Seems like good quality, clearance section small. Fun camping section. Furniture nice. Pet section was very one sided in favor of the dogs. Bright, clean, well lit store. Nice cashiers. Haven't been to a Big Lots in years because it wasn't always this good. Will return.

It's my favorite place to visit for good value when my wallet needs a break! Just about anything you may want at the last minute is there in variety!The staff are some sweetheart ladies! Have a question. They have the answer, and they will escort you to your product's destination!

For a discount store the prices are very high. I just happened to visit on a 20% off day.Would not go there otherwise.Good parking.

You can always count on big lots to have deals on seasonal items. The store is always clean and the people who work there are always kind and helpful. If you're going in there looking for specific items, you may not find them, as stock rotates quickly and regularly, but you will always find something regardless.

Big Lots is pretty good, when it comes to selection of products. This one in particular is pretty well stocked when you go in and the store is clean for sure. The staff are friendly and smile at you. The only problem sometimes is check out time, because a lot of times there's only one register opened. Then it takes a while before another actual employee will open another register to get customers rung up. Other than that little problem, I would recommend this store to others.

Love this store. Wish they had a bigger selection on Halloween iteams. However I did find both my dogs the costumes there. They are going to be spiders. Still going to shop there.

Barb and her team here are wonderful. I cannot say enough about them. So polite, communicative and helpful! I almost vowed to never shop Big Lots again but the staff at this store changed my mind. Typical cheap store. Was clean. Check out a nightmare. Long lines and had the clerks signing up for membership while people waiting in line. Bad enough you have to wait for slow checker and slow customers then you have to wait for them to type all the information and signing you up. This should be done at a service desk not checkout line. For someone with bad knees it is too long a wait. Will not be returning. Too bad it was a fairly nice store. Cared for and clean.

Neat place to roam the isles and find things you really wasn't looking for. Some good deals and unique foods through out the store. Always find something to buy. I'm still not sure how their store card works. Never received any discounts or special offers even though I use it each time I shop.

Way better than the Big lots and Chambersburg. I'm not just saying that because I like Hagerstown. This Big lots is bigger and has more items that you wouldn't see than the Big lots and Chambersburg. They have a variety of couches that are super cute and in multiple colors! They're all different types of food movies Christmas stuff Thanksgiving stuff and more.The only thing that's weird about this Big lots is that they only have two check out registers as big as it is similar to the one in Chambersburg. And they have more visitors showing the future they should probably change that, but this place is amazing 🤩 🏽😂. A perfect Drive & experience we are headed from Big lots to Pier 1 to 2nd and Charles, etc. Very clean.

Friendly, helpful staff, well stocked and clean. This time of year ( Christmas) normally is a testing time for many consumers, I had waited in line at a local thrift store for 15 minutes and left without a purchase due to poor customer service. I will be back to big lots for much of my future shopping and browsing. Star, you are too cool.

Three stars to the store only due to the fact that we have been there twice now for furniture and both times they have not had what we were looking for in stock. However one of their associates "Sandy" deserves "5 Stars" for sure. She had a good attitude and assisted us by contacting the Chambersburg store. She found out that they had what we were looking for and had them hold it for us.

The staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. You can always find a good deal on mattresses and bedding. Their selection is a bit limited however they seem to have what I’m looking for in terms of the basics for bedding. They do offer home delivery. And if you have time to walk the isles you’ll be sure to find a few other items that I’m sure you could use at a very reasonable price

A fun place for unexpected bargains. This store always has something new and prices that are really fair. A lot of stuff is cheaper here than anywhere else. It's a good store to visit every month because they do rotate their merchandise. They buy a lot of closeouts. This location opened in 2012 I think, and it is much cleaner and better lit than the other Big Lots. I think it is bigger too.

Purchased my mattress from here at a great price. There are a lot of items you can find in this store for a reasonable amount. I would love to see more hair care products for those of varying ethnicities. Great experience, I will definitely come back to this store.

Really like Big Lots..decided to do minimalist decor, so you can always find odd things there. But, it seems that each time I get to the register and ask for my discount, i always hear "you'll get it on your next visit, expect a coupon." I never have received a coupon!!!! What's up with that??
