Was craving fried chicken last night, so I went and picked up a 8 piece mixed about 8pm. Went home which was about 6 minutes away started eating my chicken thigh just to find it VERY dry. This has happened on 2 other occasions in the last couple of months. I will not be returning to this Royal Farms for fried chicken again. I will travel to the one just outside of town from now on. They know how to fix chicken, and it is never dry no matter what time of day or night.

Careful with the food. I was waiting for the bathroom when an employee walked out of it without washing his hands. He proceeded to put gloves on and handle the food.

Bought 4 chicken breasts here on Wednesday, 7-19-23 at about 5PM. So dry they could not be eaten by four different people. Must have been sitting there under heat since 7AM. So unlike other Farm stores elsewhere. Will avoid this place for chicken.Beware.

I love royal farm coffee, but this one is always missing sugar and milk, it only has black coffee unless you use the mixer machine, needs to be restocked and doesn’t restock

Well this is the wors store of royal farm, I went to pump gaz and one of the register girl put my gaz in somebody else pump, I went back in side to the store and they said couldn't do anything, because it was a mistake,, I said it was the register girl mistake. so I still waiting for them to call me back so I guet my money back, I don't have time for things and I can't believe they theat me like this in this store..I will not pump gaz in here any more....

Ordered a 6 piece chicken tender. After we drove away discovered we only got 5. I wrote an email to customer service asking to be refunded for 1 tender. Other than auto-generated reply I never received an answer. Terrible customer service

Very rude staff. I approached the the store. Then placed a piece of trash collected from the road out front into the waste bin. I then proceeded to message my girlfriend on what she wanted me to purchase. Before I could finish typing my message. I women approached me. And told me to leave. She told me I was loitering. And I must leave. I had to have only been on the property 120 seconds. Maybe more. Maybe less. I am a millionaire visiting Chester Town on vacation. I have been enjoying my walks thru this beautiful place until today. My lawyer will now fly in tomorrow. To file suit against this store for it's employee's defamation of my character. And my public embarrassment.And now I will also mention. A few days prior, to todays incident. I was charged $4.89 for items that we're clearly marked adding to $2.85 before taxes. I have the receipt to show for this. I am very sure the tax here is not that high. And that will be another suit for false advertising. I was willing to let that go. But not now.Now for my final input. I purchased some chicken from the food line here. And my assesment is the food was bland and dry. Sorry but not worth a penny. I am assuming old.

I odered sausage gravy and biscuits thinking it would be white sausage gravy. Nope just brown gravy with a cut up round sausage. Okay it's still edible so I'm not too upset. Then I open up my potato wedges. Now I am mad. They are so old and hard my dog won't even eat them. What a waste of money. I should have went to the other Royal Farms across the Bridge .

I got a 8 piece chicken last night at the High St Royal Farms in Chestertown. It was the worst chicken I've every have gotten. Most of the pieces had broken bones in them and it was over cooked to the point it was really bad.

Terrible service. The Manger Sherri May have a lot to do with the negative atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and visit the store on Church Hill Road instead. You will thank me

For the last several months this place has had the worst service and employees working the overnight shift they are extremely rude and lazy the young man behind the food counter never has any food made you would think their famous chicken and wedges would be available 24/7 like all the other royal farms but not here if he is working you have to wait 20 minutes for anything and getting a refund is impossible once you find out there’s no food ready this location needs to be restaffed by people who take pride in their paycheck

This is one of the newest locations in the chain. Always ready with good chicken and sides. This location is unique in that it is right on a walking trail that meanders through the town.

Tried to pay for gas kiosk machines busy employees standing around not waiting on customers. I just walked out. Lazy people in that store.

Don’t order food here unless you have time to wait. The person making the food spent most of the time staring at the screen, doing nothing while me and another person waited. Just 2 orders...I should have gone elsewhere. I will next time.
