I bought a house over here and maybe i bought in the wrong area bc this store 1. Has a lock on the door at midnight 2. Closes when they want even though they are 24 hours. It keeps happening. Whoever worked on 10.28.23 at midnight did this twice.

Worse 7-11 EVERRRR!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️Everytime I come in here it's an issue!😤 First I asked the cashier (African) 🙄 where the crackers we're.. she sent me to donuts ..🤷🏽‍♀️ I found the crackers and proceeded to make my purchase .. it was listed as $4.19.. it rang up as $6.99 😳 I asked you don't honor the price 🤔 she looked at me like I had to heads 😲

I bought a cell phone charging cable. I came back to store the same day because wire is bent and I got exchange for another one. I asked to keep my receipt. The clerk lady refused and said I am going to return the second one.She also said manager is not here and refuses to issue a refund. I was very upset her remarks and asking refund. She just ignored me.I have to wait to Monday to talk to manager

AUGUST 2, 2019 11am This is the worst store I ever visited. The trash cans outside the front door were overflowing with trash. The floors were dirty and dingy. The coffee was cold The checkout lines were long. There were 3 people working so I don't understand how all these things could exist

this is the most unorganized 7/11 i’ve ever been to.and if you happen to work for online delivery services (doordash, postmates, etc) the wait is tremendously long. the workers would rather laugh and kid around then answer & help customers.

One of the ladies that works here sold me taquitos that were still cold. Selling a person cold food is just nasty and it’s a health code violation. Most recently I went in to buy some products for hygiene as it was the closest store nearby. It’s not until I arrived home that I saw that the box was taped closed and it was missing pieces. I went back to the store for a refund but they refused to give me one until they realized that they could not exchange it for another box. I was eventually given a refund but the whole situation was a bigger hassle than it needed to be.*** BE WARNED: The managers of this 7-Eleven will knowingly sell you damaged products and cold food.***

I inadvertently left my credit card in the machine after purchasing an item at this store. It was several hours before I missed having the card. After a hurried trip back to the store, I found that the store clerk had the card waiting for me. I am eternally grateful.

Price for an item is listed for rewards memebers. Asked for 8 bonless wings for 2 dollars. Cashier says no 8 are six dollars. Manager showes me sign that says 8 for 2 ....but i would need to make additional purchase to have it for listed price. 7 11 has become highly difficult. Will save my money from now on..not worth headache

Another Run down 7-Eleven establishment why did y'all give you all stars out like candy to anybody who has enough money to buy your damn name there was nothing interest in there the food was old it look like Wax fruit the employees watch me like they were ninjas my friend bought supplies out of their I opted out of giving you my money the Jamaican beef patties look like they was hard as hockey pucks and old as the Earth the chicken wing it could have been bullets as hard as they were and had a pinecone color to them not trying to be funny or smart with my comments but I'm not a billy goat so I won't be eating anything out of there thank you but no thank you to this 7-Eleven

I'm not feeling the customer service I get from an employee at this location by the name of Patricia. I go into the the store to buy water and I placed the water on the counter and waited to be ranged up. Patricia grabs 1 of the 2 bottles and scanned it I paid for my items and she asked me do I want a bag 🤔 I said yes. So she gets the bag and on attempt to put the 1 bottle that she scanned into the bag, giong to say to me can I hand her the other bottle which was right next to the bottle she grabbed and scanned. I looked at her and said so you cant reach the bottle that sat right next to the 1 you scanned. She gave me attitude like I was wrong for even being in the store to begin with. Long story but it is what it is and that's not the first nor second time the she's the only one there that I've had poor customer service with. I hope that change would be made.
