Took my dog Jack here for the first time to get him groomed. I asked that they try and get as much hair off as they can, since he is shedding his coat. Gina took such great care of him and he looked amazing! I can tell she took her time. It was also great to hear her feedback about Jack and that he behaved well. Will definitely be bringing him here regularly!

It was my dog’s first time grooming with them. They nicely groomed her and they’re always friendly with me and my dog when we shopping around their products. Making an appointment was easy. They sent me a couple reminders with texts twice, and second reminder was final confirmation. Also, called me once to be secure. I show up there 5 minutes prior.

They’re always super friendly and helpful! I haven’t gotten my dog groomed there but I have stopped by and grabbed a few items for him and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. They have the cutest bow ties for pets!

Took my furbaby to one groomer (not providing the name) and they did absolutely nothing and he came back the way he went with the exception of his nails. So we decided we will not patronize that place any longer and tried this place. Shannon and the rest of the staff were phenomenal and did an amazing job. No complaints at all from us. Thank you so much for taking care of our baby and will be back.

I come here to give my cat a hair cut. Everyone here is so friendly and caring! Gina is the best, she always does a great at cutting Merlin's magical fluff. Definitely would recommend this place to any pet owner!

Ponyo had a wonderful experience. Ponyo is part Husky and Malamute. I can only imagine how much cooler she feels with all the hair brushed out. Thank you so much 🌟We will return in 5 weeks.

So I had really high hopes for Earthwise based off the reviews. I have a 3 year old Shih Tzu. I have always taken her to Petco and have always been very happy with them but I live in Leonardtown and I was really hoping for a closer location for her haircuts. It was a very long wait, over a month to schedule her haircut. When I showed up to get her hair cut I told them that she might be having a false pregnancy because she has gained weight and her nipples are swollen, they were very concerned that she might actually be pregnant. I seriously don't think she is but out of concern they wanted to take their time with her and not stress her out which is fine BUT I was told, by Shannon (the groomer) it should take about 2 to 3 hours. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would not get my dog back until **7 1/2 HOURS LATER** !!! I called them three to four times throughout the day asking if she was done and was told Everytime "a little bit longer" not once did someone call me. I dropped her off at 11:30am and did not pick her up until 7:00pm. My Shih Tzu is already nervous while getting haircuts and for her to have to go through this for 7 and 1/2 hours because they "didn't want to stress her out" and couldn't use the forced blow dryer is absolutely ridiculous and 100% stressed her out being there as long as she was. I know my dog and I know that she was stressed the entire time. Hell, I was also extremely stressed and concerned for my dog as the hours went on. I cannot for the life of me understand what took so long... They were apologetic but no matter what, I don't understand why it took this long. They did not charge me but I would not have paid anyways! I'll never go back !! And I'm not even happy with the haircut... SmhI'll stick with Petco from now on and drive the extra 15 minutes happily.

Horrendous customer service. Told my mom she was lying about her appt time and we’re just down right rude. Absolutely no willingness to help make things better. We’ll be sure to tell everyone not to go there.

This place is the best! The level of customer service is above and beyond! Only been there a couple times but offered great advice on available options of foods. Free samples came in handy since our dog became indecisive of her food, so samples helped to see what she was interested in. I do not live in the area so I appreciate them accommodating a payment over the phone so someone else could pick up my order! Nothing but praise for this store and employees! Hopefully they can open more locations soon!

This place is great, the prices on goods are not to bad, they have a good selection of basics and other things your pet would want . The big one for me tho is the self wash station, I have a German shepherd and bathed him twice in my bath not a good idea. Here the bath is great, they have shampoo, towels, drier, apron and it fits big dogs. Will definitely be coming back again.

For starters, the staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Gina was the best! We took our malamute there today and it was super easy and VERY affordable. It will be so much easier and affordable to keep our dog on a routine grooming schedule.

So happy we have a pet store in Leonardtown Centre again! The owner and salesperson were wonderful to deal with and quite knowledgeable helping with my puppy needs. Highly recommend. Please give it a chance. I don’t think you will be disappointed!.

Had a great experience at this store. They could see I was just kind of wandering around so approached me and asked if I needed help. The woman was very knowledgeable about all the food/products I was looking at and pointed me in the right direction for my purchases and has me considering new food for our dog after such a thorough explanation on a few brands there! I brought my 2 year old Cavalier King Charles in to get groomed. Oskar came home smelling lovely and looking great with his new haircut. And his nail trim was exceptional!! Staff was very friendly and reassuring.

CAUTION!!!! CAUTION!!!!Be cautious of who you let take care of your fur babies. Be careful what you believe. Our beloved dog contracted kennel cough from this place and it killed her. First the staff tells my wife about having to sanitize because of a dog coming in with it. Then later tried to deny it saying that sometimes it just pops up. A dog has to be exposed to it by another dog and this is the only place she goes so obviously she got it from another dog here, so basically they killed our beloved pet. Stay away from here. They won't take responsibility for what happens to your pet and they will deny any wrongdoings if anything happens to your pet while in their care. Use extreme caution if you bring your pet here!!!CAUTION!!!! CAUTION!!!!

I brought my new puppy Milo in to find a harness and boots for the upcoming winter, and everyone there was so helpful. He also needed his pads and toe nails trimmed and Mattie did a terrific job. I will definitely be bringing Milo back to be pampered.

Shannon, the lovely groomer at Earthwise pet shop groomed my Sheepadoodle today. He was ver dirty and matted in several places on his body. She worked tirelessly for hours to make sure he was groomed to perfection. We are thrilled with the results of her very hard work. He looks incredibly handsome! Thank you so much, Dear Shannon👍💕

Wonderful staff with sooooo much patience! Nail trims stress my pups, but all of the employees spoke to them, seemed genuinely happy to help, and even made us feel welcome while cleaning up multiple puddles as my chihuahua marked her territory around the store. Excellent service to both humans and dogs!
