Bark and bath is hands down the best salon I've ever seen! Kaelyn did a phenomenal job on our miniature poodle, Maisy. Our girl was in rough shape and was so happy after leaving the salon. Kaelyn is extremely knowledgeable within the field and advised us the proper steps to take to ensure Maisy stays healthy. I can’t say enough great things about Kaelyn and the time she put into taking care of Maisy. Maisy can’t wait for her next appointment!

Bark and Bath does a great job with our Golden Retriever - Great Pyrenees mix. They individualize his service because he’s scared of the dryer and doesn’t like his giant floofy tail to be brushed. We highly recommend them!

I took my senior Yorkie-Poo (15 years old) to Bark & Bath twice in the last 3 months. The first experience we did was a Trim & Tidy and it was great. My dog came out looking spectacular, the facility was really clean, and all the staff were very nice. The groomer said my dog did well during the experience.This week, I took my dog back and had a different groomer. At pick-up was told that she's "senile" at least 5x and because of this they weren't able to get a precise cut on her due to that so her hair cut is going to look "choppy". I was taken aback by this as we've only had 2 groomers work on her in the last 10 years and both of them only ever had positive things to say about her. I do find it interesting that this groomer was done with my dog in less than 90 minutes when every other time she's had a full grooming appointment it takes 2.5-3 hours. It made me feel like this groomer may not have been patient with my dog and her needs being a senior.After telling me multiple times that my dog is senile the groomer then said that my dog has "textbook signs of ringworm". Again, completely taken aback by this. She showed me a couple of spots on her skin that were now visible since she had been shaved. I found this incredibly odd as my dog does not go anywhere or interact with other animals - she's a senior after all and spends most of her time sleeping. I left in a panic, concerned that 1) my dog has ringworm and 2) myself and my partner were at risk of getting it. I got her into the vet within 2 days of the appointment to be told that 9 out of 10 times a dog comes in with something that looks like ringworm, it actually isn't. The vet was very confident after checking with a black light that it's not ringworm. All this to say that the groomer caused a lot of anxiety over the past 2 days for our household.I know the reviews here are great and that's what drew me to Bark & Bath initially but after this second experience I would say perhaps they're not equipped to deal with senior dogs or at the very least this particular groomer is not someone I'd recommend to others. I appreciate her pointing out the spots on my dog's skin but feel she should have left it at that rather than very assertively saying it looks like ringworm.

Previously, our Quinn did not have good experiences with groomers, leaving us to believe it was Quinns or our fault. One of your clients shared how much she and her dog loved you and recommended I make an appointment.I called and talked to Tori, (experienced with anxious dogs) who assured me she would happily and confidently take care of Quinn. When she called to say Quinn did great I almost cried! So appreciative and cant wait to bring Quinn back to Tori in March! Tori is God send...

I would 100000% recommend to every single person I meet!Journee my chow chow can be a little complicated but they welcomed him with open arms. It was so nice to pick him up & hear all nice things about him. This is the first groomer I’ve ever picked him up from & he wasn’t stressed out our anxiety ridden. My heart is so happy. (He’s a rescue so he’s a little reactive to things) they took their time & went slow to make sure he was comfy!Sparkee my chihuahua papillon mix came out so happy & feeling so handsome! You could tell by his walk he was feeling himself.😍I don’t trust anyone with my dogs but i trust them whole heartedly.

I usally go to Petco, But I wanted to try somewhere new, So I gave Bark & Bath a try, Absolutely LOVE IT! Lindsey Cut my dog Bandit, He was so handsome & smelled so good. 💕Highly recommend this place!!!Very clean, Very organized, they go above & beyond.When I take bandit to petco, it's an all DAY EVENT. But going here, he was done within 1hr 30minsm I was so IMPRESSED. Highly recommend, We found our new doggy salon 💗

Our Doodle, Matilda loves to come here. She trots right in and wants the TLC the team here provides. Just yesterday after grooming we went to the dogpark and people were taking her picture she was so cute! Whether it’s a bath and tidy-up or full groom, we all love Bark & Bath.PS. They host a wonderful professional that cleans your dogs teeth WITHOUT ANESTHESIA! She is excellent. The cost is a little less than what one might expect to pay at their vet’s office. Don’t wait until until the last minute tho’ for any appts.🐾

I just moved to Maryland and have been needing to get my dog Ranger groomed. As he is getting older he can be a little unpredictable sometimes, so doing things like this with him makes me nervous. I have also experienced with other groomers, he always comes home anxious and acts very out of character for a few days after. I was so happy to find Bark and Bath. They were very welcoming, and the cut is absolutely perfect and exactly what I asked for. He also came home happy and calm, which was the biggest sense of relief. I will definitely be bringing him back for his future grooming services!

Kaelyn did such an amazing job grooming my fur baby, Cinnamon. She’s been going to the same groomer since day one but after reading a comment Kaelyn made on the community Facebook page I just knew I needed to make an appointment at Bark & Bath Pet Salon and I’m SO glad I did.The entire staff was amazing and the establishment is so beautiful. Usually when I pick Cinnamon up from the groomer she’s in a little tiny crate and she barks and shakes like crazy until theY let her out and put her in my arms.When I picked her up from BBPS she didn’t make a peep. She sat in her little doggy suite until they let her out. I could tell she was happy to be there and she looked so adorable.I HIGHLY recommend BBPS. The customer service and grooming skills are phenomenal.

Bark & Bath Pet Salon came highly recommended and now I understand why. Tori groomed our cocker spaniel today and it was a wonderful experience all around from the lovely receptionist Cindy who fit us in as new customers within a week to Tori, the groomer who made DJ look and smell fantastic. She was so great and patient with him. He’s a very fearful, anxious little fellow and it couldn’t have gone better. We’ll be repeat customers for many years to come!

I would give them 20 out of 10 stars if I could. They completely knocked it out of the park in every single category; I have two small dogs that are usually stressed out and crippled with anxiety in loud environments such as the groomers or vet (and they are usually stressed for the rest of the day). Bark and Bath’s customer service was incredible, my dogs did amazing there, they were so calm and relaxed on the way home, they received the best haircut and grooming that they have ever had, and the cologne/perfume that they use is the best I have ever smelled from Groomer. I will not be taking my fur babies anywhere else. They are slightly more expensive than other places around but their environment for your pets and the quality they provide is worth their weight in gold. Super happy!

Our experience was very positive. They reassured us that 2 people will always be with our cat, very clean facility, super friendly owner, Colleen and her assistant, the lady at the front desk, Cindy, is also friendly and helpful.I love the see through wall so you can stay and watch your pet being groomed. This is a 5 star grooming facility and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a competent, friendly staff who truly care about your furbabies well-being!

Highly Recommend! After an unpleasant experience at another pet grooming establishment we decided to give Bark and Bath a go. And we are so happy we did! The salon itself is very beautiful and extremely clean! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on our breed of dogs. The prices were great too. Love the open layout and design of this new dog salon. The girls were very helpful and quick with my squeamish dog. I called a day prior to wanting to bring him in and they were able to get me into the schedule no problem! I appreciate the care that they show towards pups of all ages and sizes. This is my new favorite dog salon and I’ve told all my friends about it! We are customers for life after the wonderful experiences we’ve had!

Very clean facility and the professional groomers there are top notch. I've taken my Husky into Bark and Bath twice now to get her bathed, groomed and nails trimmed. Each time she has come out looking awesome. My Husky is 13 years old and they are very gentle with her. I can tell because when I pick her up she is happy and full of energy. Huskies shed terribly all the time but after she has had her spa day at Bark and Bath I get a good two months where she hardly sheds at all. I thank you and our vacuum cleaners thank you as well. 🙂

I took my 2 dogs in for services as a walk in on a Saturday morning. I was greeted with warmth and kindness, even though they were busy. The front desk took the time to explain everything to me and tell me other services they offered. I barely had to wait and once they went back it was very quick. The owner came out and let me know how they did and even told me about fun events they had coming up for the kids. I highly recommend the prices are very reasonable and the staff is sweet and attentive.

They did an amazing job with my 9 year old cavapoo Natalie. We just moved her from NYC and am so happy they're conveniently located 7 minutes away. They did an amazing job grooming my dog. I’ve never had another groomer brush him out as good as Bark & Bath Pet Salon. He was so soft and smelled so good for a very long time! The service was very quick; though the quality of the service exceeds any other groomers out there!!

Bark & Bath Pet Salon is the best in So Maryland!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They do a great job of grooming my Maltese and Goldendoodle. I have used several of the groomers there and have always been pleased.

Top notch from start to finish! Great service, nice facility, reasonable prices and staff were all smiles. Colleen did a thorough job and the professional products she used left my Great Dane’s coat soft and smelling fabulous! I highly recommend this establishment and have become a regular customer!
