Love this hannaford. I do my weekly shopping as a pick up and they always do a amazing job getting as much of my order as they can. Then I'll run in to get what they don't have as a replacement. Everything is easy to find and just like the pick up team, the team that works inside rocks!

When I lived in the area, I used to go to the Old Town all the time. I enjoyed shopping there, I knew the lay out back then like the back of my hand. Was in the area recently and went, there have been renovations (like most of them), seems to be ok, tho a little cramped and crowded now.

This is a great neighborhood supermarket. The lines for actual cashiers are never too long as I avoid self checkout. The pharmacy is always fast, friendly, and accurate.

The one in Old Town has bad meat and the milk is usually stale the bread is always hard and I never have the same thing twice can you find something you like and good luck cuz they won't order it again it used to be awesome what would New Management it went downhill I shpp at the Bangor one, cleaner shelter always stopped and nicer staff

After three months, I am choosing to change my original review 1 star to 5 star! I found Kylee, breath of fresh air, I found her amazing. Her customer service was amazing. Her speed was really good and taking care of my needs and everyone else in a timely manner and her cash register area was clean too! Thank you Hannaford old town!

I love Hannaford because of their meats and produce, but unfortunately their prices are higher than different grocery chains with comparable meats and produce at a lower price, and with the economy today we save wherever we can

I started using Hannaford to Go in 2021 and love it. The shoppers do a great job having everything ready on time or early, making appropriate substitutions when needed, and choosing good fruits and fresh vegetables. Very pleased with this store and this service.

Store is clean and food quality good. But staff need customer service training. Even managers. Not very friendly or helpful.**Update** Some stores are better than others. Over all they are very clean stores and have locally grown produce from local Farmers, Which is helpful when you can't get to the farmers market.

I am so glad they have tap to pay! Wife and I went to get stuff from Walmart, realized neither of us had our wallets, so couldn't pay for it since they don't have tap to pay, luckily was able to use it at Hannaford and saved us a trip back home and back.

Hannaford almost always has the best prices and great availability. Items vary between each store though, making some selections difficult if you’re at a different store.

Very clean supermarket. Good selection and good sales. Price is about what you'd expect for a higher mid-end grocery store. A few times where items weren't necessarily where I'd logically guess they'd be, but store staff is friendly and good to help a new customer find his way.

Masks are few and far between, but the store is still well stocked and nicely laid out and organized. The staff are friendly and it's never been that crowded. Their selection of organic food is increasing a bit.

Good store. Like it. Would like to see additional options like lamb from local farms and expanded selections of mideast foods like authentic bread ( I presently go to the Boston area and stock up on bread and other items not found in most local stores).

This is the best Grocery store in the Old Town\Orono area. Very clean and well stocked with fresh fruits and veggies. They also have an excellent meat department with employees that don't act like your a burden when they are asked a question. In fact I've never been treated poorly by anyone who works here and I've been shopping here for 36 years, since I was a little tyke.

Lots of available items to choose from. Fresh produce, a deli and bakery, huge frozen section, and even a pharmacy and money services (cashing checks, etc). All of it at good prices

Very clean well run supermarket with about all needs to our community as well is IGA 2 miles away. More than willing to help and about all lines down but could be more at times. My pharmacy is there also which is excellent most of the time for turn around of getting meds. Very very busy and usual the Doctors office lacking to call them. Only slight ? Problem not all wear mask nor do those visiting ! I do and continue as being in hospital work for 60 ++ years safer to be safe then not , if it means til the end of our new year coming so be it ! Lived though 3 outbreaks of high stress diseases and remember to many untimely deaths. Sorry of track this store is excellent.

Another of the Hannaford stores I frequent. Know where everything is here. I love to do my own groceries at the quick check outs now as I like only me handling my groceries. But, since they changed the self checkout programs this last time I have noticed I need to get more help checking out than before.

I practically live there. They have just about anything needed and, thus far, my experience with staff has been positive. My only qualm is the prices. Sometimes they are quite a bit higher than other places (organic food is ridiculous!). The meat, deli, and produce is the best in this area, but pricey. I wish there were more coupons/discounts for those categories. Other than that, they keep the store clean and organized and offer a healthy selection of goods.
