Awesome place, extremely clean, extremely helpful staff, very tentative waitress, the food was absolutely delicious...huge portions, excellent food quality, and more than great prices, I had the Fish and Chips Basket and hubby had the Tipsy Melt..the fish was perfect and I loved hubby's tipsy burger so much I ordered a second one to go! For a first time experience it was absolutely perfect.. So glad we found this culinary gem..we will be back often as it is close to our camp, finally a place worth the short drive...

The food was fantastic, from the appetizers to the sandwiches, my family and I loved the food and atmosphere. We had the fried pickles as an appetizer, which came out as a huge dish, and the pickles and sauce were awesome. We also had the steak and cheese sandwiches which came with this amazing garlic mayonnaise, awesome! The fries were also battered, very tasty. You won’t be disappointed!

Food was good. Service was prompt, efficient. Buffalo wing dip was fast and tasty. Fish and chips was sizeable. Chicken salad was good.

Very nice staff, nice atmosphere and very good food. I can recommend the fish, good fries, yummy onion rings, and can't forget the ice-cold adult beverage. We've been there twice, and each time was great!Parking: There is plenty of parking around the building or in the rear. You can go up the stairs to the deck and enter up there if you park in the back.Kid-friendliness: We did notice kids with a family the first time we were there.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the front entrance

Great food and service. Sub rolls are great and hold an overstuffed sub's contents in so you can enjoy it all! Many choices to pick from to satisfy every taste. Small town service from great small town people!

Went to this place twice, both times for lunch, once on a Thursday, and then Saturday in August. Not a bunch of other options in this area. I tried the tiramisu and liked it - you need to ask for dessert separately. Also had the fried pickles, fried veg basket, chicken parmesan sandwich with chips, tater tots, onion rings, etc. Some friends had the steak salad and liked it. Service is very friendly, and the food is cheap, at least compared to NY and CA where I've lived. Food is oily though.Vegetarian options: Tater tots, friend pickles and other vegetables, French fries - a lot of fried and oily stuff, but there's not a lot of other restaurants around.Parking: There are a bunch of spots around restaurant, and also easy to find a spot across the street.

As always, great food and great service! It's our local place to grab some delicious food and ice cold beers! And what's greater than side-x-side and pet friendly!?!?

The food was great, however the class of water with ice taste it like pool water.

This is a low-key place for good food, and one of the ONLY places in Friendsville for such a thing. But I will need to visit more to verify if the long-wait for food to go, or the appearance that good service is not terribly important to the staff, is true.My first and only visit might have been a one-off impression, because there were signs that regulars liked, and frequented the place. To the staff.....You should understand that the area is growing, and with a short detour from I-68, into Friendsville, your offerings could make you a gem to be sought. -Your choice. If I come back again, and feel like you are happy to see me and serve me like I am a part of your family, you win! My food order was correct, and appeared to have been made with some pride! So atta-boys to the back-staff.

Small but nice pub off the beaten path. Inside dining area and bar with a small deck for outdoor seating. Menu consists of mostly brews, appetizers and sandwiches but the food was pretty good. Service was great! They do offer nightly dinner specials which change daily as well as a couple of daily dessert options.

Since I can't seem to post another review, I will just add to this one.Well, another "stellar" trip to this place. Walked in at 2:30 today, one table of 3 patrons in the the main restaurant. Asked the woman at the bar if we could sit/eat outside since it was 72 degrees and sunny and beautiful. She said sure!We grabbed a table and that was it. Waited 15 solid minutes without ever seeing a waitress, no drinks, not even menus. Got up frustrated and walked to our car and left. Really??You would think that in this economy, with places struggling to stay afloat, customers would be king. Guess not here. Very sad situation all around. The last straw for us. Will not return.Previous/Earlier ReviewNot sure what happened. This is our second visit. Came back because the first visit was very good. I had the Italian sub and wife had the fish and chips. Both very good. But this time I ordered the Steak and Cheese sub and it was horrible. Not even sure what the meat was but it was just a mushy, greasy mess and the serving portion was pitiful. Lots of lettuce and peppers but not much else. Wife stuck with the fish and chips and was pleased again. But, I was very disappointed in my meal and I feel like it was a waste of $$. I would sure not recommend that sandwich. We might try the place again after this disappointment fades a bit. Maybe Monday is a bad choice? Just serving weekend leftovers?? Looking for some insight for sure.

The food is good, prices are reasonable, clean and well maintained.Suggestions to management:1. Improve acoustics inside. When busy, it is so loud that you cannot carry on a conversation with the person next to you.2. The menu could use some change up every now and again.3. Service when not at the bar could be better. Emphasis on follow up and keeping the drinks coming.

Our food was good, not great, but I will never return because it took 1.5 hours to get our just-OK food. We needed to get back on the road and had to ask for it to go. Waiter and bartender were nice but the kitchen is slow, and got my order wrong, to boot. I asked what was taking so long and the answer was they had a lot of to-go orders. Such a shame, because it’s practically the only restaurant nearby. We have been in town twice to use the EV chargers. UPDATE- I appreciate the restaurant's response and explanation. It was still a very big inconvenience to wait one and a half hours for an order for just two people (a steak and a sandwich).

Food and service is great! Freshly remodeled, clean, with nice porch to enjoy your meal if you prefer to get some fresh air while eating. The owners are very nice people, attentive, polite and open to people. We had nice local IPA too, that was a nice surprise in such small town.

Well, we stopped in Saturday about 4pm because it is listed as serving food until late, I think 11pm. Walked in, was told kitchen was closed and bar was closing for the day. The bartender was really nice, but we drove out of our way to stop and wouldn't have if closing early or kitchen closed was at least posted off Facebook
