After many months of guiltily asking friends to watch our two rabbits while we’re away, we found Pet & Home Care online. We have been using their service for four months now and I don’t know how we lived without it. They are experienced, dependable, kind, and responsive. Thanks to Miranda R, Emily B, Tad B, Andrea L, Dorothy E and the rest of the excellent team, we never have to worry when we leave town. We especially love that they share updates explaining how their visit went and including photos our two buns. We will proudly continue to depend on their services for the foreseeable future.

Was recommended to Pet and Home Care by Laureen’s Pet Sitting when she moved away. We used P&HC for the first time over the new year holidays. Jack and Jean took care of our three dogs, gave twice daily medications to one, and sent pictures with every update. This was the happiest our dogs have ever been when we’ve returned from a vacation. 10/10 pet sitting. Highly recommend and will use them again. ❤️

From a management standpoint, Tiffany and Kira were easy to work with. They looked at our set up and made a few recommendations to meet our needs. They also adjusted our schedule, which saved us some money. Very pleased with their services and their rates are reasonable. They followed all instructions, left detailed notes and even sent cute pictures of one of our cats. They also contacted us with questions or concerns.Erica was outstanding. She was attentive, kind and affectionate with both of our cats. We highly recommend and would use her services again if she is available in the future.Thank you!

We found PHC over a year ago and I’m so glad we did!! They are truly amazing. Not only do their sitters care about our pets and treat them as their own, all staff are extremely professional and helpful. They send communicative updates regularly to check in and are extremely responsive to any questions or concerns you have. I trust their sitters wholeheartedly in my home and my pets LOVE their time with them. Special shout out to Jalisa, my cats are absolutely obsessed with her! But honestly every sitter we have encountered at PHC, whether for overnights or drop in visits, has had the same level of kindness and compassion towards our animals. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We used Pet and Home Care’s in-home pet sitting services for the first time last weekend and couldn’t be happier with our experience! It was our first time leaving our newly adopted pup so we were nervous, but Ellie was amazing and it was so nice to know our dogs were in good hands. She communicated regularly and sent lots of cute pictures throughout her stay and she was so patient when dealing with our crazy pups! When we returned home we could tell they were well cared for. We are extremely picky about who we leave our dogs with and I can say with full confidence that I’d recommend Pet and Home Care to anyone!

We feel so lucky to have found such a great service to take care of our beloved Goldendoodle, Charlie, as well as our home. Charlie loves everyone at Pet and Home Care who's taken care of her which includes daycare, a variety of grooming services, walks, really anything we've ever needed or wanted for our beloved pup. They are so sweet and caring with Charlie, I sometimes worry Charlie likes her PHC friends more than us! PHC has also provided excellent services to help clean and maintain our home. Our lives can get very busy, but Tiffany and Pet and Home Care have been a trusted and valued support system for us for years and have made all of our lives significantly better because we found them. My wife and I can be very particular and picky, so I can confidently say they are the best and couldn't recommend anyone more highly!!!

Jack and Louisa took wonderful care of my little doggy while I was away for over a week. I had them come in 3x a day (well, one person each time!) to feed/walk/snuggle her, and they sent me photos and messages about how she was doing each time. When I came home, my pup was happy and healthy. My house was in good order as well, and my mail had been taken in. I have great faith in this company, and in these wonderful people. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an evaluation that according to them, it was supposed to be a full day of daycare, but it didn’t even last 10 min. They said my dog didn’t want to get in the cage ,which makes sense because this was the first time at a place like this. They still charge me the $40 . Perhaps a more detailed explanation( i.e. crate trained specification) would have been helpful

I've taken my dog to Pet and Home Care for about a year now. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I've used their daycare, overnight boarding, and in-home visit services. I never had a bad experience, and my dog is always excited whenever I ask, "Do you want to go to Pet Care?" They are good about separating the dogs by play styles, and make sure the dogs play nice with each other. It is a bit more expensive than something like PetSmart, but the quality is well worth it.

My husband and I fell in love with the website and reviews. We reached out to set up a doggie day camp and to tour the grounds because we were interested in boarding our dogs for a vacation. They responded immediately and said they will send a midday note letting us know how the pups were doing and an end of day note with pictures, we didn't receive either. When my husband went to pick up the dogs, he got the tour. The grounds were not what we expected; it was not at all family style accommodations, it was a room full of crates! They said the pups did well and were welcomed back.To give some credit, I'm sure my younger pup had a blast. It was a wet day and he came home dirty (that didn't bother me at all, I'm glad he got to go outside). Now my other pup has some anxieties and I assume she didn't have a good time at all.The next boarding place we tried said she never relaxed, only laid down because of pure exhaustion, yep, that sounds like our girl!You never know if the people who run these places actually do the things they say. I hate leaving my pups for vacation, but after our day at pet and home care, we would never go back.

We have felt great about using Pet and Home Care to help take care of our dogs for many years! The pet sitters have all been very professional, responsible, and caring. The owner and her staff are very responsive and accommodating. When we adopted a rescue who suffered terrible anxiety for most of the first year we had her, they made sure to assign one particular pet sitter - someone who had gained the poor girl's trust - to take care of her for us each time. We are big fans of this group!

Great to leave our cat and have her taken care by Pet and Home Care staff. I know that when I leave Cookie with Pet and Home Care, she will always be treated with respect. AMAZING!! Jack had lots of pets to take care of for several days (9 chickens, a crested gecko, a bunny, 2 cats, and a fish!) and he did a beautiful job. We felt confident and comfortable with him after taking him on a tour of the house and introducing him. He communicated daily and sent pictures, which is appreciated. Everything we asked for was done without fail. All pets were well cared for and happy when we arrived home. He is so nice and easy to work with! Love him and couldn't be happier!

I use Pet and Home Care often. I always request Jennifer as she is wonderful with our two cats. She is even able to give one of them his insulin shots everyday. She takes great care of them (even finding time to give them a brushing) and sends us pictures of them from each visit.Pet and Home Care has been wonderfully reliable and the ability to request service online makes the whole process easy. Start to finish, Pet and Home Care exceeded our expectations and was one of the more pleasant parts of our trip planning. The online information was informative. The quote request process was painless and fast, the intake about our pet was thorough (to ensure personalized service for pet needs) and the app was a cinch to use, the cost was affordable and reasonable IMO (and according to other friends/fam that i benchmarked), and the professionalism and high quality service was more than we could have imagined. Really felt like they went above and beyond. We got routine updates, pictures and feedback daily. This took the worry out of 1) trying a new service and 2) ensuring care for our pet while away. ​We have been working with Pet and Home Care for almost two years and, honestly, I don't even know how to capture how much I love working with them in a review. Here are the top 5 reasons why I love Pet and Home Care:1. They have a deep bench of expert pet sitters so you never have to worry about getting stuck without a sitter last minute.2. You get to meet your sitter and back up sitter in person and introduce them to your pets prior to going out of town. This way I got to see how the sitters interacted with my pets and I could show them the special steps we take to care for our cats.3. We have special needs cats and they have never blinked at an accommodation for them.4. After every visit you get a "Paw-gress report" with pictures and a short update on the visit, which puts us at ease and helps us relax while gone.5. The proof is in the kitties! They are so relaxed when we come home​, which helps absolve us of our guilt of leaving them.Honestly, we feel so comfortable leaving our babies in the hands of Pet and Home Care. We love Pet and Home Care! Our puppy Charlie is about 1.5 years old now and has been going to Doggy Daycare since she was 10 months old. She has SO MUCH FUN when she is there!!! I've been using Pet and Home Care for about a year now. They are fantastic! Amber is the primary person for my pups and they love her. I've got a dog who goes with the flow, one who's quirky, and one who is dog hardware, cat software and Amber is wonderful with all of them. She takes time to interact with them, she feeds them, and sends me messages on how the visits go. She's very patient and takes her time getting my quirky one to go out when the weather isn't great. My dog who acts like a cat literally jumps up with excitement when Amber comes in. The go with the flow dog is getting older and Amber lets me know if she notices anything off with her. I'm so grateful for the care shown to my pups. Makes it easier being at work knowing my dogs are being looked after so well.

Bill did a wonderful job of caring for our 2 cats while we were away for a week. He fed, watered and scooped their litter box, watered our plants outside and even cleaned their water fountain, and took pictures of them at every visit. We intend to ask for him for our next trip.
