Lisa and her team really went above and beyond to ensure my girls were well cared for and fit into the tight travel timeline for my move. Their expertise in the USDA paperwork and health certs for both dogs for international travel was amazing and precise! We recently moved to Maryland from New York and had to leave a fantastic vet. My pups are very anxious and can be a lot during exams so I was pretty anxious about finding a new vet.Every vet tech has been so kind and patient with them, and Dr. Harvey is fantastic! She doesn’t push any meds or supplements on us and gives us all options to consider. She also trusts me as an owner to know what’s going on with them and truly listens to what’s going on before making any recommendations. The pups always go in a little anxious and calm down after spending time with her. We’re so happy we chose Fallston Vet!

I cannot thank Fallston Vet enough for helping Riggins while he was sick this week. Dr. Lomax made sure we understood everything that they were doing while they kept him at the vets office for the day to receive fluids and treatment for excessive vomiting. The office called multiple times and insured whenever we were there we knew he was being taken care of properly. They event went above and beyond to send us to their sister office, Festival Vet, right away when they did not have the equipment needed to do an ultrasound. They really are more like a family than a vets office.

My Golden is a covid baby. She still barks a lot when she sees someone new. But Dr Prange and her assistant did extremely well with her. She had never been on a lift before. They were sooo good and took a lot of time with her. Very appreciative for their veterinary knowledge and caring attitude.

It was awesome! Dr. Lomax is the best, he treats my pups with the utmost attention to detail. Emma puts up with Daisy, my lab’s desire to kiss her endlessly and sneaks Daisy an extra treat when no one is looking. Kim at the front desk is always cheerful and concerned about how both Daisy and Penny are doing. This team makes every visit to the vet fun and low stress for both the dogs and the hooman.

If your looking for a veterinary clinic, look no further! My service dog is usually seen at their other office, but when they couldn't see him same day they sent us to Fallston. A little hesitant at first, but WOW!!! What wonderful service. Such a friendly staff not only to me, but McGee. Taylor was amazing with him. Very warm, loving and wonderful tech. We saw Dr. Harvey and I could not have had better care. Thank you all so much. Everything was explained to me left with no unanswered question. Excellent visit, wonderful employees, we will be back!!

Dr. Lomax and his staff are absolutely amazing. Their kindness and compassion is more than you will ever find at another veterinarian practice. They took excellent care of my beagle that was with me for almost 16 years and when it was time to say goodbye to him they were there for us as if he was a part of their family also. They are now taking care of our lab who is very afraid of getting his nails done and they are so patient with him (thank you Amanda). I can't say enough about how grateful we are for Dr. Lomax and everyone who works there.

Can’t say enough good things about this vet.They are so kind and caring. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and efficient. They work to get you in as quickly as possible. Also giving great advice.I have never sat in the waiting room longer than 20 minutes. You’re not just a number.The tech Brandon is sooo good with the animals. He’s patient and loving to them. I have a large male shepherd that doesn’t play well with others. Lol. I’m always cautious with him because he’s very protective of me. Brandon was so incredibly patient with my boy and had no fear of him. He was so wonderful.I have had the most wonderful experience with two of the doctors. Dr. Prange and Dr. Lomax a husband and wife team. They listened to all my concerns. Treating my babies with such care and did thorough testing.Then followed up with phone calls checking up on them after visits.Love these vets.

Highly recommend! They’re super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & understanding. I take my cats here. My grandparents take their cats here. My in laws take their cats here. Long story short but I was taking my in laws cats to the vet to get their vaccines last week. I had to cancel the original appointment because my in laws came down with Covid so I called & canceled 3 days before my appointment & rescheduled for 2 weeks later. When I got to the vet I was informed that somehow my appointment accidentally got scheduled for the following week out. I asked if there was any way to move my appointment to today (aka the day I was standing in the vets/a week before my appointment) even if I had to wait a little while. My in laws were leaving for Florida for the winter before the scheduled appointment & wont be back until March 2024 at the earliest. Plus I really wasn’t trying to chase these cats & spend 2 hours getting them both into their Carriers a second time. Even with a full day & a few emergencies coming in shortly they were able to squish us in. I was so relieved & happy. I really didn’t want to have to hire a mobile vet, that I don’t know & hope they can come to the house to give the cats their shots prior to my in laws leaving. I offered to pay an inconvenience fee or if I could leave a tip & they told me absolutely not. So I’m leaving this review to let everyone know that fallston vet is the best vet in Harford Count IMO. thank you all for squeezing me in! I genuinely appreciate it. Also thank you for recommending the animal anxiety spray for my in-laws cats for their 17 hour (2 day) drive to Florida.

I was in the hospital for 4 months and discovered when I came home that my 11 year old pit bull was very sick with congestive heart failure. The dr and techs took very good care of her by taking 2 ltrs of fluid off of her and putting her on fluid medication. She dropped fluid very quickly and started eating a special diet. I am very grateful for everything they did and will be bringing Gypsy in soon.

We have been going to Fallston vet for years and they are absolutely amazing! I have to send a special shout out to Katie and Ashley who helped me yesterday with my dog, Riggins. They were completely booked when I called about Riggs who had broken his nail in half and was bleeding, and Katie did absolutely everything to help me over the phone to make sure I did not have to take him to an emergency vet over his nail. She had me bring him in and Ashley being a huge team player jumped in between her own appointments to help us with Riggs! This office always goes above and beyond to help their customers and their pets!
