I would like to give a quick shout out to April Weston. April is the best, not only is she an amazing person but she makes the best food I have ever had. Way to go girl!!!! Ralphs use to be the worst place in town to order food but since new owners have taken over it has become the best place in town especially people at Ralphs aren't rude unlike some places( Way better than MVV has ever been). A big thank you to the owners for actually taking the time to improve the store but also to them actually caring about the customer. They definitely know what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. My new go to for pizza! This is probably the best pizza in the Farmington/Rumford area. Ellis Variety in Dixfield is good. But Ralph's pizza beats it.The prices are a bit high but it's worth it for the pizza. Haven't tried anything else but pizza yet but plan to go through their menu now that I see how good their pizza is. I only have one issue - the floor inside is horrible. It needs to be replaced. It's a shame to not replace the flooring given all the improvements that they have made. But the deli looks clean so I can overlook the floor - for the most part. By the way, DO NOT get pizza at Sam's Italian Sandwich Shop in Dixfield. They are so cheap and stingy, you will feel like you got ripped off when you get your food, and prices for what they give are outrageous. I bought a veggie pizza there yesterday and it was so skimpy that I took it back for a refund. The veggie pizza from Ralph's was great.

Great spot for takeout. Reliably good food at great prices for the area. Burgers are huge and the fries are delicious. Bit of a hole in the wall and the kind of neighborhood where you lock your doors but Ralphs is definitely doing something right in the kitchen!

Bought 2 $11.00 hoagie deluxe tonight this is what they looked like burnt one piece ham grosses hoagie I've ever tasted for 11 dollers roll looked more like a hot dog roll than a sub roll

To the man from New York that works in the deli... I have had many pizzas from pretty much everywhere in the surrounding area including Ralph's but never have I been more pleased so much in fact I had to call back to tell him myself I just didn't catch his name. That was hands down the best pizza I've had in the 2 years I have been living here props to u sir we will see ya again 100%.

Great store. Awesome deli! The pizza is the best in the county. Sandwiches and wraps are great. The head of the deli, Lisa is the best cook, if she is on duty your food will be even better. (Hard to believe, but she can cook).If you are ever in Rumford, Maine, swing-by 341 Cumberland Street and get some of the best food around. Also Ralph's does not "skimp" on the coolers, they keep their coolers VERY cold, so that means the COLDEST beer, soda, and other beverages in town.

I'm sorry but the only few good things about Ralph's store is the coolers are nice and cold and the pizza is good, I also liked their steak and cheese but the bread was soaked in grease and wasn't toasted so that's not good. My husband also got a great fish basket. The few bad this to say are me and my husband got way over cooked mozzarella sticks to the point they were a dark brown and they also make finger roll sandwiches and the egg salad ones they make has basically no egg and all mayonnaise so I would say this place has some good and some bad things about it.

The staff has an attitude problem, the redemption center steals money from it's customers, and don't bother complaining to the store because they just plain don't care. It's a store run by liars and thieves, and frequented by violent customers. Spend your money somewhere else, this place is the worst.

Ralphs is an awsome place to grab some good grub if your in a hurry, your food comes out quick and you can browse the pawn shop or look through cheap DVDS while you wait. That beautiful blonde bobbi will make you smile and brighten your day, by far the best and most friendly employee there from the delI to the register!

This review is for the deli only I did not like the food I have gotten from Ralph's steak bomb was so greasy my bread wasn't bread anymore and I only live less then a minute walk the burnt mozzarella sticks to the point you couldn't find any cheese and couldn't eat them no food I have gotten at Ralph's deli was worth getting again the only thing they have good is there pizza... the sodas and other drinks are nice and cold cold cold...
