Not good service.. not honesty... Except for the Mgr Chase.. To many games played with customers awaiting a different size.... Never came... so I got a better Quality shoe else where.. Thro. mgr put them aside for me earlier and the correct items disappeared out of the bag, before I could buy them.. thro some remained... Talk with mgr Chase...if needing anything RIGHT done for you.Chase keeps this store quite organized...Thro,for the Others...honesty isn't there. So long Damascus Shopping Ctr its out of the age style & popularity... People are moving out of the center shopping ...So long.... fareware ..Auf Wiedersehen...Gute Nacht.... Good night..........!Have more Restaurants...and Honest staffing...It will Grow👣

Lazy. Will tell you they are out of balloons when they have balloons.I get it. You are busy. You dont want to fill balloons. Dont tell someone you dont have them. They have a whole wall.I went up to check. They have them.

I shop at Damascus Dollartree about once a month for a verity of items. From utility items, kitchen, garden, and alot of low cost mycology tools.Every time I shop there I leave in a good mood. Staff have always been friendly and polite, even when customers aren't being particularly respectful. When I don't find what I'm looking for, I always leave with items I forgot (or didn't know) I wanted. And at a incredibly low price too.But.. today really stood out for me.Jennifer went well and beyond what I'd typically consider good customer service. She was polite, kind, and went out of her way to retrieve a simple spray bottle I really needed. Best part is I didn't ask her too dig it out of the back. I was fully set to move on without it and look elsewhere.Thank you Jennifer Mallick, you turned a good morning into a excellent day!

I went to the dollar store on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving so it was really busy. The shelves were stocked but understandably messy. The cashier was great and checked me out quickly. The only thing I didn't like was in several isles there were multiple large dollies full of boxes that blocked me from getting to items that I wanted to buy. I did move one and reached in and got what I wanted. I will shop there again but maybe not a couple of days before a holiday!

Merchandise is all over the store, on the floor, etc. Nothing is organized in a neat fashion. It looks like a bomb went off in the store. Also, the carts the employees use to move merchandise around, are in the sales floor, full of boxes. I had to move 2 carts just to access what I wanted. They need a new manager and crew.

Came in one morning and stood at a register with no line and no cashier, saw the Manager and asked if I could get some help and he said she’ll be right with you . Well she finally came and had a attitude like she was doing me a favor very rude . If you do not want to work then quit and let them hire someone that needs s job and who would treat customers with some respect . Maybe corporate to replace the manager because evidently he’s not doing his job . The Damascus Md store should hire better managers because he should’ve helped me

This is by far the best Dollar Tree. After being recently renovated, the store is kept spotless. The merchandise is well-organized and it does carry refrigerated and frozen food items. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I got few christmas cards, two gift bags, two christmas mugs, gift wrapping tissue paper, 3 packs of scotch tape and a christmas ornament , all for about$15 so it felt good to NOT break the bank for some last ninute christmas shopping . Christmass section is always full of good items. The store was a mess coz people just throw things on the floor smh. Custimer service was great and didnt have to wait in line for a long time at all.

Maybe it's my timing, but there's always a problem when I shop there! Not enough registers open or slow CC processing to not having what you need. Sometimes the store is so cluttered w/ boxes and inventory you can't pass through some isles. But convenient!

Always a great place to stop in for quick supplies, wants and needs. Stores are stocked well, clean, and affordable. Good quality items for cheap prices. Easy access , ample parking.

Definitely one of the bigger stores around with a lot bigger selection. The manager chase is definitely on top of it and very helpful. I asked about their DVD selection and he even went and saw if they had more in the back.

Cashier was wonderful. Store had quite a few isles blocked with boxes that needed to put out. Very disorganized, it looked like it had not been straightend out in weeks.

I had hoped to find flower seeds, but I guess the season's over. Also checked out Contact Paper, but only found the same old designs; nothing pretty. Got two balls of yarn and wall calendars. Plenty of wall calendars in stock.

I love this Dollar Tree. I always go in planning to buy one or two things and find many more deals too good to pass up! The new refridgerated selections are great, as well.

This dollar tree in Damascus md is super. Its clean, no items on the floor, located in a good neighborhood and surprisingly good items. I'd recommend it to anyone!

I was with the intention of buying 20 balloons. I asked the cashier if some one could helpe me whit them, she set wait a minute, then she asked me how many do you need and I answered 20 she say no, then I say 10 she say no again. I was surprised for her answered and she say I can just sell you 2. What a desapointment.

Was great when first opened. Now it doesn't seem well maintained. Shelves a mess needing attention. Not really friendly.
