Had everything I needed. Bathrooms were nice. It was spacious and they had nice self checkout kiosks. There’s a Starbucks inside which was busy when I went midday Saturday.

Great pharmacy staff. Otherwise this Kroger owned store is pretty much what you would expect from a large grocery store. The sushi prices are a tad lower than most supermarket sushi but I didn't get any so cannot attest to the quality.

Great groceries variety, good prices. I love the flowers and strawberries always so fresh.The location is a 10 you have some stores around.Have special parking and entrance. Very nice people working here.

Good deli food & friendly helpful staff. I suppose these prices are typical for the area. I've been living in rural Virginia for 7 years, and so I was shocked at the register. I'd guessed my bill would have been $35ish, but it came to more than $50. I'm going home now!

The best mix of a modern grocery store without all of the biggliness of a Wegman's. Everything you need at a good price with extras and fun stuff. A delight to shop here. The store is clean and staff is freindly.

Nice grocery store. Open 24 hours as well. They have a pharmacy and gives out one free cookie per kid. The store is clean, pretty well organized, has a salad bar, meat section, etc. They have more housing development underway in the back side of the Harris teeter and should really boost everything around.

Best subs and nicest staff around the area. My guy in the Deli made me a cheesesteak sub with bacon, he said he was a chef by trade and I could tell. It was absolutely amazing. Thanks!

Started coming here more to test out the value of 4x fuel rewards on Fridays. If the gas deal feels significant, then I might keep coming despite the fact that their normal deals don't hold up well against a (good) Giant or Trader Joe's. Had positive experiences with customer service on 2 occasions and the store is generally less busy than its Canton and McHenry Row counterparts.The $5 sushi/veggie rolls on Fridays are also a tasty reason to stop by.

Mostly a great store. The sushi is really good, and they have some great products. Their produce though is often okay or terrible. Their avocados especially. They’re either rock hard, or already rotting inside. Same with green peppers, okay for a day or two, then squishy and rotten in less than a week. I suspect they freeze their produce, so it’s already on its last legs by the time it’s purchased.

I have to brag on the floral department. I have ordered 10 or so boutonnieres and corsages there over the past few years. Each one has been fresh, creative, and beautiful. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations!

If you advertise fried chicken till 8 p.m., have it available. They constantly run out. Today at 3:45 we called. They are out. This happens at least 60% of time. Who is in charge here?

There were five people back in the deli area and one person was helping customers. All the others were standing around talking about their plans for the weekend. I waited over 15 minutes. Finally, when they finished talking somebody came and helped me. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but it happens every time I go to the deli. I think I'll save time and go to Sprouts next time.

Last night was my 1st time visiting this place. I've heard so many great things about this grocery store but I've never visited any locations for groceries. I have visited a down South location for Starbucks but not for groceries.Well, tonight's the night.We literally needed nothing, maybe 0-2 items but I just wanted to look through here while I had time and check out the fresh departments as well as shelf stock. I was very very impressed. Overall the prices are good. There were a few items that I noticed was $1-$2 more here than other places and then items $2 to $4 less here than other places so you really need to know your stuff.The quality of fresh veggies and meats, variety of brands, spaciousness of store and cleanliness of environmental was appropriate.Once I got to the checkout I knew I was coming back. I 1st went to customer service to see if they have a club card and they do. Jacob was kind enough to assist me and put me in the system so now I am a VIC member of this place as well.I am looking forward to returning back and purchasing more items and continuing to support a place to has everything your grocery heart desires!

I used to work in this establishment, and it was very much lively and young when I worked there. It's heartbreaking to see such a nice store lose all it's youth and charm. It's workers are angry old people, who get frustrated when you ask them to do their job. My father normally asks them to put spinach on his sandwich at the deli, which he's been doing so for nearly a decade now and they've NEVER had an issue with it, even at different locations. Until now, which they exclaimed very rudely, but accepted my father's request for apparently "the last time."

Clarice is a wonderful employee at this location. I hadn’t been to a Harris teeter in a while and was a little unfamiliar with the checkout process. She was genuine, kind, and efficient with helping me through the whole process. For once, I actually left a store feeling better than I had walking in. Rare! Highly recommend to any shoppers. Management, give that woman a raise!!! Lol

This is regarding the Turf Valley store. People here are always pleasant and the store is always clean. It’s never busy when I go and when it is, they open more lanes to get people moving. Never had a real bad experience here. The prices are higher tusk most places but with the service, I will pay a little more.

I love this store...it is always clean, well lit and the employees very nice and helpful. The produce USED to be high quality but for the past year...yes, before Covid...the quality of the produce has drastically declined. The vegetables look to be wilted and rot quickly when in the fridge. I do hope they will be getting in better produce.

Employees are fantastic, store is EXTREMELY clean and well stocked. Prices on some things are higher compared to other places but on other items drastically lower. Also they have the largest pet aisle I've ever seen in a grocery store with lots of different goodies. Parking lot is very big. Only complaint is register area can be very cramped, otherwise I love this store.

Staff here is always friendly and the food is always good. They have great discounts on groceries and other items like wine and hygiene. The deli is my personal favorite as the sandwiches and chicken never taste bad. I would recommend the store to anyone who is looking for fresh food and good prices.
