As the owner of rental properties, being able to rely on service vendors is crucial. We have used RK Carpet Services 2 times and have been ecstatic about the quality of their work, communication, and price each time.The first time, we had ripples/waves in our carpet in a small basement hallway. Other carpet companies were quoting a large fee, as a base, just to look at it, with a possibility of additional cost once they came out. I was able to send RK pictures from my phone, receive a quote, and received a quick turnaround to have the work done.RK was on time, knocked out the work perfectly, very fast. Sent before and after pictures. All for a wonderful price.The second time, we had a hot water tank burst. We were able to quickly replace the tank. However, the water soaked throughout the space. Dealing with another vendor wasted valuable time without resolution. We called RK, who does water damage restoration services. They came on a holiday, assessed the damage and reassured us and our tenant of the proper plan to protect them and the property. They took pictures, removed and replaced affected material, cleaned and treated the carpet and floor. They were able to quickly prevent the spread of bacteria, and within a few days, had everything clean, dry, treated, sealed and back to normal. Saved our property and left us with a happy tenant.I cannot say enough about RK's services. THEY ARE GREAT!! Will not use anyone else for any of our carpet needs. Cleaning, replacement, emergencies, etc. Use them and you WILL NOT be disappointed.

RK Carpet Services is everything We had expected from a contractor. They were professional, on time, did quality work, responsive and answered all our questions. This is actually our second time using their services. First, we called for carpet stretching which was done perfectly and efficiently. We then needed a carpet repair done for a section of our carpet that was burned and had to be cut out and replaced. They did a great job! We can barely see where it was replaced! We also had new carpet installed to a room on the lower level of our home. I can’t say enough about RK Carpet Services. They do a great job and excellent work! We highly recommend their services hands down.

He was very responsive and installed our carpet for a much more reasonable price than Home Depot, and the quality of the carpet is the same or better than what they would have installed! He removed the old carpet and padding, and the new carpet is very soft, and the installation is very tidy and professional!

I had a fabulous experience with RK Carpet Services. Bleach spilled and stained a section of my carpet, which had to be removed and patched. Rigo responded very quickly to my inquiry, came to my home the next business day, and did a flawless job patching my carpet with a remnant that we had. He was incredibly professional and is very skilled. I can't even see any lines around the patch. The seams on the patch look better than the initial install! I and very pleased and highly recommend RK Carpet Services!

I found the company on Thumbtack, and had (3) area rugs that haven't been cleaned in almost 2 years, and are used in high traffic areas of the home. The owner showed up on time as scheduled, and promised to have the rugs back within 5-10 business days. Needless to say, I received my rugs back in pristine condition, and they looked like the day I bought them. I would highly recommend this small business/service, as they really provided an above and beyond service for me.

Rigo followed up and we scheduled an appointment. With all my indecisive thoughts, Rigo remained professional and responsive. My brother followed up as well. Double the clarification....lol.
