Was running from store to store trying to find outdoor seat cushions. They had the right sizes and nice colors. No issues at all when I brought 4 back next day to swap for correct sizes, my measuring mistake. Will definitely head over again when a household item is needed. Prices are great and everyone was very helpful and fruendly.

Went to Big Lots today and was so impressed with everything they had to choose from. They carry everything from furniture to food. I love all they have to choose from for you home to make it represent yourself and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Big Lots in Lexington Park, MD to anyone that's looking for things for daily use to make your house a home.

They no longer have any (free) bags no free boxes either, the shelf's are mostly stocked & priced, employees are nice, hardly any other shoppers, but store was like a oven though and someone was parked across the only wheelchair accessible ramp for a pickup I guess. I had to carry my items over to my car by hand while being forced to listen to thier oh whoa is me I deserve to block access when they could easily have backed up to the pickup spot closer to the door that didn't block access.Tend to go in for things I can't grab else where or I can't get others stores because I am in a hurry due to prices not being the best, and several times food where out of date when I ordered it.

Big Lots are interesting to visit, in that they have a rotating supply and you can find some unique and cheap things. This one is a bit more run down than most, which is saying something.

Apparently now you have to pay for your bags. I get it, whatever, but forreal they don't tell you that until u get to the register after they ring up everything. I think there should be signs up on the doors before u walk in.

They now charge for shopping bags. Unacceptable lack of service from this trashy establishment. I'd boycott this place unless you want this practice spreading to other Southern Maryland businesses.

Didn't have what I wanted again. I've only been asking if it was in stock or could be ordered for two months to be told keep checking. And a 19 year old kid was just shot in the parking lot minutes after I left. Great place.

Great values, and good "convenience" selection of a wide variety of groceries. I like to check out their furniture, not today very much for high-end brands. But that's not the point, they have value - priced items. The store shows some signs of age, but the staff does a good job of keeping it tidy.

Some really good deals, unbeatable at times! Only negative is the location but I believe that entire shopping complex is under new ownership and is being renovated! Hopefully 😂!!

Whoever the front end supervisor is she really needs an attitude adjustment. Treats customers like they are a bother and speaks to people like they are children. No respect at all. Definitely needs more customer service training. Really bad attitude. I ended up putting my stuff back because of her.

My most recent trip to Big Lots, was normal as usual until it wasn't so normal. Well on this particular visited I get a few things until I happened to notice another customer a woman with a yellow shirt and white stripes ,a Maryland face mask on . As I'm walking and shopping this woman continues to follow me around the store .This creep me out, I told a cashier as he checked me out about the ordeal. And I told how I upset I was. He apologized and was pleasant.

Some days it looks like a war zone (it doesn't help that the building is old as heck) but you can't beat the deals you can find there especially on commonly used grocery items. The staff is always friendly too. Anyway put on your bdu's and brave the war zone for decent values.

One of their employees 2 summers ago ran over our son while in a cross walk and he flead the scene. He had a big lots shirt on so we went there to get his name for the cops and the manager as well as the employees denied that anyone fit his description. Lied about this guy working there. Even after he hit a child and fled the scene. He worked there and got all the info but they didnt care what he did they hid him. None of them are trust worthy. None of them are honest. I dont care how close you are. If you hit someone with a car especially a child you need to come forward. We left our number with the manager and not even 10 min later after we left the guy called and said sorry he thought he would get arrested and be charged.Know how much things cost, know where everything is bc none of them can be trusted to tell the truth.

I payed for a warranty on a sofa, but they refused to honor it. So why would you pay for a warranty for a product that did not hold up.

My experience at Big Lots was great. They had excellent pricing and selections. The sales staff was very helpful. A great place to shop.

Pretty decent selection for a big lots. Came in there for some picture holders and they had them at least. Saves the trip from needing to go to Wal-Mart. Prices are pretty solid.

Prices are fair but this specific big lots is FILTHY. There's mold everywhere especially in the furniture section and bathrooms. And most of the cashiers I've encountered (not all) have had the worst attitudes ever and they're disrespectful.
