My health insurance promotes me to go to CVS for my prescriptions however, I have been going to giant pharmacy in Fort Washington Maryland for years. The staff is just simply amazing although the pharmacy is located within the grocery store, the waiting area in the privacy of discussing my prescriptions, how to take the medicine and understanding the need for the medication is so rewarding. The pharmacist is behind the county preparing the medication, but always seem to find time to lift up their heads to greet us at the desk. The staff that assist us with drop off and pick up is so super nice and professional. One day I was in a rush to pick up my medication and the store was very crowded. I had a few simple items in my hand and I kept looking back to check the line so that I can get to the register and out quickly, the staff at the pharmacy accepted my small items of groceries and I paid for them after I picked up my medication. The patient and the welcoming energy makes me feel so special. It's heroes and healthcare like pharmacist and other personnel that makes life feel great. This location is pretty new, you're having we built the grocery store and using a smaller location for a short period of time. Nevertheless, the changes during the reconstruction did not hinder the commitment to care for all of us. This is a Public thank you for all that you do for the patience and customers in the community.

There is no customer service. I stood and tried to wait patently for someone to come out of the office. They didn't bother, not even when the security guard knocked and shouted twice for them to come out.

This pharmacy communicates very well about the medications they have in stock as well as the available vaccines. There is a waiting area with chairs if you need to wait for your prescription.

I will not be shopping at this Giant again. The cashier was rude and disrespectful.He looked at me as if I was annoying him with my presence.I refuse to come into a place and spend money where I'm disrespected .

I deal with this Pharmacy Technician very month and 5 stars is not enough for them. They take amazing care of me!!!!
