We took our almost 7 year old Siberian Husky for a much needed de-shedding, bathing, and grooming appt today and we brought home a new dog! She got the elite package with add on de-shedding. The groomers were so kind from the moment we came through the door and made our girl feel very comfortable. The work they performed on this husky was MAGIC- but I know they put in the work. She absolutely looks amazing and I know they took the time to completely get out all of her undercoat that was falling out in clumps. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with everything they did. She’s been to a few groomers in the past, but they’ve never been this thorough despite what I’ve asked for.

We were recommeded to LaBella Pet boutique by a friend. Who said that they take very good care of the pets brought to them. We had just gotten a new dog and decided to give them a try. We have NOT been disappointed!! First off the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. They pay attention to any request or changes we have for our dog’s hair cut from the previous visit and take pictures of any examples we bring in. Jess is the groomer that takes care of our dog Pepper, and she always does a great job with her! There are never any cuts, or signs of discomfort from Pepper after her grooming appointment and Pepper always looks great! The entire staff that we have dealt with have been great! We highly recommend that you take your pet to LaBella!!

Being part of the Maryland Youth Apprenticeship Program through Harford County Public Schools has been an amazing opportunity. Monica, the salon owner, is incredibly knowledgeable in the art of dog grooming. She’s really passionate about what she does and likes to share that passion with her students, she is patient and always willing to assist and guide new groomers. The work environment is comfortable, everyone is there to help, you’re never left on your own especially if you’re new to a task, you’re not just bathing dogs you’re also learning life skills to work with other people and the community. I highly recommend the Maryland Youth Apprenticeship Program as well as LaBella Pet Boutique!

My first time here and I will be returning! They did an amazing job with my doggie who was extremely past due with grooming due to previous groomer issues and his own health issues. My dog is a senior with heart conditions and they were very gentle him! Already made my next appointment! Great staff and clean location! My dog left happy!

Update: My baby still looks amazing!! It’s been a little over a year and my Schnoodle looks model ready- he knows he’s handsome so he will pose for the camera! I am so glad I found LaBella Pet Boutique, the staff is exceptional no matter who grooms my dog. Today, Jessica groomed my dog and she did an amazing job: thick brows and well groomed face, low cut on the body and fluffy legs! Shadow knows how to “own the room” he’s a bite size big dog and his schnauzer cut is picture perfect. Thanks LaBella you are the best!!! Stop in you won’t be disappointed 😍😆☺️My puppy looks amazing! I was a little nervous about getting my puppies first “big cut”’ he is a Schnoodle and sometimes achieving that Schnauzer look can be challenging. Does he have the correct texture hair, will he have the eyebrows or mustache? Monica far exceeded my expectations with Shadow’s cut today! Before I got in my car two people stopped me on the street and commented on my handsome black and white “Schnauzer”. I can’t stop smiling we even went for a photo shoot in the park! The proof is in the pudding! LaBella Pet Boutique is the best! Please stop by and have your doggy beautified- you won’t be disappointed!!

I was walking around the White Marsh Avenue over a year ago and I saw the cutest yorkie and I asked the owner where did she take him to get groomed. She told me about this place and I knew when I got my yorkie I was taking him there. Unfortunately my yorkie passed away a week later. A year later I got two yorkies and still remembered this groomer were the ones that I wanted my dogs to go to. I didn’t even have to give them instructions on what I wanted done to the puppies, they just new exactly what to do in order to have my boys looking good! Excellent customer service!! The salon inside is so beautiful and everyone there was so friendly. I definitely recommend coming here! They literally do anything and everything here and the price is so worth it :) I've had some horrible experiences with other places but you can instantly tell that these people here know what they're doing and that they're passionate with what they do. Will definitely be bringing him back!

We just moved to the area and was told about La Bella with high praise. I checked the reviews and booked the appointment. I was hesitant because my Bichon went to the same groomer for years with no problems. We took him to a different groomer one time and he developed terrible hot spots. Well, LaBella did such a great job that my daughter said he looks the best he has looked in 10+ years. He never really got compliments on his cuteness until after LaBella. He looks so handsome! My husband and I first tried La Bella Boutique back in February for our puppy’s first grooming appointment at 3 months old. The cost for services including a trim was more than reasonable and we were thoroughly impressed with the results and customer service. At the time I would have given this business 5/5 star rating.2 months later when I booked the same exact appointment I was given a call saying that the package I chose did not include a trim and if I wanted that service again I would have to pay double what I paid last time. He stated that my puppy’s first service pricing was a “one time thing” which was never disclosed to us. We regret to leave this boutique so soon but given these ambiguous prices for services that may or may not be included, we unfortunately will not be returning to La Bella Boutique.

I am very particular about people touching and picking up my dog and he is as well. When I bring my baby to LaBella Pet Boutique the staff is impeccable with their customer service, patient, kind and compassionate with my son.(Titus). The staff are always excited to see us and always greet us with love. Titus enjoys his grooming appointments and the care they show him lowers any anxiety he maybe feeling when im am out of his sight. My husband and I are “marveling” over the beautiful grooming job and the type of care our 2yr old white Maltese received at LaBella Pet Boutique. It was surely noticeable her coat is actually whiter. Took my Bella girl, Miniature American Eskimo, to LaBella for her first grooming yesterday. So very happy with the whole experience, start to finish! I took my 8 month lab puppy in for a bath with a low shedding treatment, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and blueberry facial. His coat looked amazing after the low shed treatment. He looked handsome, smelled good and came home super happy! I will be bringing him back. The staff was super nice and professional. The salon was very clean. Thanks again LaBella !

I recommend finding a place with better customer services. I scheduled my dog for a new appointment, explained to the receptionist what I wanted for my pup when I arrived for the FIRST TIME they said they didn’t have time for her. Needless to say, I left, and won’t be returning.I can say though, it looked like a clean place so that’s a plus.

Our groomer Joanne had taken great care of our older Shih Tzu Snuggles for many years. She decided to retire in 2020 and we asked her for a recommendation, and she told us she had heard good things about the new salon in Aberdeen called La Bella. We went in to meet the owners Monica & Vaughn and to see their facility, and decided to make an appointment. The first time we went to pick Snuggles up, they walked her out and she was "Strutting her fresh grooming and the Purple Feather"....way too cute!! We just picked her up this afternoon from her fifth visit and she looks great again.They are very friendly, accommodating, organized and we are grateful for the care they give our senior citizen dog.Jerry & Judy Clark

I have been taking my pets to groomers for years. I never found the one that I truly loved until today. I took my dog, Winnie, to LaBella to be groomed. Their boutique is perfectly spotless which speaks to the pride they have in their business. Monica and Vaughn were phenomenal with Winnie. They provided me with updates on her progress. When I picked her up she was actually smiling and happy!!! She’s typically very anxious when she visits a groomer. Not today. I am so happy with my dog Ruby’s groom by Monica!! She is a cockapoo and I wanted a puppy cut, which can be interpreted differently by groomers. Monica is the best groomer I've come across. My dog has a great deal of anxiety about grooming. Monica is incredibly calm and patient and on top of that does a magnificent job with the cut. She's very professional and personable. The convenience of her coming to my home is wonderful - it helps to alleviate my dog's anxiety, as well. I'm glad we have her services!
