Super friendly, quick response to emails/questions I have. My dog (pointer mix, 65 pounds) came back smelling awesome and their coat was shiny and soft for awhile afterwords.Pricey but worth a try if grooming is something you’re not comfortable with and don’t want to get out of your house.

Our husky has a birth defect on his tail, spine, and hips that make him very protective of his rear end. It also means that he gets more messy back there than the average dog. Groomers in the past have struggled with him being protective of that area and being unable to do much in the way of a sanitary trim. Well, Lynda blew our expectations out of the water. Not only did she say he was an Angel so we knew that she was patient and kind with him, but she gave him the most thorough sanitary trim he has ever had! It improves his quality of life so much and we don’t have to follow him around with wipes every time he uses the bathroom. He smelled and looked absolutely amazing and did the zoomies around the house to show his appreciation afterwards. Lynda will forever be our go to, and it was also incredibly easy to book the appointment and an incredibly reasonable cost for a groomer that comes to you. Thanks Doggie Paws and Lynda!!!

I used Doggie Paws Mobile Pet Grooming for the first time last week. The process from start to finish was great. I had some initial questions and so I texted and got all my questions answered in a timely fashion and was able to schedule seamlessly through text as well. I had the pleasure of having Madisen as our groomer. I have 2 large dogs and I was anxious for this process as I’ve only ever taken them to store front groomers. The price is higher than taking elsewhere but in my opinion so worth it. Madisen was GREAT with both of my dogs one of which is timid but they both took a liking to her and they both looked great after! She was ahead of her schedule and was even able to come earlier which worked out GREAT for me so I was very pleased not only with her communication but her personality is awesome as well. I am so very happy with all aspects of this company and I highly recommend them. Will be using again in the future.

My favorite thing they did was make the pads on my dog's feet so smooth! I'm not sure how their bathing and drying process differs so much from other places, but the results far exceed anywhere else I've taken my dog. While I love the results and the convienence, the most notable part was the professionalism and effort that was made to make sure my dog and I were both happy and comfortable. Patrice was more than wonderful! I really appreciate how she handled our whole experience! Thank you!

Patrice has been amazing with our rescue dog, Max. He was very timid at first, she has been very patience with him and he has really warmed up to her. She does an amazing job everytime she sees Max. She is very professional and personable making the whole experience wonderful. Highly recommend and worth the money.

Each groomer we've seen has been wonderful to work with as well. They're thorough, show great attention to detail, and somehow manage to get it all done in a timely manner! Wonderful service and great work! I just had two of my dogs and my cat groomed. Liz took her time with all three and did an excellent job. Tara has cut my miniature schnauzer, Dorothy twice now. She does a fantastic job! She’s very sweet and does exactly as you ask. It’s so convenient! You don’t have to do anything besides hand your dog over. I think it’s a deal. She leaves out the door scruffy and comes back beautiful, smelling like coconuts. I am so happy we tried this and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer for 8 years, at that time Liz had one van she now has 4 vans. I respect her as a mother of 5 that she has grown her business as much as she has because of her love of animals. As a loyal customer she has been a thoughtful, caring , loving groomer and has also become one of my best friends.In reference to a bad review from someone who isn't even a customer. Be intelligent people you don't grow your business as she has if you are unprofessional and don't love what you do. If you want a fantastic groomer Liz is so much more she truly loves and cares for the pets as family.

4+ years of being a customer of Doggie Paws, fairly decent grooming.... minus razor burns and ingesting an ear wipe. My dog is very hyper so I accepted it as accidents happen and continued to use them as we are limited to mobile groomers in St. Mary’s County. Appointment scheduling was ALWAYS EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED!!!! Every appointment I was contacted the day of to move our scheduled appointment time up hours earlier which meant my family had to suddenly scramble to leave work to be there..... each time I was asked for my garage code .... really??? No I am not giving you my house key or garage code!!! My last appointment was confirmed for the wrong day and when I contacted them to question I was told that the groomer had rescheduled her days and must have forgot to let me know.... yet another incident of juggling “our” schedule to accommodate. The final kicker..... I contacted them the day before my next appointment to cancel due to a medical emergency and was told that I didn’t give 24 hours notice and would be billed $30 .... yes appalling and the owner was annoyed when I expressed that all of “my” inconveniences were being unnoticed.Doggie Paws how unprofessional and immature of your business not to be able to treat your customers fairly. It’s really sad that taking constructive criticism was so difficult, that you had to tell me you are no longer grooming in my area when I clearly see your truck weekly!!!

After 10 years of grooming with my mother and our family we are no longer clients of doggie paws. For scheduling reasons they are losing a two dog customer because of there poor attention to details. I have in the past moved my appointments to fit there needs. But they cannot get there stuff together and want to charge me $30.00 per dog for an appointment date that we did not set. So if you need to get an appointment there are 2 spots Available ,will not recomend them to any of my dog friends. Not a good way to do business.

I will say I missed Katie and so did my dogs but Liz W. Took her place and she is WONDERFUL! I recommend Doggie Paws to anyone who wants a groomer that loves your animals as much as you do❣️

Great service, ive had them groom my dogs before and I have no complaints. But whoever was driving the grooming van this morning just now on route 5 was either blind, drunk, or just didn't care about anyone else on the roadway. They cut off multiple people at close call without a turn signal including my boyfriend and I. I wouldn't have complained any other day but we were on our way home after a long day and night at the hospital :/ please be more careful on the roadways not just for yourself but for others!

Ruby & Biggie are difficult bulldogs that hate to have their nails cut. We have been kicked out of many groomers. I was tired of tranquilizing them at the Vets. Imagine my shock when they both came out happy and groomed. She has a way with dogs! Worth every penny and no stress.

Liz has been grooming our Shih Tsu, Molly, for over eight years and consistently provides outstanding service and exceptional gentleness. Molly was traumatized by another grooming service when she was a puppy but she does very well with Liz. The convenience and professionalism Liz affords us as a mobile groomer is beyond compare.

Wow, I have a Yorkie and was charged $90 for grooming.!!!!!!!Outrageous.I understand the mobile part, but I don' t own a horse.The groomer did ok grooming, but I have grooming shock.If you can wing it fine. Last time for me.

I have tried to contact them twice via email and once by phone with no response. Very disappointed.UPDATE: I heard from Liz (the owner) within 24 hours of my initial post. She apologized and explained the delay. I have an appointment this coming weekend and will update again after that, with a picture :)
