My husband just went to this location (on a Tuesday evening) and a younger, may be 20-something year old manager on duty snatched sneakers from his hand after he mentioned that a cashier told him to inquire about the incorrect price showing at the cash register. She was VERY rude, stating to my husband that "she's frustrated about her job." No apology, just continuous ranting. He also observed her treating another custimer poorly while at this location. We are appalled at the "manager's" lack of professionalism and outright disrespect. We all have bad days, but fhis does not lend to rude behavior, especially from a so called store leader. We shop at Aldi's regularly and have never encountered this before.

I had the privilege of shopping here last weekend. I have to say that all these is stepping up their class. This place has a little of everything and the staff is absolutely wonderful. This will definitely be my new Aldi's to shop at from this point forward. I would highly recommend everyone to go there.

The store you have to visit before you decided where to groserie shop, you will find a little bit of everything, fair selection of organic products, always clean and organized.I wish they start bringing a little more of variety but other than that, fantastic store

Good fruits, vegetables, meats. Just not the choice you may see at some groceries. They have some things you don't find at other grocers though. The prices are good, some things less expensive, some higher as at any grocery.

Nice grocery store. Bakery is average, if you like chocolate in your bread it might appeal more to you. Vegetable selection fair. Cheese selection quite good and prices good as well. A little lean on plain cracker selection. Butter selection also sparse. Usual grocery frozen offerings. Cashier was very nice.

It was a great store, friendly cashier.. being an out-of-towner.. the locals are absolutely rude... What an experience with the locals... So glad I'm from the south where the Republicans live..😁😂♥️ 💙🧑‍🌾

Not the biggest selection, but they are inexpensive. Some of their brand products are just as good as name brand. The quarter needed for the cart use is annoying, don't forget your quarter lol Make sure you have your own bags, if not they charge $0.12 per paper bag.

We love shopping here but have recently noticed they’ve stopped cleaning this store. The checkouts are filthy (caked in old food) and there’s garbage everywhere outside. The staff is friendly, and they seem to be trying to manage but perhaps management needs to hire cleaners? We really love the convenient location and the prices but please clean the store!

Visited this store on a Friday afternoon after school was closed it was busy but well stocked. Parking lot is right in front of the store, but since the store was busy we had to park at the opposite end of the parking lot. The walk wasn't long. There's a signal light help with left turns getting in and out of the parking lot.

I love Aldi selections, the price is the best. Verity of cheese choices with very good price and high quality, you can’t find that anywhere else!The French bakery breads are great! They have very good school snacks for kids, few good items for babies, you can’t find the best price dippers anywhere else but Aldi, they only downside is the cashier and check out not very easy, they have very few employees who are not available to help. They just added self checkout stations that are not always working, I hope they improve that.

I was clothes shopping in the area and saw this ALDIs, which was a blessing. I had a lot of produce on my shopping list and ALDIs aren't that close to where I live. I was impressed with the freshness of the produce and I was happy to find other shelf stable items to cross off my list. A nice selection of organics were here and keto breads and other items.The staff here were very pleasant and I will go back when I'm in the area.

There are two Aldi's in Frederick. This Aldi is off of Rt. 355 in the southern Frederick. Both Aldi's are similar except this one has a bakery. In the Aldi tradition, which I think they need to do away with, is you pay a quarter to use a shopping cart. Then when you return it you get your .25 back. All carts are on the sidewalk closest to the store. There are no areas in the parking lot to hold shopping carts. In the store the isles are wide. Easy to flow through the store. The layout is very efficient. The produce is usually very good all year. All their other food and non food products are also very good and all come with an outstanding guarantee. There is only one register with someone working on it, but you may have to wait a few minutes until someone comes over to assist you which is not efficient. However, there are several self service registers. All Aldi stores have no grocery bags so best to bring your own or use one of their boxes that is empty on a shelf. Their prices are excellent...but you the consumer, are doing a lot of the work. The store is a cross between a grocery store and a small warehouse style store. The parking lot is large and everything is handicap accessible.

Typical Aldi. Has some different offerings than the others within a 30 mile radius. Prices can also vary slightly. This location does offer wine/beers. Parking is adequate. Location is easy to find. Store is usually well stocked and clean.

Great prices and great tasting products. I get all my staples here. Milk, juice, eggs. Produce is inexpensive but quality is inconsistent with some fruit (strawberries). Always something fun to discover. Bring a quarter for your shopping cart and your own bags (though bags are available for purchase).

Update: Still a great place despite a few changes in the pricing due to inflation!The location of this Aldi is great! Away from other grocery stores but close to stores such as Target, Home Depot, and the mall. Unfortunately, some customers fail to follow the directional arrows placed in the aisles. This is by no fault of the store - just of irresponsible shoppers. However, during this visit, my checkout time was amazing and as always, Franklin was kind and friendly. Franklin asked how I was doing and made conversation instead of just sitting there like average associates. He is personable and made friendly banter that made checkout even more enjoyable. I am sure he had a smile under his mask. It's great to have friendly interactions during these trying times.The selection is always great and the store is very organized and clean. You cannot beat the prices!

I used to travel to this Aldi specifically because it was well stocked and clean. More and more the items are not stocked as they would have been. Now they have self check out which is convenient but I like to go to a cashier and was recently told to use self checkout even though no one else was in line. I hope they get better.

What else can I say besides "I like it" ?; not quite an I love it.What I do like are the prices! Noticeable difference between Aldi and any other local grocery stores; definitely lower prices. The majority of items are not typical major name brands....there are a few but not many...really doesn't make any difference for the items I purchased.It is a warehouse style store but still well kept up, clean and organized.My only real negatives are two things....not a huge selection of products (chips may only have 2 or 3 styles instead of 12 flavors) and some products come and go week to week....those bagels purchased 7 days ago may not be available today.Also if you want a shopping cart bring a quarter...you need it to unlock a cart and get the quarter back after returning it.

I love Aldi's! It is very clean. I try to try all of their off brands for the great prices. The majority are just as good if not better than the name brands. But I admit that a few are awful. So I just don't buy them again. But as I said I love the majority of their food. Then don't forget their Aisle of Shame! Their are different and surprising things there all the time! It's so fun to go through all the things! So come to Aldi's. You'll save money and have fun!

What is going on in ALDI 5600-B Urbana Pike, Frederick MD? I was doing my shopping at 8:00 AM today = 9/3/2022 and was shocked!I was shopping in Adi stores for the past 12 years and I was always very satisfied with products, prices and service. The cashiers were so fast and very polite! I liked the fresh bakery goods in this store which is now gone for a few months. It seems to me that this ALDI is either going out of business or they don't care anymore. Half empty shelves, very limited selection, all but one cashiers spots were converted to "self-service", boxes and supply carts were blocking customers movements everywhere around the store; all but one lady that I remember were new "associates" ..So disappointing! Terrible!

Enjoy shopping at Aldi's. It's always fun to discover new items, special items, and lots of food choices. However, their prices on many things are the same as you would experience in regular grocery stores.
