Never ever ever have we had to have our dog scalped like this. We have had pet smart for years groom our lil poodle with the same time frame and home brushing routine and never has anyone seen the need to scalp our dog! Paid 100.00 for them to lie and say she was so matted they had no choice... im completely disgusted...We were warned cuz we were taking a poodle that they might do that...so instead of really trimming her the way she should be and brush her out like the past groomers.They even took her tail off that I had just brushed thoroughly a couple days before...Absolutely no will never recommend them. Not happy!!!! We could see every spot on her body... she looked like a russet potato 🙄

They were very nice, but so far am not a fan. My grandmother picked up my dog for me so I was not able to see evaluate the cut at pick up. They cut my schnauzers eyebrows off and didn't even groom her ears or head. It looks like they forgot to groom her face but yet cut her eyebrows off :( my poor baby looks like an old wheaten terrier

The groomers here are great! They are the only ones who could do my dog's nails. Where others have failed and still charged me for the service, Rufflections managed to get the job done and return my dog with the least amount of stress I've ever seen after leaving him. We will certainly be repeat customers for the foreseeable future and highly recommend Rufflections!

We brought our long hair doxie there.The staff was amazing and very friendly.The groomer took the time to sit on the floor so our baby could get to know her and feel comfortable.We will be recommending Rufflections to our friends.We will also be a regular client.

Great experience here! I was recommended to Rufflections by my vet tech and I will definitely be returning regularly. My dog is very anxious during nail trims and the staff here were patient and gentle with her, and got her nails done quickly so we could be in and out.

The friendliest and best groomers ever! You walk in to this place and they don't take your dog in a back room, all the dogs are right there up front everyone working alongside each other and clearly enjoying what they do. My Bella is an old lady and comes out of there looking and feeling like the Great Pyrenees she is!

We have been coming to these guys for nearly 2 years. Our Sheepadoodle always is cut and shampooed right. They also happily discuss seasonal changes and changes to the shampoo used after we noticed excessive paw licking. We are very satisfied with our groomer Tiffany! I highly recommend their services!

They did a wonderful job on my furry friends haircut and he was happy and not at all jittery when I picked him up. They started my dog on time and finished him early. He looked amazing and was very happy! Love this place!!!

Michelle (the owner) used to cut my older dogs hair when she worked somewhere else, we lost touch with her and finally found her! She has been the ONLY groomer able to cut my yorkie mixes hair. (He bites everyone else and we've been band from several places around town, he's 11 and a bit stuck in his ways. He doesn't like to go in a cage) Today I picked him up, she was sitting cuddling with him! He looks AMAZING!! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean. You couldn't ask for more caring people to trust your fur babies with!!

Wow! I'm so happy that the name of this place was was change ( Dirty Dang Dog) now " Rufflections Dog Grooming " and I believe so was the staff! It was an amazing experience and customer service! Everyone was so friendly! I love it! First time I tried Cindy and she was amazing to my dog and so much patience and she called me to give me an update, Cindy was so nice and she is very good of taking care of my baby Hachi! I'm coming back and definitely satisfied with Cindy's grooming. The end result was very nice and I love it! I definitely recommend her! And you wont regret the amazing result that she produce!!!! My baby Hachi smells so good! Thank you Cindy! I hope I spell your name right!!!

The employees are caring and they are flexible. You can drop in for a nail trim. My dog is 15 and too old to stay at a groomer for hours. They’ve worked with me so that he be groomed quickly and on his way home! Love this place!

This place is fantastic!! Just moved to the area and was recommended to take her here since she is a rather large dog. Took her in for a bath & nail clipping and the tech was wonderful with her! She looked and smelled so good!! I highly recommend this facility!!
