Omg this place used to be my spot. They must have changed owners because every single time I go there it’s some sort of issue. Low stock, no inventory, and rude, nasty employees. I know that technically they aren’t the classist people or the smartest, but they could at least have respect for patrons while they are on the time clock. I went in for nachos right, and the topping bar looked old, depleted, rancid and disgusting. Like maybe you could get sick from eating it. The wonderful employee who “ assisted me” said she couldn’t provide fresh toppings so I just walked out. I am very disappointed in how horrible this location has deteriorated in the time that I’ve used the store.

I placed an order on 711 app at 5:36, pickup said 5:42. I arrive to be told they never received it. I showed my app, payment confirmation, ect. The original worker tried looking on his tablet. He then asked the other man to come out. I explained, again. The man continued to stare at me and finally told me come back tomorrow. So, can i have the food I ordered? No. Can I have a refund? No.

This 7/11 is filthy every time I have gone in there. Coffee bar is a mess and never fully stocked. Thankfully my commute changed and this is no longer my only option when heading to work. I agree with others that the staff is rude and treat customers as if they are a nuisance. also they come across as very lazy when it comes to service. they are lucky a wawa or royal farms doesn’t build near them! they benefit by being the only option for miles. avoid at all costs!

Mean staff. Very unfriendly. Also, the app says they take the Belly card, but every time I tried they didn't have the iPad to access your card. Coffee bar is not maintained..coffee sits too long. I live in Fallston, but drive out of my way to the updated Forest Hill location. Nicer staff and more up to date.

Boy at register needs help. My total was like $7.49. I handed him $8. He then proceeded to walk away without giving me any change and no receipt. I was In to much of a hurry to chase him down and wait for him to figure it out. I just hope he doesn't consistently short customers...

My wife and I have been customers of this 7-11 for over 40 years, since we were kids. My brother and several good friends have worked there over the years (one's still there) and the Hefner's have always been there for Fallston, whether you need a cup of coffee before you blast down the back roads to 695 or something to eat at 3AM when you forget to go to the grocery store, fair weather or foul (they were the only place that stayed open during the Blizzard of '78). I have a lot of good memories of our 7-11. It's one of the last places left that still feels like home around here.

No public restroom. Man was short with us to say there was no restroom. I had planned to buy something after my daughter (4) used the facilities. We just walked out. So not recommend.

After revisiting this 7-Eleven several times after it has changed ownership, I have decided to change my review. It appears as though they have gotten all the kinks worked out and are running a fine operation now.

The worst 7/11 I've ever been 10:00 am is to early for hot food like wings etc. according to manager even though every other 7/11 has food before 10:00am. 1 star rating is to much.

Miserable staff, coffee bar not maintained, they give attitude when you scan the app for free coffee. I work near by and now go out of my way to go to elsewhere Bc the staff is RUDE!!

Just visited your store and very disappointed with your staff 5 teenagers were in your store and 2 of them didnt have masks on and were not practicing social distancing and your employees didnt say a word to them
