One of the most dishonest group of individuals that I have encountered in retail business!!!My son rented a piece of equipment from the rental store and during the loading process of the item, significant damage was done to my sons car. My son was on the other side of the vehicle and did not see the damage however, there is no way that the associate that was on that side did not see the dents and scratches to the vehicle. When the store was contacted by my son, he was given a run around and song and dance that “there was no way to prove that the damage was incurred at the store and could have happened on the ride home”.I was there when the equipment arrived and I noticed the damage when he was pulling into the driveway BEFORE he got out of he car. I called the store to speak to the “manager” and was passed off to a lady who acted as if she were a manager until I started asking about damage to a vehicle. She quickly stated that she was a cashier and I asked for a manager. Another lady got on the phone and stated hat she could not do anything or talk to me about this issue any more. When I asked to speak to someone that could she said she was busy and other customers in the store needed her assistance. She was ignoring the questions and telling me she could no longer help. Frustrated I stated that I could not believe that they conducted business his easy and that they were going to get blasted on social media. As a retail/ rental business they are terrible at customer service and we’re shuffling the call around to get me off the phone. Eventually she simply hung up the phone. This is the type of service you get from the rental canter at Deale Md. I would give less stars but the app will not allow a zero star rating.

I love this hardware store they know what everything is and where everything is. For a remotely located neighborhood hardware store their prices are not bad at all.Today's visit is exactly the same as any other always fast and efficient friendly and knowledgeable.

The very best thing about this great little hardware store is their employee, Kristine! Kristine, a stand-out employee, is knowledgeable about so many things and always willing to spend time assisting customers. Kristine has helped me with all things related to an enormous, whole-house, interior paint job. Recently, she spent a great deal of time helping me determine the best product to use for a mosaic project. I vote this enthusiastic, knowledgeable and pleasant employee MVP! If you have not had the opportunity to visit this great little local store, it’s worth the trip.

Knowledgeable staff. Smaller store than Home Depot but they actually have inventory and it is very well organized! Couldn't have asked for a better local hardware store.

They often have the parts for our boat that West Marine either doesn't carry or doesn't have in stock. May be a little more expensive than Home Depot but is more convenient to the marina. The short trip is worth the slightly higher price. Also, we can get our boat's propane tanks filled there easily.

I usually give them 5 stars, however, this weekend I was shopping when I saw a pile of damaged and worn American flags. They were tossed in a pile with several touching the floor. If you are collecting them to be retired you should provide a large enough container to hold them. Also if you contact the local Boy Scouts troop, they will retire the flags in a proper ceremony.

Store has a pretty good selection of products. Like most "mom and pop" shops, the prices on name brand items are a bit higher than normal markup. However, their prices on Stihl are very fair. Same with their Honda mowers. Both came with warranty periods beyond manufacturer periods.

Great hardware store with a large selection and friendly staff. 68 gallon trash cans to Gorilla tape. It's very convenient and I stop there for all of my hardware needs.

Absolutely love the staff here. They are so friendly and helpful. The store is small (love that too) but normally has everything I need. Definitely my favorite hardware store.

Competitive prices!They do have mostly everything you maybe looking for like C clips, waterproof lubricant, fuses. And if you live in this area it ia closer that Home Depot

Very good local hardware store. They carry Stihl tools, Honda generators and a good selection of tools. I don't think that they have a lumber yard but they do rental of tools.
