We had a great experience with Raines Restoration from start to finish. Stephanie was knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring every time I spoke with her on the phone. Trey was professional and thorough when taking readings and explaining everything that would happen with our remediation. Anthony and Austin were efficient and friendly when they came out to install and take away the fans needed. Everyone was so helpful and friendly when I was stressed and worried, which was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be recommending Raines to anyone I know who needs a restoration/remediation company.

Raines Restoration was a godsend. From the beginning Stephanie was very pleasant and comforted me while I tried to work through my calamity. Trey was super nice and very knowledgeable. The crew Anthony and Austin were very fast and always professional. I had several contractors remark how they were impressed with how clean and fast Trey’s teams are. They were all knowledgeable and professional. I hope to not need them again but if I have another disaster they are the first ones I am calling. I can’t say enough good things about them!

A tenant reported water in the basement when we were out of town. Our plumber got over and replaced a leaking water heater, and Stephanie had Trey look at the job the same day I called. Raines was able to get in the next day and take care of the remediation. We’re happy, as is the tenant. Great service!

Stephaine is great she walked me through all my billing , and coordinated everything.Professionalism level at 10000!!!Trey came to my house to do the inspection , told me what needed to be done and kept his word , on the work .He was very professional spoke directly and to the point , I really can appreciate that . Im a busy person and someone that gets to the point is neededThe crew was more than professional, as they came into my home and my children and dogs were here . I Demetria had an emergency and Raines Restoration came to my rescue Very professional company and does amazing work .The company fitted me in with the busy schedule from the storm they didn't hesitate the service was fast and i didn't have to wait which took stress off me. We called to see what they could do. We weren't sure if we had mold. Trey came out very quick and explained to us in great detail what he thought the best course of action will be for us. He didn't try to add any additional services just to inflate the quote. He gave us a very reasonable quote and provided great service during the cleaning/remediation. He kept us in the loop to ensure we knew what to expect during and after he and his team finished. But during all of this, his wife Stephanie was great to work with to organize all the appointments and scheduling payment. One great team, in fact we had already referred them to a friend. I’ve used Raines Restoration based on a referral from a close friend and could not be more satisfied with the service I received. We had Raines Restoration search for the cause of our leaking kitchen ceiling. They were professional, on time, respectful of our home, and Trey communicates respectfully with his employees. Today Chris came to clean my carpets. My carpets are only a few years old but I had a dog with cancer that was not able to hold his bladder and unfortunately use my carpet as his backyard. As soon as I knew I needed to get my carpets cleaned I looked for Chris. I have heard so many good things about him so wanted to try his carpet cleaning service for myself. Chris was very professional had professional equipment and took his time to ensure the job was done right. He was very friendly and he listened to my concerns and did exactly what I asked. His pricing is very competitive and the carpets were almost dry when he left! I would definitely recommend him to anybody who needs their carpets cleaned. He did an amazing job. I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past that were family owned and operated and never have had the outcome that I had with Chris! Very pleased customer and will return!!

I just had Chris clean the carpet in my living room and hallway. He did an amazing job, was super professional, explained what he was doing the whole time and very pleasant. He didn't even mind that I was watching him work the whole time! It may be a bit more pricey than the competition but he did a wonderful job, so worth it.
