Rachel is the best! She has groomed my dog, Nikko, for several years now. Don't know how she does it. He is an Australian silky terrier. I have him cut short in the spring for beach and boating! She does an amazing job. Hair all out from his pads and nails short and smoothed. Always happy with results. She is also very kind ! Several of my neighbors take their pets to her too. Highly recommend 👌

Rachel is an absolute pleasure. She consults with you about what your pet grooming needs are EVERY appointment & recommends what's best for your pets.( Example: my poochies paw pads were a major cause of slippery sliding on the hard wood floors & Rachel perfected her cut to eliminate the issue!) Very caring and will report any concerns she might have with skin growths,boo-boos,ticks etc.Very reasonable & worth every penny + more!

We love Rachel and our dachshund does too. He gets nervous to even leave the house but always goes right to Rachel. She does excellent cuts, always asks if we have any requests, and even puts a cute bow on the collar. Rachel really is the best and we trust her!

I took my dog Gus to Rachel today for a nail trimming and she did a great job. My dog hates getting his nails done and is very difficult. I could hear her calming him throughout the nail trim and she was able to do it despite him being difficult. I will definitely go to Rachel again and highly recommend!

I would not recommend unless you want your dogs to be bald! I've taken my two dogs to Rachael a few times and only once was I happy with her work. She will be quick to shave your dogs if they have any kind of knots in their hair even after you ask her not to. I'm not sure if it was just easier than brushing them but it just seems like laziness and an easy $100 to me. I never have problems brushing my dogs hair and for some reason she insisted on making them BALD in 20 degree weather. After this last time and not getting what I had asked for, I will no longer be taking my dogs to her. If I am going to pay a groomer $100+ I will take them somewhere that will take their time to get the knots out. You would think a dog groomer would know how to do it without just jumping straight to shaving them. I could have done that myself. I do not recommend!!

My 12 and 1/2 lb terror of a shih Tzu loves this girl!! Could not do a better job with Mr pip collectively known as,"Pippin"... 7 years old? Anyway this girl is amazing I have no idea how she gets those toenails the same length because he does not like his feet touched (I can't blame him either do i)... And she is terribly fast!! Don't know how she does all that in less than an hour keep up the good work Rachel ...you rule !!!
