Don't need to hear cursing from employees while they talk to each other. I get that enough from other people who are not on the clock. Nice retail floor strategy 👌. And you guys are crazy selling vegetable seeds for almost 5 dollars a pack lol. I can get the same brand for less that two dollars with the same exact count.

I've been to this store dozens of times, but today was an exceptional experience. I was fortunate to meet Joan who readily greeted me as I wandered endlessly looking what for what brought me in.She directed me to exactly what I was looking for, requested assistance to help me load up my heavy items, and all while she was hours past the end of her shift.There is a lot of teamwork and everyone is invested in the customer experience. This is very unusual in today's retail environment, unfortunately. I'm sure they're short-handed but you'd never know it. She even mentioned how great of a company TSC is to work for!I highly recommend checking out this location!Thank you for your help, Joan & team!

My wife visited for the first time this morning. She had such a great experience she insisted we go back tonight.Brandon, Frank, and Mitchell were amazing. They take the time to develop relationships with the customer. Their enthusiasm, charisma, knowledge and personal expertise on a variety of relevant topics and products builds your confidence as a patron. 5 star customer service.Those guys ensured that we will be life long customers

My son was driving through Easton after dark last night and ended up with a flat tire. As luck would have it, he was able to pull off the road into the Tractor Supply Parking lot. He’s a relatively new driver and this was his first flat tire. He went into the store to see if they had tire irons as he couldn’t locate one in the car. The assistant store manager, Frank, not only helped him change his tire - but made sure the rest of his tires were full of air and gave him advice about driving on a spare donut tire. Frank treated my son like family, wouldn’t accept a tip when offered and made sure he was comfortable to get back on the road.I can only image this level of service to his actual customers inside the store is exceptional as well.As a mother who was hours away from her child in need, it was so comforting to have someone like Frank ready and willing to help out! Kudos, Frank!!

Worst customer service ever! Understanding I arrived near closing time. I went for a specific item and was approached by an employee that had no interest in helping but rudely tapping his watch reminding me it was almost closing time.Having found the part I needed he approached once again minutes later stating “ times up he’s not waiting any longer and he will not be checking me out, it’s not his fault I arrived at 9” He walks away commenting to another employee “These motherf***er’s” Complaining he has an hour ride home continued making rude comments as I left. I have never experienced such poor customer service or been so insulted in an establishment I frequent. That will be the last time I ever go to the easton site!

Shop here regularly - choose it over other big box locations regularly and am always happy with the service. Someone is always available to answer questions and there is never a wait to check you out. Best of all? No on is pushing me to do self-checkout, in fact they don't even have it.

What can I say. It's tractor supply. Surprising variety of products for suburban, rural and farm lifestyles. Always friendly and fair if not superior pricing. Beats the hell out of Lowes for comparable products. Took me a while before my first visit, now it's my first stop.

Always great experience even if they place the toys by the checkout so my kids beg. I always have what I need and if they don't know which local vendor does carry it. the checkout staff are always friendly, greeting you when you walk in the door and making polite small talk. Really just what you want your shopping experience to be.

We have just recently started shopping at TS. I will say that overall, our experiences have been positive ones. My wife and I had questions regarding discounts when signing up for a cc there and their membership card. Jamie spend a lot of time VERY patiently answering any and all questions for us. During checkout she even called the cc company to get it to process that day and was even patient with us as we forgot that we needed to unlock our Equifax account. We did have to head back in because the price didn't ring up correctly and a couple employees mentioned that this happens quite frequently; sounds like corporate/management has some room for improvement. Having managed a couple companies in the past, I must say that in a world that is going more and more online, this lady is a shining example of what a retail establishment NEEDS to be the face of their company in store. While not pertaining to this store, we were in another TS in PA a couple weeks ago and received exemplary service from yet another associate who went above and beyond for us. While the TS app has more than a few issues, they seem to do a great job at selecting outstanding employees. Thanks again Jamie!

Called to inquire about their pet vaccination clinic. Was put on hold and then disconnected. Called back and was told by the woman "every 3rd Sunday". Tried to get more info such as the exact date and she repeated above, asked the costs and was told "depends on what you get". Before I could ask for the hours she hung up. I can't imagine they are that busy at 3pm on a Wednesday that she couldn't grab a pamphlet and answer a few questions.

We were looking for a specific lawnmower. A store in DE wasn't helpful, online support couldn't help and Cambridge MD wasn't really interested in helping customers. So we ended up at Easton MD location and once again they didn't let us down . Easton MD location bends over backwards to help customers. Joan (cashier)was great, helpful and we knew she cared. Jordan (mgr) really showed he was there to take care of his store, business and customer - not always an easy balance. Because of Joan and Jordan, we've bought our third lawnmower from tractor supply and will send everyone we know to Easton for great service and customer care.

Come here all the time but seems newer staff very unprofessional. Alot of cursing in back of storage area we can hear in the front of store. So me and my child who heard the f- bomb decided to leave.

We went in in Easton store yesterday May 3rd. My husband was looking at a gas weed eater. We waited for someone to give us a price check. Finally some girl came and she couldn't even give us a price. Looked in book and finally found price and she told us she couldn't sell to us cause it didn't have a bar innit do we couldn't buy it. WTH. Yall got that much money.

A few days ago I called ahead of time and asking if I could park my tractor trailer at one of there stores over night 10hr reset.tony was the man's name closing.he told me it's not a problem just park out of the way and. Make sure others can get by.iv parked here tonight will see how it goes with me Bing gone before they open in the morning

I bought a pair of chore muck boots on the 6th of January and by the 20th they were leaking water. I returned them on the 26 and swapped them for a new pair. Had to return the new pair 6 days later because they were leaking also. The staff was very friendly and with no questions asked swapped them out for another pair. The staff is willing to work with you and assist you with any items you have purchased there. They stand by there 30 day warranty.

we are never disappointed at Tractor Supply. However the last time we visited I thought they were closed because it is so dark and their signs are not lighted. Pay attention to the hours posted on line and don't be afraid to pull on the door to check to see if they are open.

They actually answered the phone and were helpful, just to start with. Staff knows inventory and where it's located. If they don't know they find out exactly where it is. Staff was able to make suggestions as to which product best suited my needs. You can't ask for any more than that.

The tractor supply store was awesome has everything that you need from chicks to horses absolutely awesome and I would definitely go back to the Tractor Supply Company and a lot of good stuff on clearance I went in to buy one item and walked out with a tight um's come check it out

I love this place it has amazing 🏇 horses supplies pet food toys and trikets for the kids and they sell baby ducks and baby chickens and sell the pens for them to that have kenals for dogs and so boots to witch is nice
