Dr. Townsend and the entire staff at Dirigo Veterinary Care are simply amazing! Dr. Townsend was very thorough with his exam of our cat, was very patient and answered all our questions. You can definitely tell it's a locally owned practice with people who truly care about the animals and the owners! It was such a breath of fresh air to see this and I'm beyond thrilled that he decided to open this practice. It's exactly what our animals and WE as pet owners need! Thank you for bringing the care back into veterinary medicine.

yesterday was a sad day for my household. my dog had taken a fast decline in her health. this office was very responsive and accommodating with getting my girl in to be seen. Teagan was very helpful with scheduling, and ease of paperwork. Dr. Townsend was very informative with all of our options. it was very clear he deeply cares for animals and what's in their best interest along with making sure he shows compassion when hard decisions are needed. this was our first appointment with this clinic and it was very welcoming and comfortable. the staff and Dr showed so much sympathy for our pup. we will definitely be switching to this office for all of our pet needs from here on out.

Had an emergency with our cat, got.her in next day! Staff is very welcoming, courteous and friendly! Dr. Townsend is very thorough and explained everything so that we understood. Fee structure is very fair, and we're able to get our fur baby in for a procedure very quickly. Highly recommend to anyone!!

Thank you for helping us, on short notice, arrange a gentle end of life for our older kitty. We were all very touched by the sympathy card with the comments showing you remembered the stories of her life. I also appreciated the way you explained everything to my son and gave us space and time with her.I wouldn't hesitate to go back if we get a cat again. Thanks tons!
