It has been just a great year...not. My two Great Pyrenees rescues have left me after 13 and 14 years of companionship. Cassie of Pawsitive Passage has helped me deal with the loss of my two friends. Look, it is a sad time and this company provides a service in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. Is my heart still broken? Yes. Nothing can fix that but I drove my deceased buddies over here from Virginia because I knew that they would be treated with care and respect. It is a beautiful drive to Leonardtown that calms me on such a sad day.

I interviewed with this company about 5 weeks ago and they refuse to call me back and give me an answer on whether or not I got the job. Absolutely insane how I continue to call every week and leave a voicemail, and still can’t get an answer; I don’t even know if they’re still interviewing. Unreal.

I cannot say enough good things about Pawsitive Passage. Our beloved family dog of 10 years died unexpectedly and from start to finish - Pawsitive Passage provided excellent service and were very sympathetic. I appreciate their service and kindness so much. We will not hesitate to call them if needed for future passings of our family animals.

The loss of our dog Milo was heartbreaking. He was not just a dog to our family. He was our friend, our protector, our cuddle buddy and a member of our family for a dozen years. I will be forever grateful to Pawsitive Passage. We chose to let Milo pass at home in his own bed surrounded by his loving family rather than have his last moments being filled with anxiety and fear at a vets office. Milo passed away in the middle of the night and I sent the e-mail to Pawsitive Passage very shortly after. They responded bright and early that morning and arrangements were made quickly. Milo was dropped off early that afternoon and the entire process was explained with compassion and understanding. They didn't look at me crazy when I was crying so hard I couldn't speak. You really get the feeling that they care and that meant so much at that moment. They made this part of our loss the easiest for us and I will definitely use them again when the time comes for our other pets. The price is more than reasonable for the service and compassion you receive.

The staff was so caring and our pet's ashes were ready when promised. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very compassionate and the young lady who brought out the little urns was so sweet. We will absolutely be using them with all of our fur babies final arrangements (though I hope it is a very long time until I see them again).

They answered the call immediately. They were very professional and took care of our dog Beatrice. I would use them for any future issues. Very happy with the service. I would recommend them to anyone who loses a pet in southern Maryland.

This place when it was owned by the previous owners was kind curtious responsive and helpful. Now that it is under the ownership of the Earnshaws has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. Never calling back when a message is left, no one on call (our pets do pass away on weekends.) Our pet passed and we took her to them over (2) weeks ago and to this date we have not gotten a call to please pick up your pet. At the time I dropped her off they never discussed the cost of creamation just the cost of the urn she would be placed in. The staff is less than accommodating at a time when people are down an out over the loss of a loved one. At this point it seems to be a waiting game as to, ( when are you going to call me and ask me to pick up my pets remains) In short unless the Earnshaws rework the staff an go back to how the old owner's ran there business. .....I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL ! They truly have taken a dive since they have been bought, I can't even say its about the money because like I previously stated they haven't even called me to get paid or pick up my pet. You read the review and make your choice for your loved best friend !

Considering the reason I came here, the experience was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to were very respectful and courteous. They were very understanding that my work schedule didn't match their hours and it took me a month to get in there. Highly recommended!
