I would give this store 5 stars, but the Management here is lazy!!! Bad produce and bad expired items are not removed from the shelves until customers complain. Plus, look at the attached video of this light outside of the Store. Employees have verified that the light is owned by the Store, but the Management refuses to change it because it doesn’t inconvenience them! They won’t learn their lesson until someone sues them for food poisoning or medical negligence due to causing preventable harm!!!Update made on Feb 12, 2024.I’ll give Management credit, they changed the flashing light outside of the store. Now, please continue to keep the lights changed both in and out of the store as needed.

Honestly, this place would have been fine if half the store didn’t follow me around like I was wearing a ski mask instead of a face covering. It wasn’t particularly subtle, either: I took a few photos when I began to realize, catching the manager (who was especially persistent) and other staff, but decided against adding them to this review in an effort to protect their privacy. When we went to check out, that persistent manager I mentioned earlier found his way to the empty point of sales machine in the lane next to my cashier’s. I’m unsure he noticed me noticing that he was pretending to use said machine, taking occasional glances over the rims of his glasses—I guess to size up my pockets? Lol, anyway, thankfully I’m only here on vacation and won’t be visiting this particularly location again. But if you’re a person of color? I’d recommend going somewhere else for your groceries, or at the very least being aware of what you may be getting into.

I shop here every week. They definitely have much better prices than ACME, and the staff are all super friendly. They don't have the biggest selection in the world, but for a small town area, I can't complain.

As a student studying at Washington College, this place is soooooo much better than Acme! You get amazing deals and quality things! Why pay more for the same groceries? I am so glad this place opened by the college! It is the only place to shop good on a college budget!

I've used this market very often and they always have what I need. The prices can be a little high, bit the convenience of it's location makes up for the extra cost. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Love that they carry my low sodium things like Mrs. Dash seasonings....and my no salt chips...it’s hard to find these things, but they have them here! My kids love their doughnuts!

Have shopped at rednors in dover often. So glad they opened one in chestertown. Store is always clean shelves neat and stocked. Great customer service. And you can't beat the cents off gas.

My 62 year old mother was assaulted by a manager on 9/8/2020 in this store. He screamed at her and elbowed her in her side, in front of customers in the late afternoon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.None of us will be shopping here again and we will be telling everyone about this experience.

This was a welcome addition to Chestertown. Good selection and some items are better priced than others in town. Produce section is a little weak and prepared foods is not as good as Acme. I prefer this store to other choices in town. No contest.
