Tractor supply must do better with removing online items that are not available for in store pickup. Also they must do a better job informing the customer that the item they ordered is not available prior to customers arrival. Poor customer service only adds to my desire to not shop here.

I would highly recommend Tractor Supply Co in Charlotte Hall, MD to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service. My recent experience at this store was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the amazing help and kindness of Debra.Debra went above and beyond to assist me in finding a tire pressure gauge, going out of her way to ensure that I had everything I needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and even giving me some tips on how to maintain my tires properly.Not only was Debra extremely helpful, but she was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made me feel right at home and I could tell that she truly cared about my needs and wanted to ensure that I left the store with everything I needed.Overall, I cannot recommend Tractor Supply Co in Charlotte Hall, MD highly enough. Their products are top-notch, and their customer service is second to none. If you're looking for a great shopping experience and exceptional service, be sure to stop by this store - and don't forget to ask for Debra!

They have what you need, and Staff has always been super helpful at this store. Needed some heavy duty cable cut to length today (not easy!) , Darren and 2 of his colleagues come over to help with great customer service. The young lady was super nice, and young gentleman was very hardworking. Thanks guys!

This store is a great addition to the area. The selection of items is a bit limited but the prices and employee knowledge is top notch. If they have what you need than this is the place to buy it. If you have questions the employees usually have the answers

I just love this store, great selection of products and very friendly staff. I'm not from this area, but when I work down there I always stop in, whether for treats/food/needs for my dogs and chickens , yard tools or supplies, work pants, cowgirl boots for my wife.. you name it this store has something for you.

I really like TSC as a company. The products are great as well as the prices. I also love what the company does for veterans. However the employees there have been fairly rude everytime I go. So I did not purchase anything the last time I went. I highly recommend the store just not this location. The other locations have been friendly and helpful.
