This Walgreen's is incredibly bad. At 11:00 a.m. on Friday, my California Dr sent an electronic prescription for Paxlovid. I called at 11:50 a.m and again at 3:00 p.m. to see if they had the prescription. Both times I was told they did not have the prescription. I had also verified with California Dr that the presription was sent. They told me to call back at 5:00 p.m. When I went to the pharmacy I was told they did not have the prescription but would look. After almost an hour at 6:30 p.m. I was told they still didn't have the prescription, but would call the doctor - note I had not told them the name of the Dr. They then said the prescription lacked vital information. The pharmacy closes at 7:00 p.m. and is not open on weekends. This level of customer service is appalling. First they lied to me numerous times and then tried to cover by saying they would call the dr but were not sure they would be able to get ahold of him/her before they closed at 7 p.m. Throughout the phone calls and entire interaction, they were rude and dismissive. Note, I called my dr again on Saturday, had the prescription sent to the local CVS who received it almost immediatley and had it filled within the hour. I will never again have a prescription sent to Walgreens, nor will I purchase anything from their stores. If possible I would give this Walgreen's a minus 5

Decent prices, service, and location. Great place to get medicine prescriptions filled or refilled. The pharmacy was very fast when I went to this Walgreens. There was two or three people a head of me and it still took less then a half hour to get my prescription filled and in my hand. They also have 1 hour photo (takes less time then that though) and Western Union services. You can even find an inmate account through Western Union @ this Walgreens, however Western Union shuts down an hour before the store closes. They have good hours of operation also. Store opens at 8am and the pharmacy opens at 9am.

Walgreens, the WORST Customer Service EVER! The Pharmacist in Wells should be fired. Went to pick up an antibiotic for my husband, I was informed "it is too expensive, we do not stock it." No offer of getting me the medicine my husband truly needs or where I could get it. The real insult when she said "do you know it is expensive?" Well I never asked the price nor did I care. So Walgreens maybe a little less Cheetos, Bad Box Wine and Palmolive and more antibiotics?NO STARS because you deserve to be sued. You actually denied my husband medicine.

The pharmacy staff at Walgreens in Wells is extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient . These pleasant and beyond patient employees made our experience of getting the shingles vaccine today a very positive one. .

Great service- shingles vaccine was backordered, so I left my info and was called when it was available. They also called when the second shot was available and due. Very courteous and efficient--thank you!

I was there for my flu shot. I spent a total of 12 minutes between filling out paperwork and getting my shot . The pharmacist was so sweet and the shot did NOT hurt!!

They are frequently closed and don’t seem to have much in stock. I plan to switch pharmacy's because of the lack of hours. Currently going on 45 minutes on hold to speak with a pharmacist.
