Lots of stores and great options. Clean grounds and pet friendly. Ample parking spaces. Prices are reasonable.Cellphone signals on this area are horrible. With the amount of people traveling to this spot, I hope network signal is improved. Wi-Fi is available but you need to provide email and register to sign in. Free, but actually not free, you gotta give up something.

Good place to find deals but after Covid things are on a downward spiral. Parking is ample but takes time to find on weekends. Food court is small with some good places. Some escalators are never working and fe stores have moved.

I'm new to the area. Spent over 7500.00 and guess what no one never ever greeted me nor my friend at the stores we went in. But when I went into a/x and they notice we was about to buy up the stores, than everyone wanted to be nice.. smh the world we live in.. But I will instead go to the National Harbor outlet that's by MGM because they have way updated products and clothing and have awesome customer service.. You just have to show me once.. Thanks ❤️

Great selection of shops. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out. Food trucks on the weekends. Play area for the kiddos along with a kids train ride. Very clean. Nice place to spend an afternoon.

This outlet mall is starving for customers apparently. They jam the wifi for customers so that they cant price compare and price match. They have a cell/wifi tower right next to the outlet that sends signal for the stores to conduct business but then cut it off for the customer. Ridiculous! They offer free guest wifi that forces you to sign up to a mailing list and then it doesn’t even work. This place should be ashamed of the deceitful way it is treating consumers. If you want customers to shop at brick and mortar vice online then treat the customer fairly.

Great outlets location right off of I-270 in Maryland. Regular stores as well as some higher end stores like Zenga, Armani, Boss, Ferragamo and several others. Good size food court as well. Very close to Sugarloaf Mountain.

We visited this place on black Friday, most of the outlets had great discounts! Crowded as expected seeing the sale going around. Has Restrooms on each level. Free parking available, one can park near the CVS Pharmacy and walk down the center. We really had good time

While the mall itself is a charming small outlet, I find the selection of stores are not the best. In my opinion, this outlet has great seating areas with clean chairs and tables which is not common for outlets. They have a great little handcrafted pizza restaurant and a nice gelato store that serves LavAzza coffees. Also Starbucks is a wonderful option for coffee lovers. There are enough restrooms and elevators around the outlet which is convenient to its customers.Some unique stores that you cannot find in other outlets is Tory Burch and Disney (permanently closed).

Great outdoor premium outlets. Clean, compact (it’s over two levels with many shortcuts), so you can save a lot of walking if you know what you want. I’m talking a star away because a good majority of stores are shoe stores. So if that’s what you are into, these outlets are the place to be. The parking can also be quite challenging during busy times.

I was at the sketchers shoe store at Clarksburg premium and lost a bag in the store. Staff at the store were rude and disrespectful to say the least. The store also didn’t have a camera or as staff put it. I don’t know why stores are allowed to be without cameras since it is a potential safety hazard . This is a humble request to management to look into it. You don’t want a major problem to happen then pass a law for all stores to have cameras.

This is a great environment well organized and clean. What got my attention here was this new shop that serves the classic clothing needs of both males and females; SAPOLOGIE ITALIANO. If you’re around and looking for classic shoes, clothes and dresses for any occasion, visit this store.

Good outlet with great selection of stores, especially for clothing and shoes for any occasion. Food options are pretty much limited though.There is good outdoor seating, fountains and seem to be well maintained.One inconvenience is that all stores have different operating hours.

The new outlet mall is very clean, lots of desirable stores, several security guards, a playground and lovely public art. The prices were pretty good, I was able to buy several shirts for under $20. The food court leaves a lot to be desired, especially for Vegetarian options. It is very small considering the size of the Center, and has about six choices.

We were in area and thought will visit. Mall is small and doesn’t have much options or deal. We found good deal in Levies and express. Rest were okay. Food plaza has limited but good food.

This place goes downhill quickly after COVID. Specifically, the maintenance upkeep and store selections on premise. This place looks run down at every corners of the outlets. The stores are becoming no brand just like at the Lake Forest Mall at its beginning to the end now. Look at these escalators. They have been like this since 2020. It’s very difficult for the handicapped customers. This was first known for one of out door Outlets that has two-story with escalators. Common management! Let FIX the escalators. The whole place is in terrible condition compares to when they first opened in the fall of 2016.

Like its name implies, this is where you get premium items from clothing, beauty, food, among others. I added pictures from GAP store but there are other stores.If you love designer wears, this is your go to place😉

Really awesome outlet has most expensive and elegant brands. That not found at any other outlet 👍🏻. Such as Tory Burch ®️, and Disney Store®️.Makes me and my family keep coming to it every now and then. Thou it's very FAR AWAY from my home, but we can't control our urge to shop again and again ✋🏻👜😉👜 👠👡.

It's a nice outdoor mall with plenty of parking. Many more shops need to open up to fill in the empty stores. Food options within the Market Hall is limited, but liked the Philly cheesesteak place in there. Also love that there is a Kung fu tea in here. Must be because we went during a week day, but there were hardly many people there. Made for a good socially distant outing and shopping experience.

Good place to spend time in the weekend. Food court is not to big but have good options.Stores are pretty much the same of all outlets. In this place particularly there are a lot of close stores on the upper level.

Really nice premium outlet. Not all stores are open yet. Loved the festive decorations, water fountains and overall how clean the facility was. There is a huge play area for kids. Plenty of parking but it will take a while to find a spot on the weekends. No need to venture out to Leesburg anymore when they have more stores here.

Its okay I guess, very limited amount of stores and limited food options. Basically, the place is the same as any other outlet. There isn't any new brands to see and the usual stores you'll find at any Simon outlet or mall.Lots of parking and clean, but other than that, its not worth more than a visit or two, unless you really love one of the namebrands here.

It has two levels covered walkways and exterior escalators and elevators, plus a nice play area for the kids with many great stores an a wonderful layout!You’ll truly enjoy your shopping experience at this beautiful brand new center that features a Market Hall dining pavilion, all stores have savings of 25% to 65% off everyday and some clearance items

Beautiful place to walk around, lots of fancy stores, just a very upscale, nicely done shopping area. Parking wasn't easy, but that can be expected on a holiday weekend. The area is still a little bit of a work in progress, but its impressive they were able to open just in time for holiday shopping.

This place was a crazy house on Black Friday this year. There were 20 minute lines to get into the stores and then 20 minute lines to checkout once you were in the store.The deals and sales were quite good but just be aware it’s has become quite popular
