Dee's flowers was called to make a casket spray for my Moms funeral. As well as a pillow with flowers to say Mom- Mom from her grandchildren.I could not have been more disappointed with the spray they delivered. The flowers looked like they were dying. They used so many filler flowers that looked like weeds from the woods. The large filler greens under it were all drooping downward. I called them immediately and they did send a young man out. He brought some more flowers and cut out the ones that looked like weeds. I also said it needs baby's breath. So another lady came to add the baby's breath. It did help it to look better, but it should have been beautiful to begin with. The writing on the ribbon looks like it was written by a child. These flowers were the ONLY issue with our Moms funeral. For the price we paid, it all should have been fresh, full, and beautiful. We will not use this florist again..

We ordered flowers for a loved one’s funeral.I am out of state so I called the store, the staff was very helpful planning the order. They did not have the flowers in the picture available so they substituted flowers with ones they had.I asked for them to be bright colors for my brother in law. I was in awe of the arrangement at the funeral. There were sunflowers and reds, yellows, whites, green flowers . He would have loved them. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement and wonderful customer service.

This is the first time I ordered from Dee's Florist. They didn't disappoint. The staff was professional and friendly. The ordered casket spray was beautiful. I will definitely use Dee's Florist again.

Purchased some flowers on Friday march 17 and the arrangement was beautiful but unfortunately the next day the roses started dying it has not been a week and they’re really dead. Maybe the flowers were very old, therefore I’m not happy with the business I made with you guys.

Total hot mess, for me to have worked into florial industry this teared me up to have received such an arrangement with filler (Boxwood) taller then the flowers and gaps that clearly looked to be a base arrangement for a possible higher arrangement but went out just to fill an order… totally looked rushed and I did NOT have the heart to tell my husband that the money he paid he could have gotten a prettier bunch at the grocery store for less… I understand Valentines Day is a busy day but this looked a hot mess!!!! Totally surprised I heard good things of this location and then this….

Try Amanda's next time. Bait and switch. Photo of flowers I ordered from their website. Received a call telling me that it's a mistake and an upcharge is required. I cancelled. Called back to ask if I could have a 2nd choice on website that was same price. Then noticed both were removed from website. Called again to find out if getting that 2nd choice was going to be a problem. Photo of flowers delivered versus the expectation. I'm ok with accepting a mistake and compromise but the result should still look nice. These are amateurish. At least they arrived on time.

My mom ordered me flowers today for my birthday last minute. At 1:00 they stop their deliveries at 1:00 but the man that works there (I think my mom said his name was Ricky, I could be mistaken) Told her since I lived right around the corner he would deliver them personally! He had them at my house with a balloon within 10 min of my mom ordering. They are an absolutely beautiful bouquet!! I have never used their services before. But now that I know they go above and beyond for their customers, I will surely use them in the future! Very impressive! Thank you for taking a last min order and delivering them personally to me! I normally don’t write reviews, but when I called my mom to thank her and she told me she just ordered them, I was seriously impressed!

Ordered a standing spray online. Pics of spray was not what I expected. I asked to put red roses in place of white, which should not be a hard ask! All florists have red roses. No phone call, just a standing spray sent by a business for a coworker not matching even what my receipt said! Very disappointed, will not use them again.

Though I am grateful my boyfriend sent me flowers, balloon and card for our 15th year anniversary, it was way too expensive for what was received. A mini flower arrangement with ok flowers etc at $90. SMH - if he went to the store he could have bought the same thing (prefer roses) for half that price. Not sure if we will make it to 16! Dees thank you but for the price it was under what I would have expected for the cost.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this florist. The flowers were cut too short (not in the water) and wilted almost immediately. The water was dirty, and we just hoped for better quality. Not good.

I am a very picky person, and Dee’s did my wedding flowers. Our colors were red and blue, and I was really scared of it turning into a bunch of red, white, and blue. I don’t really know anything about flowers, so I told Dave what colors I wanted and he said he would figure out the rest. He did so much better than I could have ever expected. He was the easiest, and most reliable vendor that had a part in my wedding. Dave is really great to talk to, and he definitely knows a lot about his industry. I would recommend him to anyone anyone.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will definitely use Dee’s for any floral needs. Dave is the most accommodating florist I have ever seen. When my daughter’s wedding had to be postponed twice due to COVID he wasn’t sure he could get the same flowers they had agreed to. Dave went out of his way to get the flowers she wanted. On the day of the wedding even though there was a huge accident blocking the highway Dave still made it and had everything set up and ready to go in plenty of time. His staff is as great as he is. The floral arrangements and bouquets were above and beyond anything we imagined. When I saw how beautiful everything was I was in awe. I would recommend Dee’s for any floral needs!!!

First they deliver in the base at Aberdeen where my wife works, and they were able to deliver the same day. I had no idea what to get, so the person I talked to told me he had a very nice fall arrangement. I trusted his judgement. After a couple of hours my wife called me and said she loved them! Loved this Florist. Debbie created an amazing arrangement for my wife. Both owners took a moment to chat with me, even though they and all of the staff were extremely busy with it being the Friday before Valentine's Day. When I told the male owner about all of the vases we have at home, he said that if we wanted to bring them in, they would take them off of our hands give us a small arrangement as a token of thanks. I noticed chocolate covered strawberries in the cooler. The female owner's eyes lit up and she said that they were from Bomboy's just that morning. I took a box to add to my order. It was an excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone in the area. My wife was very happy with her surprise of beautiful roses and chocolate covered strawberries.

It is no wonder Dee's Flowers and Gifts has been in business for many, many years. They do flowers and customer service perfectly! Their website made it easy to order online.
