I went in to go to the bathroom, and the lady that was cleaning the bathroom was extremely rude, saying there’s a sign out there. Wait wait outside but the sign says let us know in the bathroom is all yours and that’s what I was going to let her know and she just basically kicked me out. You would think after spending so much money every other day in gas and one of these stations and buying food. They will treat you a little bit better. Very disappointed the picture that I’m posting it says let us know and it’s all yours when in reality, if you let them know, they’ll treat you horribly, this happened today 1/0924 at 11:00am short white lady was cleaning the men’s bathroom, vey rude…

Ordered two bratwursts, one with ketchup one without. The one with no ketchup was covered in it while the one that was supposed to have it had a tiny drop at the very back. The guy who makes food on night shift constantly messes orders up.

Night shift apparently cannot read orders, just got a club combo, and ordered double meat, and this is the third time they have neglected to add the Xtra meat. But they didn't forget to charge for it.

Par the course for what you could expect from a Sheetz location. Extremely clean bathrooms, great convenience selection, and very tasty food. I will always choose Sheetz over ay other fueling station!

I stopped at this Sheetz on 5/1/22 at 6:00 a.m. I ordered a Breakfast Shmuffin. Totally disgusting! The english muffin was not toasted but placed in the microwave. The entire sandwich was cooked in the microwave, including the jalapeno cheese. Needless to say, the cheese was non-existent on the sandwich because it was microwaved. I should have gone back into the store, but since I was making a 11 hour trip, I didn't go back into the store to complain. The woman behind the counter was nasty. Absolutely no customer service. I emailed Sheetz corporate on Tuesday, May 3 to let them know of my experience at this store. I received no response. In the past if I emailed Sheetz customer service, I always received a response within 2-3 days.So much for "made fresh to order".This is the only Sheetz I ever experienced an issue with.

I love Sheetz! The food is so good! My go to is a carved turkey wrap with a mango and strawberry smoothie. A wide selection of drinks from cold soda/pop to coffe and hot cocoa. The employees are always so friendly too!

Was worse Sheetz for food. Ordered a value meal which was BLT with fries and drink and a salad. Sandwich was not good at all. The fries where scattered on top of salad. Won't be getting any food there any time soon.

Lousy attitude staff service. Disrespectful, MTO burnt sausage biscuit, tossed hash brown bag downside instead of upside. Restroom fifth, soda machine need to be cleaned out and upgrade. Never go back there again ever. Never had problem at many other Sheetz in MD, PA, VA, WV and several other states.

Normally love this place, always have a great experience until today. I got two sandwiches. My fiances had the completely wrong cheese, one single piece of bacon after paying extra to add it. Mine was squished as could, one lone piece of bacon after paying extra for it also. So disappointed since ive always had great experiences there

Ordered meatball sub, received a roll with sauce and cheese but no meatball. Only gave an extra star because of the gas station.Edit.Went back to this location hoping for improvement, and I was made to wait for my entire lunch time to be told finally that they never rung up my order after I handed it over to the cashier. So, your people screw up and the customers are the ones to pay for it while you just shrug and offer zero solutions to the lack of discipline in your store? I dropped my previous terrible score even lower, not that it matters. Go here at your own risk, the people working here are not the A team.

I fully admit a bias here, but I love Sheetz and think they are head and shoulders above RoFo and Wawa... This particular Sheetz, a buddy of mine and I got sandwiches on our way to a cycling event. The staff were polite and efficient, and the cashier was WAY respectful to my buddy, who is special needs. This is a great Sheetz!

Walked in to grab a quick burger only to see they just allow customers to walk in with no mask during the pandemic all willy dilly. No courtesy to other customers at all. Burger was delish but avoid this place like a legit plague the customers in the area don't ask for a mask and workers don't approach the customers to ask nor offer the "complimentary mask" that is literally stated on both doors...

Often I have to go to this sheetz, and almost every single time, the service here sucks. I had gotten food once, and had it basically thrown at me by a female employee, second time I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a hot dog, and just as I was about to just walk out, a female employee yelled at me saying my food was ready and I needed to take it now? Today I ordered a hot dog, it was busy, so again I wait half an hour, and I see the employee making my food, as he puts a burnt black hot dog on a bun, and gives it to me. Of course sheetz will not do anything to improve this because they've had bad service for years.

Don't use this sheet for food...they can't or don't read directions twice I've come in and ordered a Ham and cheese (extra cheese)sub with mayo toasted no extra cheese was added and the sub wasn't toasted. The first time I got the extra cheese but not toasted?? The second time the sub was actually in different paper like it was hot and I specifically asked if it had been toasted because a week ago it wasn't and she says yes it's toasted...the sub was cold so I said no its not toasted it's cold n I left not coming back here for food I had to toast my sub at home and you put one slice of ham I felt like I was eating just bread...not good.

Why 130 in the morning do they clean all the coffee machines at one time this is the third time coming in here at that time and they’re being cleaned. I came to this sheetz at around 630 on 6/27/21 and received 2 turkey subs with literraly 2 bones in them like chicken bones one piece was actually like an inch long there is no way that was an accident im absolutely shocked and not even to sure how to react

Awful. Was falsely accused of stealing from this store at a different time and day and when asked to provide video proof they refused to. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. 10-12 min wait for just two hot dogs, happened several times.Also, since the car wash was installed the screen freezes up when you push "no" for car wash. Only two diesel pumps.
