This used to be a great store. But items I bought regularly disappeared and when I asked the manager if they could restock them I was told that Corporate controls what items are in the store. Similarly, “corporate” removed the normal conveyer belts and replaced them with ones that are half the length, took out the landing pad on the paid side of the cashier and replaced that with those spinning bagging setups. It isn’t possible to completely unload a full cart onto the short conveyor belts and when the bags are full at the other end there is no place to put them. People end up with unchecked groceries and bagged groceries back in the same cart. They have replaced many cashiers with self checkout stands and lines for the rare cashiers are long. The staff are great at this store but the management/corporate care little for customer service. It is much more enjoyable to shop elsewhere.

The young man cashier was great. Smiling and engaging in conversation. Got home the crackers were stale. Not unusual which is why I normally don't go to this store.

Clean, well laid out and nicely stocked grocery store. Entrance from Route 40 can be tricky if you are driving fast.Store has a nice selection of groceries. The produce is beautiful, fresh and priced are good. They carry a good variety of organic items.The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good reasonable prices wow! Love Weis Market. Always busy. Also I get Lobsters there at a much reasonable price than at Shoprite. Now I just went in Weis and saw the Lobsters. Now they are priced 17.99 lb. Maybe because of Easter coming. IL see later after the holiday.

One of the nicest grocery stores in Harford County. The place is always clean and the staff is courteous. The fried chicken is some of the best fresh chicken from a store you can find. Prices are comparable and some what affordable.

Not a single cashier, just self checkout open with 1 employee at the customer service desk and 1 running around helping at the self checkouts. I'm not paid to be a cashier and I refuse to use self checkouts. Left my full shopping cart right there and drove to Food Lion.

It's REALLY expensive here. My grocery bill is consistently between $160-180 when I frequent ShopRite in Aberdeen. I just left here with a bill for $230, and I didn't even buy any meats.There's never any cashiers, every is self checkout. I went to self checkout and wanted to use my own bags, and the self checkout POS kept locking up and making an employee make sure I wasn't stealing because the weight on the oversensitive bagging scale was slightly off.Never coming back here again. And you should either. Its expensive, the only options are self checkout, and the self checkout POS is TERRIBLE.

I have had bad experiences on more than 1 occasion at this specific location as it’s in the town I live in. We have had repeated experiences with Chicken products that are at least a week out on use or freeze dates being completely rotten smelling. This however upsetting does not upset me quite as much as my next problem. We started noticing during Covid that many and I mean many occasions Weis gets an obvious abundance of chicken and to get rid of it quickly and I don’t quite understand this one but they double the original price of the chicken and call it buy 1 get 1 free. I buy chicken here twice weekly so I know the pricing. What a way to help out customers that Weis somehow expects to remain loyal. Definitely feeling some type of way about all this.

Customer service is horrible!!Fruit is to ripe covered in flies,over priced lunch meat, people in charge hide behind the desk with no personality.I will start driving out of town to get to better place. Heck I may have to drive to WALMART in Aberdeen which says a lot.

It is okay. I would buy everything in the bakery if they took out artifical flavorings but otherwise great prices on the baked goods. Not terrible here at all.

My first time to try Weis. I wasn't impressed, only because the first thing you smelled when you walked in the door wash old fish. I love fish and know when it's bad and this was bad.

I come to your store just about everyday looking for Turkey Hill sweet ice tea and you never have it or you might have 1 gallon in the case, I think maybe you should order more of your stock to make sure you have it. After all you are the only grocery store in my town and it's hard for people to go some where else when they don't have a car.

I used to love this store because it is clean and well stocked with a good variety of products. But the lastvfew times I was there, at least 3 cashiers were just standing nearby and all shoppers were directed to self checkout. It doesn't even make sense.

My steak had a package date of July 22nd and it is the 23rd today…. It smelled like cheese and had a brown ring in the middle of the steak. Was not fresh at all

Not one checkout with a person open. A senior lady behind me kept having troubles and no one would help her. The workers stand around in their little groups talking and have to come from far away every time the stupid self checkouts get stopped and then they go right back over to where they were so you have to wait again. Worst customer service, almost just left my full cart of groceries right there at the front and was going to leave without checking out since they could care less about their customers. Will never come back here again or tell anyone else to.

Out of date food. Bathrooms are ridiculous., you have to walk back into storage. The whole place just seems a little dirty. They have a quick turnover of employees. It seems they understaffed a lot. Young people move on quickly and older staff are leaving because of being overworked and underpaid.

While it has a lot of variety, produce is fresh, I’m so disappointed they 1. Have so many self checkout stands, 2. Way overuse plastic bags, don’t pack them anywhere near full, plastic should be banned anyway for bagging or have a surcharge to encourage bringing cloth bags
