The customer service at this place is way above par!!! Joseph was super friendly and complimentary of the area in which I live. It may only be 40-45 minutes from Frederick but it is pretty remote. I’m pleasantly surprised that I get delivery service and with a smile. I can’t even get door dash here if that puts anything in perspective. Well done guys

MORGAN, was my greeter that day and she did an amazing job on finding me a selection.. it was my second time there and I wasn't sure.. she was very friendly and helpful with finding a strain that was perfect for me.MAI Tai. thanks Morgan.. THE SECOND TRIP WAS YESTERDAY, ALHANA , was very nice in helping me by explaining to me all of the deals that were going on and how they worked... I already knew what I wanted that day, but she did an amazing job informing me on the new year deals and strains coming out from grow West Maryland.. thank you ALHANA you did a great job.. my selection was monkey berries... Every visit is exceptional, and not for the obvious reasons. Place is always live and vibrant. Staff has been nothing but amazing. They are knowledgeable and fun too talk to. Also environment feels safe and secure. Thanks for being there for us.

Outta the handful I've visited, g leafs been busiest dispensary I've seen so far, and I can see why after one visit. I was drawn in by the first timer discount, and they'll keep me coming back with the knowledgeable staff, and quick service despite the line. Website through my phone browser operates on par with rest of em. The Overall look and feel of the site is step up though. Only dispensary so far I don't feel the need to check Weedmaps, their app and website just to make sure I'm not missing anything.

I’ve been labeled and targeted for not having ID due to a flop in the this company’s protocol. The call was to confirm I had ID after assuming I did not in a previous encounter. Then upon arrival, the driver did not issue my change. Seriously considering complaining to the better business bureauat this time.

I used the delivery service for the first time today. I usually drive to Frederick but haven't been feeling well and couldn't make the drive from Hagerstown. Overall great experience. Easy to set up and delivery was within the given timeframe. Will use again in the future.

She was great. It should be noted there was one medical budtender and 4 adult use bud tenders. She did the best she could with 5 people in the medicalLine however it took quite a while. Seems like the medical line needs some help.

I gave 2 stars cause the staff is awesome. Why 2 stars only cause the website says 30% off Tues, and Wed 1-4 pm BUT.... yes it's 30% off original price not the price you see online. Do not make that mistake you will end up DISAPPOINTED..When I went to cashier who was very friendly I noticed I did not get 30% off of my total order that I placed in store. I got 30% off original prices, not the discounted prices I placed an order for. Ended up paying more than expected. WON'T DO THAT AGAIN... That was the first and last time I will be shopping here. I will take my buisness elsewhere and so should you, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THERE'S PLENTY OF OTHER GOOD HONEST PLACES CLOSE

Allie was very helpful as a budtender.Edit 4/10/24: Sold two defective products out of the box, unused, and would not accept a return one week later due to their 48 hour return policy. I was encouraged to reach out to the manufacturer who stated to return the product where acquired. I then reached back out to Gleaf and have had no response. I most likely will be back but am seriously disappointed with the lack of accountability and will explore alternative dispensaries.Edit 5/6/24: Distributer reached out and has offered to reimburse/ make situation right
