Today is the first time I've been to a Dollar Tree since they raised their prices. I actually think the store has improved. Prices were clearly marked. There were many items to choose from. I enjoyed shopping there and will be returning.

I like the selection at this Dollar Tree, especially party supplies, candy, and crafts. However, the parking lot is always covered in litter and is very dirty. Also, they need more parking.

I see their soda 2liter size prices have gone up to 1.75, pretty soon there wont be the dollar tree.

Ok, I first want to say that before I make my first comment, that I am not complaining about prices. I understand inflation. However, how ironic is it that the store is named Dollar Tree, but everything is now a $1.25? You think that the company might want to consider a name change lol. Speaking of the company if they visited this location, they might believe that this store is being managed by Mr. De La Ghetto. I mean, how difficult is it to at least, occasionally clean your store up? There are three dumpsters in the back of the store, but the rear of the building, and the parking lot are covered in trash. The inside of the store didn't fare much better. Come on, Dollar Tree, take some pride in your appearance. Honestly if you are looking for a bargain, travel on down the road, and go to Dollar General.

Prices have gone from $1.00 to $1.25 and this is expected due the world’s situations. Awesome shop, location, selection, and the staff was personable and friendly. Nice how the cashiers from time to time ask the kids to hold the bag containing their item and that made them feel seen and valued as little customers too. That is awesome!! All customers are acknowledged. Great service!!

Shelves were neat and fairly well stocked, better than I've seen at this store in quite some time. A nice surprise given the decline it had be going in previously. Only one register was open, so there was a line and a corresponding wait to check out. My biggest petpeve with Dollar Tree is the consistent seemingly shortage of staff and always having to wait in lines for check out because they only ever have one register open, regardless if the lines 2 or 15 deep. FRUSTRATING

Prices have gone up a little. If it was $1.00 before it' a $1.25 now or about that. When the check out line got longer, thay quickly opened another register. The employees where pleasant.

They won't let you use there bathrooms at all there excuse every time is there out of order been out of order for 3 months now. When I said where do you use the bathroom they lie and say they hold. My 4 year old ruined his cloths where they refused to let him use the bathroom. Even though I saw the employees go into the bathrooms bet yet us customers they are closed this needs to be addressed.

I always find unique things at this Dollar Tree. They have a large food section and big, wide aisles. For the most part, the store is fairly clean, organized, and well-stocked. I know that the staff do their best to stay on top of it. However, this location (as most DT locations do) gets extremely packed at times, especially since it's near the mall. The parking lot is very small with tiny parking spaces. I have come out of the store many times and have been unable to get in my car due to people parking too closely. Be careful and try to park on the sides of the lot if you can.

Love dollar tree period but this one was a little disappointing on the stock. It was like all half isles of stuff you see in a regular isle of other dollar trees. Also the entrance and exit is a little difficult. So basically not the best dollar tree around but its worth the stop!

Bad they would NOT let me use my digital coupons I told the lady it takes awhile before they go thru. She could wait and told me to pay my bill. I had a paper coupon from the week before i did get to use it. But all the another ones i down loaded i did get to use. I only go to the Dollars store to save money.

One dollar tree is like all other dollar trees, however this one has a very very big selection of craft items and my children love to do crafts, I thought that the store was pretty dirty and the lady that rang me up decided to talk to rhe people behind me while she r and me up and didn't even look at me when she handed me my receipt

This dollar tree is the busiest one in Hagerstown. I really don't like going to this one but since it is the closest one to my husbands main job we go here a lot. They do have a great kids learning section. I have found the best flash cards for my two year old there.

I love Dollar TreeI love to craft and they have A lot of things for crafters . mNot to mention food, frozen and canned. Also candies, cereals and household cleaning supplie *** AND ALL FOR A DOLLAR *** or less. My mind of store.

Store Dirty all over, 16 people waiting in line, cashier light on yet no one there, when cashier came she didn't announce for the next in line, 2 girls from the end of the line jumped ahead of all others, people commented, specifically an older lady, the girls refused to wait for their turn, cashier served the girls ignoring the others, I asked her for a manager, she said she is the manager, etcwill never shop there again
