I’ve been on the sublocaide shot for almost a year now, and In recovery for 15 months. I just moved and I decided to switch providers, and we are waiting for my new berksati shot to come in, so I had to(unexpectedly ) get a script for suboxone for a week - I’ve used this Walgreens for everything else since I’ve been here with zero issues- so I told the doctor to have it filled here. I was treated COMPLETELY DIFFERENTLY when picking up the suboxone today. I was treated like a drug addict. You know that expression “ you don’t look like what you’ve been thru”? That’s me. So you wouldn’t know that I am in recovery unless I told you. They are always very kind to me at this Walgreens. But today, I was treated like a nuisance and as if I was below them. It was a girl working the drive thru window that was just immediately rude to me, as if she was expecting me to be rude in return/ act a certain way. It’s disheartening and I never write reviews but I think this deserves some recognition. Send some peace to the girl at the Walgreens window. And I hope we can all try to just be kind to ourselves and each other today.. and I hope Walgreens can do better. We’re all just humans trying to get thru the day.

Twice I placed an online order of Boost for same day home delivery (about 3 miles away). Each time the store canceled the order. I called the store and the product is in stock but they have no record of the order even though my credit card was charged for the second request. Their system is down but store would not honor my order unless it came through the system.Once they gave me several bottles of a prescription shampoo instead of one. Another time I picked up a prescription for a tube of an antibiotic and there were eight tubes in the package. They did credit me back for the extra tubes. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

They have zombies working at the cashier station. Went in today to pic up meds and cashier looking right at me when I said good afternoon and made no reply, great customer service. One more time of this and I will shop some where else.

We asked numerous times in the drive thru line for balance rewards and it wasn’t done we noticed as we were on the road. Called the store spoke to manager and they don’t know anything they say you don’t get points for pharmacy when you do. Told me I would have to come back and come inside to fix it! Useless! After this experience we had another issue! My husband picked up medication last night and they didn’t tell him it needed to be refrigerated so needless to say it had sat out for over 28 hours. I called to ask if it was still ok and the person in the phone says it should be I asked for the pharmacist and he tells me they don’t have to tell people that medicine needs to be refrigerated because it’s on the paperwork! They are absolutely useless there! So done with this place.

This place is a complete and utter joke. Drive-thru is never open. Even when there is enough staff present - the drive thru is not open. Too many damn times now Walgreens has changed manufactures on the drugs I’m picking up at the pharmacy. Different manufactures are allowed to have a percentage of difference when it comes to the doses in medications. This is a huge issue when on hormonal birth control. Women will be overcome with symptoms such as break through bleeding etc. Do your research and stop allowing this to continue. Stop changing the drug manufactures you partner with!!

This store is an absolute joke. Not only do they have a new guy apparently working the pharmacy drive thru this evening who was repeatedly told to apply Balance Rewards, this same individual says the card on file is expired yet it is the same card with a future expiration date that has been used previously with ExpressPay. How is it that they keep having bad info in their system and it repeatedly gets updated only for this to happen yet again. Got near home and looked thinking maybe he got the point and applied the rewards card to purchase. Nope. Then call back and speak to a manager who states that you don't earn rewards on pharmacy purchases. Oh really, if that is the case then why does it state it on the website?More rewards, more savingsStart earning1%Walgreens Cash rewardsstorewide, even at the pharmacy!Then says the only way to fix this is to come back to the store. REALLY? When you live 30 minutes away this answer is a major inconvenience and totally unacceptable. Pretty poor excuse for a manager to not know his company's own reward policy.

Male Employee at the photo kiosk on Thursday, August 31st around 6:15pm, busy looking at his phone( with no real motivation to wait on me) comes to the counter and I told him I had a FedEx package to drop off and asked if I could get a label printed out from my phone? His quickest response was "Nope, we don't do that!"and went back to what he was doing (nothing really )I left and went to Staples, came back with the label, he scanned it and said he didn't know if it would work! It went through, I asked for some sort of receipt, he said they don't give one! I told him I wanted something as proof that I dropped it off. He said he could send something to my phone ( but it might not go through while I'm in the store) Fine! I gave my number, never saw anything ( I wasn't trusting him for some reason ) I did see that the package was scanned through FedEx, but now it's Tuesday and the package is still at the location! I called FedEx and they now have their team checking to see why it still hasn't been picked up? I DO NOT recommend dropping off any packages to be returned at this location!

Initially two stars cuz there was a cart in the isle guess for inventory then those two girls came back and chatting and stuff I have anxiety and it was just alot to deal with when I wanna browse the isles. That's one reason why I choose Walgreens normally to huge grocery stores. There was another guy stocking on chips but he was quiet about it. The ladies just seemed to be bothered by the fact I wanted in the isle. Finally I left then came back to grab what I wanted but I could do without that during day hours. The best part of my trip here was that bubbly and fun cashier. I wish I got her name, she deserves 5 stars herself and quickly updated my info to my Walgreens card. She made the trip fun and eased up what I was feeling from the others.. give her a raise!

Their employees lie about the pharmacy hours and also dont like me so they dont fill my prescription most of the time. Have to call my doctor to call the pharmacy to give them the prescription again. Worst discriminating pharmacy ever.Update: now they close early when they feel like it even those pharmacy hours says they close later. I have never met such incompetent, deceitful, trashy employees in my life. I will be getting ahold of cooperate because I am so tired of people being to lazy to do their job right.

I have never had a bad experience at this Walgreens, other's sure. But the Easton one is top notch. Malea helped me today in the drive through with changing a couple things on file in my account and was quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this particular Walgreens.

I am a fan of Walgreens. More than none are open 24 hours a day. Great prices and friendly staff. I have no gripe with the store in Easton itself. My problem is with the pharmacy department as a whole. Their customer service skills are extremely poor. I use this pharmacy because it is who my insurer requires but dread my once a month visit. I understand they are busy, I understand that some people are rude to them. I am always courteous and never have complained about wait times at all. The rudest person their is the pharmacy manager Monica Pogue. She has always been short in answering my questions, and I have always gotten the feeling that she looks down on what I ask. A person in her position should be better trained in customer service especially because of people like me who are weary of medications in general. I was going to write this a few months ago, but I am a big believer in giving people the benefit of the doubt, but this pharmacy has lost my vote. I will be contacting my insurance company and attempting to switch locations even if it means driving further.

they were very disrespectful and would not check for anything. they threaten to call the police on me for waiting for my medicine. i’ve been waiting for a 1 hour for the medicine and wanted me to go around the circle and wait behind the cars and wait longer . then lead the supervisor Jason said it would take 1 min and there should be no problem . so i didn’t understand why i would have to move. then they were talking to the other costumers about the situation that they were making it. that is a violation of patient confidentiality . i was just waiting for my pills , and trying to get my card worked out , i had all the new information they told me they needed , then said it wasn’t valid , and then keep telling me it will only take a short time. they wouldn’t listen to what i said , they got my name wrong , and all information wrong , they didn’t want to listen what i had to say.

This walgreens is a very clean organized store, and always seems to have the most friendly staff. I had to stop by prior to going home and I had an extremely busy day at work which left me exhausted and tired. Therefore, I stopped in at drive through and Nicole, was the girl that I had the pleasure to help me. Nicole went above and beyond as there was a mix up on my script that was no fault of there's it was mine, but with the professional help I received from Nicole figured everything out like a pro still with a smile on her face and as there was nobody behind me, she handled everything without having me to come back. Unbelievable service. I can not tell you how much I appreciated that, I don't know if it was how exhausted I appeared but she was on top of everything, I didn't expect it at all, I thought for certain I would have been told to come back, but she actually valued my time which was very satisfying, I truly wish everyone could be as a hard worker as her. Nicole you made my evening and you don't even know it. The least I could do Is review your store 5 stars. As employees like Nicole just makes it even better and keeps customers returning back...Thanks Nicole!!

This store always goes above and beyond for there customers, from the cashier welcoming you as you Enter to all the friendly staff around. I never have a problem in the pharmacy they always have my prescription on time and checkout is always a pleasure it's so nice to have all this in one store Nicole is usually the hardworking cashier back in pharmacy that rings us up and I believe Jay is the pharmacist that answers any questions we may have always always professional and knowledgable and always a pleasure going there Kudos to all

I've never before written a review but the pharmacy at this Walgreens is seriously horrible. Around 14:00 we called the pharmacy to see if my prescription had been called in by my doctor, and we were on hold for 20 minutes before we finally hung up. We called again maybe 30 minutes later and again hung up after being on hold for way too long. In fact, my husband took the dogs for a walk and when he got back we were STILL on hold. We proceeded to call them on and off throughout the day and never once did anyone pick up; we were always on hold. So finally when we had the chance we drove over in person and the only 2 or 3 people working didn't pay any attention to us. Only one person was working the counter and he stayed around the corner the entire time and refused to come out and acknowledge us even when he had nothing else to do.Let me just say there was nobody else in line. We tried to talk to them several times and got the "just a minute" brush off. After 10 minutes of standing there we sat down in the waiting chairs and waited for so long that my husband drifted off and fell asleep. It wasn't until his phone fell off his lap that someone bothered to call us up.BUT WAIT. GET THIS. They said they had my prescription ready but that they "set it somewhere" and now they couldn't find it. One of them even picked through the trash for a second to see if maybe someone had accidentally thrown it away. They couldn't find it anywhere.Turned out that the person who filled it "set it somewhere" and then punched out and went home.This review is already really long so I'll just say this: we were there forever. And I wanted to write a review in the hopes that someone would FINALLY do something about this.

Sat 12-23 about 3:00 pm.Went to pick up my prescription. There was no one ahead of me. They lady at the window told her co workers she had to go look for something and there was someone to be waited on. She left the room and went elsewhere in the building. The occasional person walked by and glanced at me and did nothing. No one came to help me and I waited for about ten minutes until the lady came back and she got my order. She acted surprised that no one helped me. At lease she waved my co-pay. Still, I will be using another pharmacy from now on.

The pharmacy has been closed for a week. Can't get my RX. On line chat doesn't know anything. Customer service number is always busy. The store manager responds by tell me to contact my doctors and have them send in RX to another phamarcy. You'd think they would have contingency plans for this kind of situation...but they don't.

This store is usually pretty good, but their current manager is just the worst. His name is Steve and he's a coward who told his cashier to "get them out of here" in response to my request to honor incorrect signing. 5 items in my order had the wrong signing on them (not sure if they were expired or what) and I was obviously frustrated while checking out because the cashier couldn't figure out how to help me. When I responded to Steve by asking if he was honestly mad at his guests instead of his inept team, he mumbled some nonsense before trailing off and refusing to make eye contact. As somebody with a lot of retail management experience, I'm always on the lookout for good service. This moron missed the mark and I'm sorry that his well-meaning employees have to deal with his idiocy.

Very unhappy with the pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription back in March and when I came to get it and they told me nothing (1month without my medicine)was here and I called the doctor he told me they received on 3/18/19 at 6:19 pm he has a confirmation and they did not fill it now he resent it now there is insurance issues . No wonder people can’t get their medicine cause of people messing up I understand people are human but when u have proof there is no reason I was given the run around

The store itself is okay but as far as management and the pharmacy they can do a lot better. It's a nightmare when it comes to wait time for prescriptions and also many times short medication. Need to fire people and get better employees

Am a 3 tour Gulf war veteran. Came from Cambridge V.A. clinic with scripts in hand. They wanted to charge me almost $200. for a $23. prescription! Am speaking with a VA rep on this matter, and won't be back! I have PTSD, and migraines!
