Love this location so much. The staff really goes above and beyond. Lucky for me, Rachael (hope I spelled right) was working today. I had a million questions. She was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I got a new fish tank along with all the necessities to set up a good quality environment for some new fish. Thanks for the great experience! Definitely going to keep coming back they had everything I need for my Guinea pigs and dog as well, all reasonably priced.

I came in the store…this white gentleman immediately and aggressively asked me if he could help me. I initially thought it was kinda odd because I didn’t hear him ask anyone else. A few moments later as I’m scrolling on my phone, he asked me again if he could help me; I said no again. As I was taking a picture of a product on the shelf he told me I can’t take pictures or videos in his store and then asked me to see my I.D. It’s 2024 and I understand that some people are stuck in their ways but I have never been told I can take a picture or video of an item in the store. Beware if you’re black coming here. I left because he seemed like he wanted an issue and rather than get violated by him or the police I left. Beware if you’re black coming here!!!

Made an grooming appointment for my lab puppy with Tamara C. Came in 15 mins early to check in, and she acted surprised when I told her I had an appointment. Long story short, she couldn't even do a simple grooming service on a 6 month old pup. Said he was "crazy" around other people and dogs which is a lie. He goes to two different local daycares and passed their temperament assessments both times around other dogs. Never had an issue. But they made a big deal out of our friendly pup so we took our pup back. Never again.

I nicely asked her please bag me 10 comet goldfish, but the staff at the fish department repeatedly h a r a s s e d me by asking questions like where do I live???? Where am I going after I bought the fish??? where do I got my other fish?? So I stopped answering her questions and told her just give me the fish, but she won’t stop questioning.Finally she bagged me my fish with a leaking bag. When I got home, I saw that on my receipt I bought 10 crickets??? So she doesn’t know the price code for fish and she just wrote whatever code she can remember which is 46394 for crickets.

Grooming is very hit or miss. Sometimes it was smooth with no issues. Another time my small senior was nervous about slipping on the floor then they yanked on the lead and choked her twice. She actually choked and they did that in front of me. With my other dog they thought his third eyelid was a disease.

So I have a very high strung 100lb. Chocolate Lab who doesn’t like water or getting her nails clipped. Last week she went in for a bath and nail grinding. A service that should’ve taken 2 hours took 3 1/2. I figured she was not cooperating which is par for the course with my dog. When I picked her up I asked was she difficult and the groomer said “yes”, I knew that because she’s my dog. I pay, we go, no problem. I tried to check her nails but she was having none of it. The next day I started noticing small droplets of blood all over my carpets and bedding (yes she gets up on to the bed) but again she was not letting me check her feet. I waited til she was sleep and did a quick inspection and couldn’t really see any cuts to her feet or pads. I did notice a nail that was quite shorter than the others and looked to be cut to the quick. I just wish as a pet parent I’d been told of the accidental injury, because I know my dog is hard to groom; so something like this “could” happen. To not inform seems disingenuous. I love Petsmart and spend hundreds of dollars annually on food, treats, and grooming. Just let an owner know when something happens so the owner is aware and can monitor to make sure a minor issue doesn’t become a major issue.

If I could give a zero for service I would. They call and cancel appointments at the last minute and they do that much of a great service anyway for the price I gave this place a 2 time chance VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER POOR SERVICE. MORE GROOMING TRAINING IS NEEDED MY DOG GOT WACKED UP TWICE NEVER GOING BACK

I go all the time for my furbabies and fish babies. I usually buy food, litter, and items for my fish. This petsmart always has what I need whether it's wet cat food to aquatic decoration for my fish tank.

This place used to be the best for dog grooming especially when Valerie still worked at this store but now with the new grooming staff it has gotten so bad. Maureen who does the grooming is awesome!! But the new dog grooming staff members have really brought this place completely down.

Took my 5 month old Cadoodle puppy to get his 1st grooming. Ms. Val/Valerie is AWESOME, not only did she do a great job, she understood my little mischievous ball of energy. I am beyond pleased!

Not suitable for nail trimming for large dogs. Although my dog is not comfortable with nail trimming, I used to take him there and the job used to be done.A new staff insisted she can handle him, although she seemed not confident about it at all.So she ended up hurting him and complaining about it that he was the problem!He was in pain and when I was trying to calm him down, she angrly said "you need to leave because we have other appointments and you're disturbing our customers".Bad experience, unprofessional staff with an attitude.We are not willing to repeat the visit to that store.

Friendly staffs and easy booking system online, however there were a couple times where they had to cancel my grooming appointment the same day. They were helpful in helping me re-book but it would be nice if it was a sooner notice. One time, they called me about it while I had already arrived at the parking lot. I also notice how the groomers are constantly changing, I have an anxious dog and would prefer to use the same groomer

First, they greet every customer with a friendly hello as soon as you enter. That makes me feel secure (they have a feel for how many are in the store) and it gives me the cheery warm and fuzzy. I love their great varieties for my finicky cat. Curbside/in-store pickup is extraordinarily efficient. Their customer service is unsurpassed - I never worry about shopping with PetSmart.

Our dogs grooming appointment was cancelled just a day before his appointment, stating that there were too many appointments. I had booked the appointment days in advance. It was a real inconvenience since we had blocked that time on our calendar and awaited this appointment. Worst customer service.

Incredible experience from Dan who works in the aquarium section. He went above and beyond to help my husband and I decide what type of tank and fish to purchase. He spent so much time with us and answered all of our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There were many other customers that came in and he helped them too like a pro. I can't say enough great things. We took our new tank home and set it up last night. We loved it so much we are going back today to get another one. The sale ended yesterday on tanks, but we called him and he offered to extend it for us - we didn't even have to ask. It is very rare these days to find such great service. Way to go Dan, you rock!

I should have gotten his name before leaving the store. There is an older gentleman that seems to be a supervisor. This man gives me dirty looks and kept asking me why I want to buy a gerbil. He insisted that I had a snake to feed the gerbil to, which is completely ridiculous and I felt quite disrespected. I will never go to PetSmart again since this is the way you get treated by the unhappy and miserable staff.

Cassidy groomed our doodle last week and I can't say enough about the great service! Waffle looked great and he was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Also, I loved the little note about how he did on the grooming table. Highly recommend! 🙂

Nice place to get all your pet needs. Admit some things are way more expensive than online but hey then u don't get to see things for real online not can u get them immediately. I prefer so much to go to the store especially to shop for things that I did not know existed. The pet training classes also are great my pet enjoyed them and I learnt a lot. The large food bags for dogs are not much more expensive than online but u get to see the fully stocked shelves and pick out food that u think works for your pet. DOG Treats are expensive but the constant offers make it some what bearable. The grooming services are okay.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The store is clean and well-organized and the prices are reasonable.However, I noticed that they're not giving proper care to their beta fish. A lot of them look sickly or are already dead. I would think twice before giving my money to a store like this.There are better local stores in the area like My Pet Store And More, which has a good variety of pet supplies at reasonable prices.

Was a little uncomfortable with the big dog running around. The owner knew her dog was not friendly with others so I have no idea why she even brought it to the store in the first place. Besides that, the customer service was excellent a gentleman was able to help me find what I was looking for and the cashier was nice and made sure I had everything I needed overall good experience besides the dog and the dog lady.

Thank you for being so diligent in your efforts to protect yourselves, the pets and your customers in light of current global health crisis. The care is greatly appreciated. Petsmart has the best healthy, grain free option for kibble that our cat really enjoys. Refreshing to know if we ever want to try a new brand & our kitty doesn't like it - we can return & exchange for something he does. Staff are always super helpful & kind. The company's efforts to help the animal world & pet adoption charities is a wonderful thing.
