called in.” Um no, that’s what she called in the week before, I already paid for and tried for a few days and she called in a new medication. Because I had a reaction. I wouldn’t trust them. Not only do they dispense meds inaccurately (the bag and the med in the bag names didn’t match) - they’re *insanely* rude. Always.

I went in the other day to purchase a gift card. There was a WHOLE AISLE of Christmas items that had signs EVERYWHERE 75% off. So i picked something up from there. Brought it to the registers for it to ring up 25%off. The manager MATT finally came up and said well it's wrong. I said the whole aisle has signs with the markdowns. He took the item and said it needs to be fixed. He was RUDE, unprofessional, racist and unapologetic for a mistake on their end. Never met someone in his position like that. Went to Walgreens where they are nicer and have things in order!He needs to go!

One of the worse pharmacies around!!! Every time, even after the doctor sends the prescription over they take forever to to fill it. I’ve had to make several trips back and forth! That’s beyond frustrating when you have a sick child that needs the medication in order to feel better. There’s always an issue; they’re either short staffed or there’s an issue with their system. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!The pharmacy staff also needs more training for customer service. They’re not welcoming, and the least bit apologetic with all these issues. I will not have anything filled here in the future.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Everyone from the pharmacy to the front counter were very personable and nice to talk too. Definitely has the hometown pharmacy vibe and care!

Pharmacy: The worse ever!!!! we have been going to the one for 10 years never a problem until 3 years ago. They never had the medication needed. They charged my daughter $45 for medication that was $3 They did the refund but never got the money back. They are so rude to people. I'm so glad we moved to another place. Rite Aid was going better with Pharmacy than CVS, and they are closing down, sad.

The queues at CVS seem to stretch into eternity, their drive-thru perpetually shut down. The staff's friendliness level? Non-existent. Save yourself the agony; ditch this pharmacy ASAP. Anywhere else would be a vast improvement.

If I could leave none I would !!! My daughter is handicap and for some reason her doctor uses this pharmacy and she gets about 4 scripts a month . Every month it’s a hassle. I have to call multiple times , get hung up on and then drive up there and they act like robots as if they don’t know how to speak. How are these people counting meds?!! Today was the end of it for us. O called her doctor and switched all her meds to a difrent place because I am so fed up that after 11 years coming her it’s only gotten worse . I do t think management reads these comments and reviews because I see no apologies from them for the terrible service everyone gets . How hard is it to do your job and be friendly . I’m picking 1 antibiotic and been 2 days trying to get it filled . It’s insane . This place should just close . Don’t go here , save your frustration.

Level of service for this new group of pharmacy technicians has taken a nose dive, the rep at the window Saturday evening was terrible, had a mask on dud not speak so she could be heard, I had to reach further out my car window to pay and retrieve my change, no hello, good evening or thank you. Poor quality service, even going inside, has been terrible with this group. Since I've been going to this cvs 2014 to now, the level of service at the pharmacy counter has dropped dramatically.

The drive thru is NEVER open in the morning. Majority of the times I come there’s a sign saying system down come inside. If the system is down, inside should be down as well. Frequently understaffed. If this wasn’t my insurance provider’s preferred pharmacy I would most certainly go elsewhere. I HATE having to come here.

Don’t trust them if you call and they give you a time that your prescription will be ready. Never true, always wrong, and care very little that they continue to waste people’s time. Go to Safeway pharmacy, it’s much better.

This pharmacy is terrible, they never answer the phone and the line is always a 30+ min wait. Pick a different pharmacy to get your prescriptions.

Went to pick up meds for depression. I normally pick them up in the am but today I went at night around 8:55pm. I know they close at 9pm. I’m assuming the lead was the one who was MAD that I came so late with a coupon, but literally why would I pay $110 for meds when I can get themFor $40 with a coupon. She was mad she had to input the coupon and informed me she had to stop her work to print out a new receipt! A person… pick up depression meds getting chewed out over trying to save a lot of money on meds. How do you think that made me feel? I’ll never be back!

The store associates, great! The pharmacy/pharmacy staff, terrible! The drive through, terrible. I don't know what the heck happened to this place over time but it gets worse and worse.

Went to return the sharps container of medications that CVS provided me and pharmacist told me to take to fire or police station for the drug boxes but they don't take syringes. Then told me to throw in regular trash. So I was told to throw 3 weeks of blood thinners in trash by pharmacist. I think you need better policies with better education of why blood thinners shouldn't go in the general trash...

Mr Curtis is the most kind friendly helpful & patient employee that I’ve come across in a long time! I was an absolute TERROR in the store this afternoon with my card not working needed help with self-checkout AND I had the nerve to have a bunch of coupons🤣🤣but he never faltered he was there to help before I even had to ask. And he was multitasking to take care of other customers as well. What a customer service GEM! Better give him a raise & hold on to him tight!!!!

Can I just say the folks here are in a totally chaotic environment? There are tons of people here trying to get help and they are doing the best they can. Kiara (not sure if I spelled it right) jumped right in and fixed the issue I had even though it was out of her job at the time. Thanks lady!!

Long time ago, I used to be prescribed to Suboxone. I have since gotten clean. I remember it was the only prescription that I was able to get from CVS consistently. There was one time however when I left the clinic and went straight to CVS like I did every single month, and this girl looked me straight in the eye and said she didn’t have it. If you’re on methadone or subs you know that this is serious. Not being getting a dose for 1-3 days is a nightmare. So when this girl told me they didn’t have it I started getting stressed instantly. I called the clinic and drove back so we could figure it out. The doctor called back and they sent me back to cvs to give them my insurance which I thought was stupid cause they had my insurance for a year at that point. I walk back into cvs after driving back and forth from the clinic 3 times for the pharmacist to say, oh yeah we had it the whole time.Turns out.. that girl was going on break and just didn’t want to do any extra work before she left… so she straight up lied and left everyone she worked with to pick up the pieces of her mess.Fast forward 2 years of picking up subs from there problem free besides that one horrendous time.I leave rehab with 3 prescriptions. One for serroquil, one for hydroxyzine, and one for adderal. My rehab sent the prescriptions to cvs and I decided to wait until 8pm to pick it up since they never notified me of any prescriptions that were ready.I go to pick it up and the woman at the register hands the prescriptions to me and says nothing. I was about to leave and I feel the bag… and there’s 2 bottles inside.“Hey, why do I only have two prescriptions.?”“Oh yeah we couldn’t fill the adderal because we don’t carry controlled substances.”What in the absolute **** was she talking about. First of all, TELL ME if you didn’t fill a prescription. They thought I would just walk out of there see I was missing a bottle and go “Oh yeah. Whatever…”Second of all… I got suboxone from that place for 3 years. Guess what? Controlled substance.Never going back even for a pack of bandaids. Only reason I remembered this dump is because now Im getting spam emails out of nowhere to take surveys for them to improve their CS… whatever screw that place go to any grocery store pharmacy.

I’ve been trying to get my prescription for the past 3 days my doctor said they were sent multiple times. On Monday 2-20-23 the store was closed do to power outage.I called multiple times the following day and waited on hold waiting to get the pharmacy on line and when they answered I was hung up on. This CVS always seem to have issues often because this isn’t my first bad experience with them and I probably need to find a different pharmacy soon, even if it’s out of the way. There is no excuse for poor customer service at no point.I’m still without medication that I desperately need and will call my doctor office tomorrow and ask them to send my prescription to a different location..

Typically I have no issues at this CVS. However, today the young lady working the register at the pharmacy … please remember you are the voice and face of CVS Pharmacy. You are charged with caring for people who are dealing with illnesses. Acknowledgment along with a kind word and warm smile makes a difference. Customer service should be your priority and main concern. Remember consumers do have options.

I hate, hate, HATE this CVS!!! They NEVER answer their phone and they do that stuff on purpose. I’ve been in line and have heard the phone ringing and they hear it and now answer. Whenever I have a question about my prescription I have to drive ALL the way down to CVS to get it answered bc they won’t answer the phone.They take forever to do simple things liking ringing up a register. There’s 5 of them back there and I will be in line to checkout at the prescription counter for 25 min. That’s unacceptable. I have never had that happen at any other CVS so why does it happen with them? And other CVS are just as busy but they are proficient, they answer the phone. This CVS is just unprofessional. They need to fire everyone and get new people in there who will do the job right. Answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!EDIT 4/5/2023I hate this pharmacy and the staff that runs it with a fiery passion. They are all the most lazy ignorant group of people I have EVER seen. This is the only review I have written where the behavior has actually gotten worse not better. Do you not read your reviews CVS? I have had CVS as a pharmacy my entire life and I have never had it operated like this. You’re waiting in line 30-45 min. The staff is rude as hell. I always get the same rude woman when I call. I would have switched a long time ago but I have so many prescriptions tied up with CVS I didn’t want to deal with it. I’m definitely switching. These workers are like a god damn work release program. They’re lazy and never want to do anything extra. Pathetic!

This use to be a great pharmacy but now they are terrible. They say your prescription is ready and you get there and it's not. I call the automated system and order my prescriptions and they said they will be ready my 11 am. I went the next day and the girl didn't know nothing about them huh. Then she said if I wasn't happy use a different pharmacy. When Mr Woody was there never had any problems.

Kim is great. My mom and I were in the store a few weeks ago and she scrapped her arm against a protruding sales hook. She patched my mom up and made her feel better. Totally went above and beyond all my expectations. I sent this message to corporate in a survey but I'd like my neighbors to know as well.

My poor mother is at my home under hospice care and in need of medication that I’ve been trying to get all week from these idiots. After thee trips to this CVS I was given the third excuse of the week being told the medication was not in stock. CVS is without a doubt the worst pharmacy on the planet. Do everybody a favor and close your doors for good.

I have my medicine filled at the pharmacy and never have had a problem. The staff is friendly and informative. The store is well stocked and in order. It's easy to find what you're looking for

If I could give negative stars for this pharmacy, I would. I have used this pharmacy for many years and for the past 5 or 6 years, I have just tolerated out of convenience. When calling to speak to pharmacy staff, the phone rings and they answer and disconnect your call multiple times. When I do go to the pharmacy, the staff has ZERO customer service. The only customer service is at the front of the store. CVS pharmacy as a whole has declined drastically over the years. I have family and friends who use other CVS locations and have the same experience. I will be taking my pharmacy business to a CVS competitor.

Good Morning. I am beyond frustrated with this store. My PCP has submitted my medications 3 times now. When I went to this location on 10/2 I waited 15 minutes in the drive through before going in since the line was not moving, stood inline for 35 minutes before being helped. It was not until I got home that I realized they only filled 2 of 3 RX that my PCP sent in. I was on hold for 42 minutes last night until the Pharmacy closed and did not get an answer. And this morning I have been on hold for 15.5 hours and counting. No one picks up the phone and lines are always crazy. I am COMPLETELY out of my generic of Truvada and can not get a response from the store. Please assist me I would rather not BBB CVS for not being assessable for me to obtain my RX's. I understand there are staffing issues but this is unacceptable.

It wouldn’t allow me to choose a zero otherwise I would. I work in medical and I one of my patients didn’t receive a medications on time it could be crippling to them. Well I am on a hormone replacement therapy from previous cancer and treatment. On line tge pharmacy stated my prescription was filled 7/30. Today for the third time on 8/13 the tech and pharmacist claimed it still was not actually filled. They again tried to get me to come back for my prescription. This time I said I would wait in line as I have been without my hormone replacement for 3 days. The pharmacist Megan said that she would not fill my prescription and I would further do without. So I call to report and this pharmacist is still very rude and has a demeanor attitude like she did not care how this affected her patient.I have fully reported her to employer and DEA I have had this same problem every month for 10 months of taking this hormone replacement therapy and going without my prescription every month until the pharmacist chooses to fill it.Again. Not a controlled medication. A hormone replacement because of CANCER.I’ve stayed with CVS because they know my history with Cancer etc…. Sadly they do not care about patients.

Most disfunctional pharmacy I've ever seen. Everybody working there acts like they're taking all the pills instead of filling prescriptios. If you don't want your meds anytime soon then this is your place!

This is seriously the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy is so slow and inefficient, the staff is so rude, constant technical difficulties. No one ever picks up the phone. I hate that this one is the one closest to my home.
