The store is clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The only con is the merchandise assortment has declined in the recent year. They used to get nice namebrand purses (MK, Kate Spade, sometimes Coach) and have better clothing options for women/junior. Now it's more bland.

Rude employee made me feel like I was in her way while I was shopping. I didn't even have a cart to take up a lot of space. She kept going right in front of me in EVERY asle I was in. Because of her I left.

Excellent service from the dressing room attendant to check-out. Found just the dress that I needed (then another that had been returned at check out).The others in my group found just what they needed & more. Wasn't too busy, was neat & well organized.

Great prices on clothes and all types of men's and women's accessories including shoes, wallets, belts, hats, and gloves! They also have a lot of stuff for around the house plus electronics such as head phones, ear buds, and all manners of things. You'll be really surprised on just how much stuff they have with most stuff being at least 50 percent under retail!!

I enjoy this Marshall's because it is clean and, although smaller than other stores, well stocked with a variety of items. I usually hit Kitchen wares, household decor, pet supplies, and then clothing. Fitting Rooms are closed, bathrooms are open, greeter at the door, they clean cart handle, always at least 3 cashiers working. Everytime I go, it is semi crowded with healthy line. Cashiers are quick and courteous. I always find a buy in this store!

Years ago, I bought a carry-on luggage there. It was defect that only allowed me to push it straight-up. I could not pull it because the rollers got stuck. I brought it back after my trip (7 days later) for an exchange but was refused. I have not stepped in this store since.

Just want to say how friendly and helpful the employees are at our local Marshall's store. I guess I was looking a bit confused today and was asked if I needed help. The gentleman, David, who was in the process of restocking, actually walked me over to the section of the store where the items I was looking for would be found. Thank you for looking out for us!

We chose to go at the tale end of the day, which was great since the crowds were gone, and there was still plenty of merchandise in stock...the only down side is that there was only 1 cashier, but the line wasn't bad at all.

Typically I dont mind be followed because I'm not stealing but at the very least if your going to follow me be nonchalant about it . Last time I spend a dime in here!! I'll stick to Ross, sad part is I would have spent a lot more if I was comfortable and able to enjoy my shopping trip if I wanted to be followed every two steps I stay home with my kids, not sure if it's all the tattoos or the yellow skin either way with everything else going on I'm sure a discrimination claim is the last thing yall need ....

Great place to shop. You can find name brands with good prices. It's a one stop for shopping. You can find almost anything you are looking for and maybe more! Wonder customer service! Wonder products from clothes, skin care, home furnishings to food.

Always a fun place to shop. Christmas stuff is coming in and looks festive. Not enough selection for oversized women. Maybe closer to Christmas. I spent too much, as usual.

Fantastic customer service from Jontue.He went above and beyond while waiting on customers today. There was a very long line of customers.....there were not enough cashier's, however, Jontue was polite, courteous, patient, and he folded my daughter's school clothes nice and neat. He never frowned or showed that he was tired....as stating he had been on his feet all day. He even ran outside to catch me with a bag that I forgot on the counter. He went out of his way to make sure I received the last bag that was very important. Kudos to Jontue! My mom myself and my daughter had a great school shopping experience.

Great spot to grab necessities, decor or clothing at a reduced price. I've found tons of clothing items and items for my home - name brand items - for much cheaper than elsewhere. Typically very organized and clean.

The prices are great. But they could have a larger selection of little girl clothes. Otherthan having to dig through the clothes for what you want, everything else is nice.

It was ok not much stock but its understandable with covid. Staff was nice. Not alot to choose from but after an hour, I found what I needed.

The clothes are always neat, never thrown around because other stores usually have clothes all over the place. Stuff is easy to find, good people always willing to help.

They will follow you around and then take their time at check out. Prices varies on items some doesn't make any sense on how they determined the price. I would rather go to Ross any day.
