I like that target offers a variety of things but what is upsetting is when I have seen a price on a shelf and then I go to check out and your price tags are all wrong! Then the cashier scans it with there phone to tell me I am wrong. I am not wrong, by law if your price tag says a price you have to honor it. I will make you guys give me the tag price until you retag your store. It's been months of shopping there and your tags are STILL WRONG. Please fix it. I know you guys know the rules so don’t lie to your customers.

Do not come here unless you want to buy outdated food. People are supposed to come here and buy food that isn't past it's expiration date especially a month later. Start checking your dates before purchasing

The drive up/pick up services at Middle River are excellent. Unfortunately it is a smaller store so sometimes (rarely) items are not available, but the experience is terrific. Great locale (ease of access, good parking lot) and the staff is OUTSTANDING. Lightning quick, polite, patient and flexible. As pleasant a shopping experience as is possible.

If you’re looking for yarn you can can it. They don’t sell yarn in store. Major disappointment. It the store is super clean. And workers were really nice.

I'm done with this store. It generally is messy, chaotic (see photos). Not only is there an obvious disregard for the customer experience and product presentation, shelf-talkers frequently are wrong (wrong prices or product name), staff avoids eye contact (wouldn't want to risk helping out) and the online inventory, also, frequently is wrong. I'm tired of researching online to determine that an item is in stock, then going to the store to discover that, "The computer made a mistake..."If I really need the Target experience, there's another one five minutes away in White Marsh; a little bigger but neater and cleaner... I have observed that prices for same products can be a bit higher than in Middle River... or maybe that's the shelf-talker problem again. I dunno, I don' care. I'm done.

Really one of the nicer targets around, they seem to have a good inventory and usually have in stock the products that I shop for for. the pharmacy inside target target is the best one I've ever found, the The pharmacy staff, though always busy are helpful and courteous at all times.

Target itself has always been on it's just the pharmacy department has been backed up for weeks you will wait hours for your prescription or they will say it won't be ready until the next day. But they have been short staffed for sometimes now. They used to be really good

Staff is always respectful and polite. Drive up parking spaces are always available. The parking lot is clean well lit at night and well maintained.

Today, I went to go buy the “Golden” album by Jungkook, and I went to the K-Pop section and did not find it. So I looked around and still did not find anything, I was loosing hope since most of these albums always sell out by the first day, so just to make sure I asked a worker, he was very nice and determined to find the album, I would say a normal worker would leave it at that, but he looked EVERYWHERE. He said he would look in the back for the album, so I waited and once he came back, he brought STACKS of albums in all the versions, I was so grateful. I never got know the worker’s name but I am very thankful. Thank you very much!! And I hope this review helps other ARMIES and fans looking for the album…💜💜💜

Today i decided to purchase a item online and I used the drive up option from off the app. Let me tell you it was so easy drive up let them know I was parked put the number parking spot and they were outside in mins. Had my item PlayStation 5 for the son she loaded and we were off. Definitely will be using this option again.

Stopped to pick up a item or two. Check out line was completely back to the food section.(it's not black Friday, just a Wednesday night) Only self checkout was open. Asked an associate stocking shelves if there was a manager on duty, because of the line. Her response was yes at the main desk, but they don't care about the line. This has not been the first time this has happened at this location. Horrible customer service, actually it's not customer service since you have to use self checkout.

Went there for cough syrup for my baby and they were locking the doors early before closing time! When I told them I was only grabbing one thing, they said that "everyone says that" and refused to let me pass! Unbelievable arrogant rudeness! Not even apologetic and very discourteous and unprofessional. If you don't like your job quit!

This is my first time writing a review in a very long time. I had received help from employees in 3 different departments of the store and each one of them were extremely helpful, kind and very friendly . Then I needed to go to customer service for something and the lady working there was fantastic . Her cheerful energy was so contagious being around her you couldn’t feel anything else but happy. As crazy as it may sound this trip to a department store really made my day. I wish everyone would be as friendly as the 4 employees that helped me throughout my shopping.

I have had horrible experiences at the CVS inside this Target, but the rest of the store is pretty good. They seem to have problems keeping everything in stock, but that may be due to pandemic related supply chain difficulties as well as problems getting staffing and having to devote energy and resources to minimizing store theft.

I can always find what I need and if I can't there is always an employee near by who doesn't mind helping. I've never had an employee who wasn't friendly or willing to help me.

Cvs is pretty much come down to just pushing drugs Waited a week for heart medicine no phone call on how to fix problem. Just "we follow the law" still waiting Dr ordered tablets they have capsules same dose but could not dispense. Good ring I'm not dead. But they will have my other meds refilled automatically 🙄

Store is starting to feel more like Walmart. Pallets of stock on the floor all day, cards of left behinds in every other aisle, and shelves are messy. It's sad to see, I used to prefer this over the one in Nottingham...

One cashier opened very long line. Self check out was backed up as well. Finally the lady got on the radio and called for additional help. She should’ve done this 20 to 30 minutes before she did people that are supposed to be in charge need to be better trained to have customers get out of the store in a timely manner.

Fully stocked and very clean. CVS is located inside as well as am ATM for SECU and a Starbucks. I Shop there weekly. Beautiful store and very friendly staff.

This was my first time visiting the this store to grab some feminine supplies about a half an hour before the store closed. My quick 5 minute trip was interrupted as soon as I entered the store. Upon walking through the doors I was reminded at top volume by one of the employees waiting by the carts that the store would be closing “in about 20 minutes”. Her tone was rude and she was loud, quite honestly it was ghetto. I’m not sure who she was or why she felt the need to remind people when the store closes when it is VERY clearly stated on the door that target closes at 10. It was about 9:30 when I arrived so her energy in the moment was not needed. She could use some coaching in professionalism in the workplace. This isn’t K-Mart.

This is for the Starbucks inside of target .As a customer you walk in say good morning you expect a good morning back or hello , not what u need? This Starbucks never have anything that I try to order , they just don't wanna make it . This is all the time I come into target.Also this target Very low in stock on a lot of essential products, even when they have a site that says if they are in-stock & when you ask for help They never have the product that says it in stock .All the high tech equipment and y'all can't update your stock count ? No one want to do their jobs. Or maybe cause I'm a colored woman and I don't qualify for the help they get paid to do .

BEWARE OF AT&T Sales scammers, they will do anything to lure you in and switch over to their service for their sales commission. I was walking through target and a AT&T sales rep offered to help me save money on my phone bill. My phone bill was $150 a month and he promised to beat that if I switch along with a FREE iPad. I got an extra phone line, 2 Brand new iPhone 14 pro's, and a galaxy for what he quoted me $158 a month if I get the galaxy and extra line. Long story short, the iPad is not free. You're going to be paying for that monthly. First bill was claimed to be the highest which was at $622.25 which shocked me, 2nd bill $179.58.. ok fine... it should go down next month right? Nope.. I got billed $434.24... for WHAT? Should have kept my paid off iPhones....

Pharmacy really don't have a clue. App tells you your prescription is done, you show up the next day and they tell you it's being filled. Come back 30 mins later and they go back to fill it while you wait and it takes another 12 mins....
