In November 2022 I purchased a pump for approximately $129. With 2 year protection plan that starts after the 2 year mfg warranty.November 2023return non-working pump to be told I never purchased the plan and no warranty.Purchased 2nd pump Nov 2023. With one year warranty to start after 2 year warranty.Returned non-working pump April 2024. Was told I had no purchase history and the receipts and service plan was lost.Called protection plus, and received both dates of purchase. TSC could not locate still.Mgr Kristi was insisting that I must repurchase the protection plus plan, I had yet to ever use.That didn’t make sense, but she at least returned this one pump.I then contacted corporate. In under 48 hours district mgr Alex strange reached out, and listened to my issues, and offered me a simple solution that made this all better. A full refund of both pumps and protection plans.He as well made sure I saved his number for any further needs.Huge shout out to both Geoff and Heather, they truly are awesome folks whom enjoy helping customers and have a wonderful personality.Thanks again Alex.Mgr Kristi has a few improvements to make IMO as a gm. With customer relations and understanding TSC policies.Otherwise this would be a 5 star.

I bought a chicken feeder a couple months ago and came in and purchased a new one, because the one I had failed prematurely. Talked with a manager and she agreed to give credit for the first one when I could bring it back in. Just brought it back in, I’ve been told they won’t give me a credit for defective feeder. No customer service any more. It’s gone…. You just lost a customer, I will not be back and will tell everyone I know of my experience in your store. #ChestertownTractorSupply

I'm still giving a 5 star rating as I buy lots of supplies from this store and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However, today I found out that they don't have any guarantees on the trees that they sell. I bought a white dogwood a few weeks ago, placed it in a protected location and watered it appropriately. It's dead now. I'm a Master Gardener and am pretty knowledgeable about plant care. Obviously the tree was stressed before I purchased it. Lesson learned; don't buy live plants from Tractor Supply.

Manager Kristi should be fired for the way she treats employees!!!! Kristi thinks employees should work for free!!!!! It’s been 3wks since the last day of work & still no pay check!!! Kristi said they only do direct deposits so if you dont have a bank account you work for free not to mention I was told by mg Riley who spoke to Kristi last week & they said the check was mailed out but now today Kristi said they don’t do paper checks! Is it not her responsibility to make sure the employees get paid especially once it’s brought to her attention that a certain employee WASNT paid! That’s just 1 thing, I could write a book on things she said & done that she shouldn’t have!!!!!

I love this store! They have the best varieties of dog food at great prices, and almost everything you could ever want for rural living. Plus, if you join the neighbor's club, which literally costs nothing, you actually get money back for shopping there.

I was looking for a specific battery for my hunting scope. Energizer lithium AAA. I was in town from out of town and was having a hard time finding the batteries.. MR. Lee pointed me in the right direction and I found them fast. I bought all you had btw. Hope you get more. Thank you Mr. Lee!

I like shopping here at our local store. I have been looking at a tall windmill they have displayed upfront by the entrance for $199.00 for over a month or so. I asked the lady manager today if it was going on sale or what would she take for it. She said she had several more in back and was not going to change the price. Well I thanked her and left. If you haven’t sold any at that price and a customer offered to buy one maybe the store should of made a deal. Just my thoughts.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and polite. They cater to small purchase customers just as passionately and with as much courtesy and compassion as the big spending farms. Not usually a fan of chain stores, but this one is well worth the visit, and knows how to do local small town business well.

Great place to get things! Can't beat the prices or the friendliness of the people who work there. I shop at least 2 or 3 times a week for everything from chicken food to grass seed to work clothing.

This Tractor Supply store is really great! It is very clean, organized, and well-stocked. The staff is friendly and always easy to find if you have questions or need help. Can't really think of any negatives!

Awesome as always!customer service is the best they answer any and all your little questions with confidence and reassurance for newbies to the farming life like usWe recently decided to raise chickens and added a couple ducks last minute cause they were too cute, well our Pekin duck grew oh so fast and now he only sits and hardly walks but the staff Gave me lots of tips to help him and he's slowly starting to stand again!thanks tractor supply.... now only if you would validate my address when shipping so I don't have to ship to the store and figure out how to get large orders it back to my house that would be great... Had a world of trouble getting a walk-in chicken coop to my house.

Bought a pressure switch for my air compressor, but one of the 2 on the shelf was missing the plugs necessary to install, without them someone would have a very bad day. They had to be unlocked and the store associate put the bad one back on the hangar even after I explained that the item should be removed from stock for obvious reasons. Hard to trust a store that has no problem selling products with pieces missing...

I went to the Tractor Supply in Chestertown, MD. today with a list of supplies I needed to set up a pen for my two pygora goats.Having never done anything like this before, I was fortunate that Trey waited on me. To have someone be so friendly and helpful with a clueless me, was awesome. My only knowledge comes from researching online.Add Donna to the mix, as my cashier, and my visit today was a success. I look forward to many more shopping trips to this store. The customer service is way above expectations.

They are always ready to help. If you ask where an item is, they will walk you to the item and help you with your selection. There is always help loading of large and heavy purchases. At Christmas they have a large amount of great choices of gifts.
