Came here on 6/26 and they pretty much had everything that I needed at the time and then some. The store itself is very clean and spacious, everything is nice and neat, I was able to find what I needed with ease. There was a good verity of stuff from what Ive seen(didn’t see the whole store because I was only there for a few mins for a few items) but I would definitely come here again in the future.

I came into this Target to conduct a return for items I am dissatisfied with (a few Cat & Jack items). I was asked by Sharron if any of the items were damaged, in which I responded no, that I am mainly dissatisfied with the fitting. Some things still bearing the original tag. Sharron proceeded to tell me they don’t accept Cat & Jack unless it’s damaged (what policy is that? Couldn’t be furnished). Sharron said she would have to get her manager to conduct the return since the items were undamaged, since that is the only way Cat & Jack items are qualified to be returned in this particular store.The manager, Holly, came and immediately told me she isn’t doing the return. Neither of them looked at the clothing to assess if they were new, etc. they heard Cat & Jack and denied my return. I brought up the Target policy and Holly didn’t give a second thought of the policy that the company she works for has put out:Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited. Other restrictions may apply.Target Owned Brand items: If you’re not satisfied with any Target Owned Brand item, return it within one year with a receipt for an exchange or a refund.Instead, Holly held her ground and denied my return. I asked for the store number to contact corporate and she said Store # 1043 as she walked away, talk about unprofessional! I have been a Target Circle Member for a few years now and have yet to encounter this problem at any other Target I have conducted a return. I am well within my year, again as some items were bought recently (within the last week or two) and others maybe a month or 2 ago. Regardless, none of that is either of their business and I shouldn’t have to explain why I am returning the items if I have made it clear I am not satisfied, I am within my year, and I have a receipt. My reasons for dissatisfaction are my reasons. This store needs to do better and Holly needs to read her policy’s because I don’t know how one can be a retail manager but not know simple things like their return policy.

Very much your typical target experience. There is a Starbucks inside as well so always a plus for the tired mom just trying to drag her kids around!The store is very clean and the staff we encountered was friendly. This particular location had a slightly different layout that I’ve seen at other targets. However, you can still fairly easily find what you’re looking for.They do not have a family restroom, which was disappointing but the restroom was very clean. They also have a dedicated nursing area if you prefer privacy to feed you little one!

Extremely rude guy at self checkout. Didn’t realize it was no cash and when the message came across it said “no cash back” not no cash payment. So I simply asked for clarification before proceeding and he was so rude. “No, the sign says it right there mam!” I told him I didn’t see that sign and he proceeded to say “well the message just told you that” which it did not say that! If you hate your job that much, find a new one !

I had a nice experience today shopping at my local Target. Everyone was helpful, they smiled and greeted me with respect. You don’t get that kind of service in many places anymore.I asked questions at Guest Service and the reply was both helpful and kind. The woman at the register who checked me out was very helpful showing me how to use the Target Circle app, as I had never used it before. She was both patient and kind. I left the register feeling able to better use the app next time on my own, which was great!On my way out of the store, I stopped at Guest Services to tell them how wonderful my experience was and the two young men I spoke with were polite and seemed glad to hear I had something nice to say. I’m glad I took the time to talk to them, because it seemed to matter. Overall, I’m glad I went out today and I will make Target my first stop when I need something.

I placed my order will after midnight and the next day I went to the drive up parking space to pick up my order. The gentleman that came out was very friendly and I did not wait all but 2 minutes for my order to come out. Fast service and friendly customer service best experience I've had.

I like coming to this store, simple in and out purchasing items I want. I’ve come multiple times don’t have a problem with coming again.I just had one problem with their inconsistency inventory for two months. A while ago last spring but that hasn’t been an issue since.

Used to like Target but even before Covid hit they were going downhill, merchandise on carts all over the place blocking the aisles nobody working on it, checkouts are horrible, I was excited when they put self checkouts in but these are the only ones I have ever seen that has to have a cashier come and give you change if you use cash every other retailer that has self checkouts gives change automatically with no assistance, it's absolutely ridiculous, and forget about going to a human cashier, they are either non existent or only 1 person. No excuse

Each time I shop at the Target in Aberdeen I'm pleased with my experience. The store is always well stocked without having aisles jammed up with pallets, boxes on dolly's or trash. I mean have you been to other surrounding stores in our area?They're ALL a hot mess! So I appreciate being able to peacefully shop at Target without going through a rage in each department feeling like I'm in a corn maze.The only reason I find that I cannot give Target a 5 STAR review is because of that awful self checkout area. I absolutely hate that!!

Target never hires anybody, but yet they put signs up and post job listings that they do. They never answer the phone for any questions about applications or even concerns In general. I literally look at my phone for calls and emails like Im in the NFL draft trying to get recruited to target, just to get declined every time lmao

I typically have a great experience here, but the other day I was in store and in one of the children’s bench carts because there we no motorized or other carts available. I’m disabled, and was having a flare up day, so my girlfriend got the cart for me to sit. I believe her name was Melinda— she came up to me directly and asked “oh; are we just feeling lazy today?”It was a very upsetting comment to hear. Please teach your employees to be a little more sensitive to chronically ill people— even if they don’t outwardly seem disabled.

This particular store is mainly for women. There is barely anything for children boys and girls. As well as hardly anything for men. A marginal food section. The diversity of products is limited. The staff is polite and the store is clean.

Waited in a line that stretched from the Self-Checkout area all the way back to the Pharmacy in the Abingdon Target for more than 15minutes. The self-checkout was the ONLY option (no open cashier lanes and Not a cashier in sight.

Cat at the service desk was obviously on drugs and tweeking, she was unable to assist me with my return. was clearly making other customers extremely uncomfortable. Defiantly is not a good reflection on the target brand. I can go to walmart and expect this type of behavior. will not be returning to this store. complete disappointment.

I just wish there were more registers open on weekends. It's not normal to have just one register open on evenings or weekends just because you offer 4 self check out lines.

Came for a Christmas present, found it easily! Did have to wait in line for about 8 minutes, but the cashier was great. He even gave us the $50.00 gift card without us asking for it! All in all great time!

I love Target's drive up service! I arrived and my items came out very shortly after arriving. I've waited 45 minutes at Walmart waiting for my pick up order on several occasions 😒

The 5 stars is solely because i got excellent customer service by Cassie today. She is just the sweetest and genuinely wanted to help me without me asking her to. I didn't think they had what i was looking for. I NEVER have gotten asked if i needed help from an associate there in the years that I've shopped there. Truthfully I know where everything is located for the most part. But she led me right to what i wanted to get and even had a nice chat with me. They definitely need more people like her there. Thank you for making my ordinary errands Tuesday a fun experience.

HORRIBLE customer service by Hannah at checkout. Rudest cashier I've ever had. She was rude, didn't speak, tossed around $14 worth of carbonated drinks, threw a gift card in a bag with multiple other items. When I asked her if she scanned the gift card, she didn't know. Tried to call the store after I left and nobody would answer the phone. Horrible customer service.

This is your average Target. They never seem to have enough small size clothing in the women’s section and there are always clothes on the floor, but I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the employees.
