First time here today and I can say I absolutely loved it! Caitlin groomed my 6 year old yorkie and he looks AMAZING she listened to everything I said and gave her opinion and I went with it and boy am I so pleased! He looks absolutely great and he seemed so happy! Will definitely be coming back every 6-8 weeks! Was soo reasonably priced I was seriously shocked. So so happy I got recommended to come here ! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Great experience with Wanda and entire staff. I have never taken our kitty to be groomed before he’s only 7 months. I was so anxious! Wanda talked me before the appointment and gave me so much information and reassurance. Theo left looking amazing and being so calm! Wanda is amazing at what she does and really cares about her customers. I can’t recommend her enough!😁 Thank you for everything!!

First time client of cat grooming service. Entrusted our nearly two year old cat to the care of the groomery. We were subjected to a surcharge for her “jumpy” behavior during nail clipping, only to discover that the groomer had cut into her quick and caused her to bleed. Feedback from groomer is that “I don’t know of any vet or groomer this hasn’t happened to”.Will absolutely NEVER send my loved one to this business again.

Our 7-month old west highland white terrier had his first haircut here, which is right next to his veterinarian clinic. We found the service excellent. We particularly appreciated the informative report card and the neat red bow. Our dog did not look traumatized afterwards. The cost was better than that of the chain stores and it was easy to schedule an appointment.

Love this place so much! I was real apprehensive considering my experience with another grooming location and how far this is from my home, but this is well worth the drive!! The staff is professional, the prices are reasonable, and Cassandra (my dog's groomer) does exceptionally every time we bring our pup in. I love the incentive to rebook with the discount, love the little bandana the pup comes home with, and the little Pet Report Cards that give me an idea of how our pup did. I grateful for the family member that gave us the recommendation, and if you're looking at this facility for your own pet's grooming needs, you should go for it!

There are oh so gentle with my 16 old dog. They really are sweet and she always looks so good. They really know what looks good on your particular dog and always remember it without having to explain it each time. They even throw in a bandana if I ask. It really is no hassle to get my dog groomed since they are so organized.

Today was our golden retriever's first visit to Highland Groomery. The staff was pleasant and well organized. The turnaround time was better than our previous good groomer, and the result was a happy, beautiful, no-scent-added dog. We'll be back!

Our two little dogs always come back looking beautiful. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Unlike growing options at the large pet stores, there is more care taken with each animal and there is generally less stress on the pets due to noise, barking and crowds. Service is prompt, prices are a little on the higher side of average, but well worth it considering the quality and overall service.

Horrible job of grooming my Great Pyrenees. The cut was lopsided - shaved on one side but left long on the other side. Also had plugs of hair cut out in several areas where hair is long. Groomer says she talked to me several times about him being matted, but my phone shows only one call from them. I would have been fine with cutting hair short in rear and underbelly. Told them specifically NOT to shave him and they did anyway. Charged a lot of money for very unprofessional and substandard job. He also came back with a limp and will not bear weight on one leg. When I complained, the Groomery blamed me for him being matted. I have taken him to 2 other groomers in the same condition and they have never had a problem getting him brushed out. I will not be returning.

Our experience with Highland Groomery has been very positive. Our dog isn't traumatized by it. He doesn't want to leave us but he will and the staff is very good at redirecting him. Staff is very professional, he looks great and they give out "repot cards". at the end so you have feedback. Excellent but higher than more generic places i.e. Petco, but well worth it!

Hands down THE BEST GROOMERY ever!!! They listen to their customers and always do an excellent job. I was very particular about the type of cut I wanted for my dog... in fact I micro managed them quite a bit the first time I went there. But after the first visit I give them free reign. Hat's off to my stylist - Caitlyn. She is AMAZING.

Another great grooming at Highland Groomery! My 11 year old schnoodle was a bit of a mess. He hasn't been the best boy at home with brushing and in-home grooming. Sara got him all cleaned up! He looks great! Thanks guys!

Highland is the best groomer around. My dogs love them! I have to watch what I say- due to the fact that the word "bath" has them all running to the car! The Mason family of Bear , Chu, Squirt & Patch give it a 5 stars!

I had a very similar experience to the review below me. They called me to say there were a few mats under his armpits. After a few minutes of debate, we decided that they would shave those select areas under his stomach and leave the rest of his coat long as I SPECIFICALLY SAID when I dropped him off, to NOT shave him. He was completely shaved, they ruined him. The worst part is they made me pay and tip before I got to see him. I will be switching immediately.

I used to always take my dog to PetSmart or one of the other big chains until I realized the employees at those chain stores just don't care. The people at Highland Groomery were kind, careful with my dog, and did a good job.

Beware! the groomer at this groomery slit my dog's tongue and poor dog had to get multiple sutures to stitch up the tongue back. Nerve wrecking to say the least.

I stopped by to say Hi to Dr. Cunningham but he wasn't in he's a Fantastic veterinarian I've known him for year's and he was alway's the best in the Business he could alway's figure out what was wrong with my pet's he was 1 who alway's thought outside of the box I worked for him over 20 year's ago and miss him terribly.
