They gave my 7-month old German Shepherd pup Feline vaccines! She got so immensely sick and broke out in a mange like rash that her sister never got that I brought her back for you to treat! When I requested their shot records for boarding, they removed the shot from her records.They care more about your taking your money than your pups. Stop emailing me. I will not be back.

Before moving to Seattle, I took my dogs/cats to see Dr. Deans at Bennett Creek Animal Hospital. She and all of the staff, from the vet techs and front desk staff are truly amazing, thoughtful, caring and very dedicated to helping with any situation that my dogs or cats would be going through. Even during my planned drive and move across the country with my dog/cat crew, Dr. Deans and Dr. Feltrice really helped out with the planning, preparing vet records and also, prescribing anti-nausea medication for my dogs that would need it for the days long car trip. It was part of what helped the plan be enacted perfectly. When I’m able to relocate back to the area, I hope to return to their vet services. While the vets here in the Seattle area have been great, I think that Dr. Deans, Dr. Walcoff and all of the staff, do really have more of an empathetic touch towards the animals they treat and working with the humans that support them, that is such a necessity in caring for animals. I often refer my Maryland clients to Dr. Deans, and they have all let me know that she’s as amazing as I’ve described her vet practice to be.

We’ve had the unfortunate need to use the emergency service here twice for our two boys. Both times everyone was compassionate towards our dogs, kind and left us feeling calm and quite happy with the care received. Most recently, our dogs were treated by Dr. Duncan and we could not be happier. Our wait was extended because of a high priority emergency that came in at the same time we did, but the techs triaged our boys, brought them into an exam room to make things less stressful and checked in routinely. While we ended up leaving close to midnight, Dr. Duncan and the other staff we interacted with showed no signs of fatigue despite it being a busy night. While we love our local vet and Bennett Creek is 30 minutes from home, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my animals here and we plan to use their boarding services in the future as well.Kudos to Dr. Duncan and her team, we appreciate you so much!(Our pups are doing well and after two days are basically back to being their normal silly and rambunctious selves!)

Dr. Deans is a fantastic exotics vet. She has taken the best care of our 16 year old chinchilla. She is incredibly kind and compassionate and has a very gentle way that puts animals at ease. She answers questions very patiently and responds to messages quickly with helpful details and information. We feel very lucky to have found her!

My dog was hit by a car and this is the closest animal hospital. I took him here and called to let them know I was coming. They required a $5000 deposit to start on him. They operated on him and he died almost immediately after surgery. He was there for a couple of hours in total before he died. When I came immediately to see his body after almost an hour of crying over him completely devastated, the vet came in to talk to me. He said my dog had head trauma and that there was nothing that they could have done. I asked about the bill being so high, he reviewed it and added over $600 to it -so distasteful. My friend went yesterday to pick up his body for the funeral service. They refused to release his body without payment of an $1100 balance. Holding my beloved companions body as leverage for bill payment - not sure if it’s legal, but it’s definitely immoral. So in total, over a $6000 bill and I lost my dog who was my entire world. If his passing was to be inevitable I would have held him, comforted him and had him humanely cross over. I am now in debt over this on top of the devastation of losing him. These vets are greedy, callous and shady to say the least. He even tried to throw other veterinary hospitals under the bus saying that my bill would have been higher there. Blue pearl being one of them who I’ve had great experiences with in several emergency situations and never any price gouging I wouldn’t wish these monsters on anybody. They have absolutely no business working with animals. I will also note that I work with dogs as a profession and on a daily basis.

I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the incredible Doctors and Team at Bennet Creek Animal Hospital for their incredible diagnosis and treatment of our dog Happy over the past 2 years. Both Dr. Felrice and Dr. Deans have gone above and beyond time and time again with incredible attention to detail to make sure Happy has received the best care possible. Happy is a 16 year old Beagle-Jack Russell Terrier mix and as an older dog she has had some health concerns and scares over the past few years. Both of these Doctors have been very knowledgeable, personable, empathetic, informative, and effective in their diagnosis and treatment of Happy and are a very large part to why she is alive today. Each time Happy has had an issue they have taken the time to evaluate every possibility, and layout the treatment options in a reasonable, affordable manner always taking into consideration the effects each treatment will have on Happy and even gone as far as taking many after visit calls from us as concerned dog parents on multiple occasions. We have been to other veterinarians and animal hospitals over the past 16 years and I would never hesitate to recommend and praise the work the entire Team at Bennet Creek Animal hospital and Dr. Felrice and Dr. Deans have done for Happy.Thank you again from Happy and some very appreciative dog parents.M.Gray and Dr. J.Shoup.

Cannot thank these wonderful people enough! I went today after my dog had been having some stomach issues for the last few days which caused me a great deal of anxiety. They were able to tell me on the phone to go ahead and bring her in and as soon as I stepped in the door everyone was so kind to me and eased my anxiety a great deal. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and my dog was well taken care of. Cannot recommend this place anymore, they are truly wonderful!

Unfortunately we had to put our 14 year old Pomeranian to sleep at the urgent care facility this weekend.We visited a total of 3 times over the weekend and when it became clear he was not improving it was time to let him go.Our regular vet was out of town and Dr. Duncan was amazing nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and super empathetic when it came to treating and then having to put our dog to sleep. She was so great I would consider switching my other pets to her as a vet and we love our current vet so that says a lot.The staff was great, having the urgent care was extremely helpful, and they didn’t nickel and dime for every single service they performed which was also extremely nice when dealing with the loss of your pet.Not great circumstances for our visit in this case but wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of our other pets here if the need calls.

Visiting in the area, the pooch had sudden swelling, Bennett Creek urgent care was amazing. The nicest staff and doctors. The facility is nicely designed, especially for a dog that has anxiety around other dogs. They are reasonable on pricing for urgent care and good with managing expectations.

Bennett Creek Animal Hospital was available to evaluate our Golden Retriever close to closing time. Other hospitals were backed up, we tried getting into a cue with another nearer hospital most of the day. Our dog's diarrhea was manageable in earlier part of the day, but progressed to worrisome straining without output in the evening along with onset of vomiting. She began panting. This worsening of her symptoms made a routine case of diarrhea a much more concerning illness going into the later evening. At 9:45 pm we had no choice but to call and ask if Bennett would be able to see our dog, close to their closing time. The receptionist said if we could get there by 11 pm, they would see her. My husband drove about 1 hour in heavy rain to reach your hospital. Our dog was triaged and seen promptly, my husband asked the vet to communicate what was done and his plan with me over the phone. The vet was kind, professional, answered all my detailed questions and concerns, treated our dog, and discharged her with appropriate guidelines, medication. She did well and recovered. Our review is not based on a critical emergency, but a routine illness progressing to a concerning level at a late hour and needing care. In a time when 6+ hour waits to be seen are typical , we are grateful (and fortunate) for the professionalism, care, and concern shown to my husband and our dog that evening. Thank you.

We are so happy to have found the staff at Bennett Creek. After receiving no answers or suggestions on what was wrong with our dog from a different emergency vet, Dr. Hinkle was super friendly, hands on, patient, and very knowledgeable overall.She made us feel heard, made us laugh after a stressful day, and made our anxious pitbull feel comfortable and safe.They were also cheaper than the other emergency vet, which is always helpful.Thank you to the whole staff that accommodated us yesterday!

Best emergency vet ever! My cat was showing signs of bladder stones (previously had 3 years ago) called and around and so glad I got this number. Was happy to find somewhere open after 5 since I didnt get home til almost 6:30 pm. Location is not too far from home but they were able to see me same day got all my questions answers. Will recommend to everyone!

Visiting the area from NY with my two dogs, and my one basket case had an allergic reaction to something and started swelling up (on a Sunday, of course). The staff at Bennett Creek got us right in, and we were in and out surprisingly fast. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the LVT who triaged us was awesome, and I absolutely loved the vet we saw. Thank you for kindness and for helping Elliot feel better!Edited to add that they were very up front about the cost, and for an ER/urgent care I found it to be totally reasonable.

Here on a Fri night with our dog Leo. The team here is superb! Literally had no wait while everywhere else said 3hours minimum! If they can't help they are very honest and will refer you out. They are giving Leo a shot and we will be on our way home. Thank you guys soooooo much! My go to for sure!! They do take carecredit too.

My service dog Piper was hit by a car and rushed right over. The staff was so kind and understanding of not only Piper but us as well. As I’m writing this she is still under their care and I’m confident in her recovery. I would be sitting here giving 5 stars even if that weren’t the case. To see my dog not only cared for but so loved warmed my heart. They even gave me some time with my girl to say hi before we had to leave for the night. I returned the next day (today) and they let me feed her and be alone with her for a while. Every staff member I met was above and beyond with kindness. I also appreciate the honesty in the severity of her situation. They didn’t sugar coat it and even though she’s improving they never promised anything which may be seen as scary but I’m just so so thankful for their honesty. Even when delivering the news that she may not make it they did so with such care and grace. They took the time to explain everything throughly so even people like me and my family that are definitely not medical professionals were able to truly understand what was going on. When we weren’t able to pay for her to get a higher level of care the office worked with us to make sure they were able to do everything they could for her. I’ve literally never written a review before but I had to write this out so everyone knows how amazing this place and staff is. I wholeheartedly trust my special girl to the Bennett Creek Animal Hospital team. When she graduates with me and becomes the first doggie astrophysicist it will be thanks to this office.

My vet recommended Bennett Creek urgent care. My wife took my puppy there and she saw Dr. Duncan. I was on the phone the whole time and appreciated how positive and thorough Dr.Duncan was. My puppy got her paw examined, wound cleaned, and pain meds prescribed. She is feeling a lot better now although she doesn't love the cone. Thanks Dr. Duncan!

I took my dog to Bennett Creek Animal Hospital and Urgent Care on Saturday afternoon for an inflammation of his eyes that I was concerned about…especially his left eye which had mucus coming out and was causing him to squint. My veterinarian was not available and I did not want to risk waiting until Monday. The facility is beautiful and the care he received was excellent. Dr. Kelly Hinkle was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. He was seen within 15 minutes which was unexpected and for which I was very grateful.I expected a higher charge for an emergency visit, so that was another plus.I highly recommend Bennett Creek Animal Hospital.

Went there last night with our recently adopted 1 year old husky lab mix Chief he had thrown up the majority of a tennis ball at 2 pm and was moaning all afternoon and refusing to eat or drink. The staff communicated clearly over the phone to set expectations. Our nurse Britney was lovely and a true ‘husky whisperer’, so much so that my dog kept wanting to go into the back to be with her!!! Dr Duncan was wonderful, attentive, and thorough. Explaining everything to us while showing us his radiograph. The entire process was the quickest, smoothest, least expensive for an ER visit that I think I’ve ever experienced in my life. As someone that works in Vetmed I wholeheartedly recommend this team, it was so nice to be treated personably and to know everyone cared about our pet.

I would never take my pet here again. I brought in my dog for a routine checkup. Hours later when I came back to pick up my dog it turns out they had put him in surgery and pulled teeth. They never tried to notify me. Then they had the gall after to charge $2,000 for it. This is not the only time I have heard of Bennett Creek doing this. They try to rush your animal into surgery so that they can price gouge and charge more, even if there is no problem. I am considering suing for malpractice.

Dr Duncan took great care of our Ruby who had an eye injury. She did some testing on her eyes and sent us home with some meds. They called the next day to check on her! Highly recommend! She was very knowledgeable! Reasonable price!
