Mac and cheese is not as good as it was before. Didn’t receive my Mash Potato and Gravy. Chicken breast was on the small size. Haven’t eat here in awhile and it will be a long time before I return.

My friend says they have the best cheese-steak in town. It was so good & just the way he ordered it, it brought a tear to his eye. I had the fish sub on wheat. It hit the spot! I always ask for burnt frie, they were perfect!

Their food currently is the best in hancock. Hardee's has barely enough people to stay open. Sheetz needs updated and a drive through. Large selection, but always check your food. Something is always wrong. Shives pizza closed. The food here is inexpensive and you get nice size portions. If you haven't tried the chicken, please do, it's awesome. You order catering portions, if needed. The online ordering is a little wonky, but the food was ready and waiting for me. The very large sub I ordered was kept in a refrigerator. I thought that was a nice touch. Everyone, but the cashier, looked like a well oiled machine. Cashier looked to be new.

I have been going to this AC&T since they located in Hancock. I come and go and most every time the employees are great. But today I had the pleasure of meeting Ethan, he's the cashier. Ethan was by far the most pleasant and efficient employee I've ever met there and possibly anywhere for as long as I remember. I was having a bad day, started out hitting a deer on 70 and other things just didn't go my way today. But when I stopped by AC&T everyone there was great but Ethan made me feel great by how much pride he took in doing a great friendly job. Thanks Ethan.

We have been coming to this gas station for over 15 years, and it is consistently wonderful! Super Friendly staff, clean facility, lots of snacks, great food. We stop to buy something, whether we need gas or not, because we like this place so much. It is the best gas station in the United States!

I’m really sick of this place. Used to love it, used to be GREAT! Food was always amazing and the people used to be so nice. There’s TWO employees that I actually enjoy seeing who care about their jobs. April, and Tiff. I called in an order, an order I get pretty often. It’s always not that great. I ask for my bread to be toasted, they tell me it comes that way. Which I’m pretty sure it comes whatever way the CUSTOMER asks for it. But it’s NEVER toasted literally laid on the grill long enough to get one spot of brown on it. The employees never seem like they want to be there or want to do their job. Always laughing and carrying on which is FINE, as long as you are getting backed up, and messing up orders… just really awful anymore. I hope the best for the best two employee they have ever had.

We've ordered ahead for pick up at the Hancock location several times. Every order has been hot, fresh, correct, and ready on time. They take the care to separate the hot and cold items from each other.

Good food at reasonable prices. Place was very clean which was nice. I didn't like how people parked at the gas pumps to go in to get food and not even bother to get gas. I find that rather rude to be tying up the pumps when they could park in an actual parking spot!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I stopped at this gas station to get gas and a drink for my fiancée I told her to go ahead in while I finished pumping my gas. She goes in for a minute and then comes back out looking upset I asked her what was wrong, she looked up at me and said the lady with the tight curly hair in a pony tail told me I needed to get out because I was holding a puppy even after I told her it was a service dog she said get out. So my fiancée got in the car, as I went in to get her a drink the woman that yelled at my fiancé continued to yell about it and had an attitude with me and then told me to get out and leave. I will never ever come here again. Every other ac&t I go to let's me have my service dog but this one it was a problem. Horrible woman she was.

I hate my experience here every single time i come in they never have what i need and then i have to wait 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Ill order ahead because i live in the area and i go in and sometimes still have to wait which i dont understand since i called in advance or ill get home and its wrong. Today they got my order wrong again and didnt say sorry or even really speak to me. I would drive 30 mins further just not to eat here and im local.

Just bypass this stop and spend your money at one of the restaurants further down the street in town. ExxonMobil should end their relationship with this place. It's bad for their brand.
