We absolutely love their cinnamon buns but the last two times we noticed that only half of it has frosting. I’m not trying to ruin anyone’s day here but when you have some health issues and try to have a treat once in a while, its very disappointing to split one and only one person gets frosting.. just saying... otherwise they are delicious.. I do hope they read their reviews and put frosting over the whole bun...

Best cinnamon buns around! We travel 8 hours to come to OP ME and our first stop is always to get cinnamon buns. Also the sandwiches are amazing!!! The best!

Morning of October 8, 2018. We decided to stop for a quick breakfast before heading back to Montreal Canada. It was their last day open. Sadly, I didn’t had the chance to taste their famous cinnamon roll😖😭...Another reason for me to come back 🤪. Their coffee and breakfast (bagel/eggs/bacon) is simple but good/tasty! Staff are super friendly and I really love the laid back vibe as I got in. I would definitely come back just for the cinnamon rolls 😛😛 and also to discover this lovely area a bit more 😊

This small diner offers snacks and simple junkfood. I paid 7$ for a sandwich on commercial White bread containing only a piece of frozen chicken reheated on the grill, with a small bag of chips. It took them 50 minutes before I got my order and the waitress didn't even look at me with a smile.

I have been going here for decades and have no complaints. Their morning cinnamon rolls are delicious and legendary. Their lunchtime sandwiches are perfect for the beach. Their coffee is decent and they have a nice selection of summer necessities.

We stopped here twice in our 4 day visit to Old Orchard Beach. The first time was to try those cinnamon rolls we had heard so much about. Although I assumed reports of their greatness had been exaggerated...after trying one I am completely on board with their greatness. Best cinnamon roll I have ever had hands down. The second time we visited , I got a breakfast sandwich...ham,egg and cheese on an English muffin. One bite and I was surprised at just how delicious it was. Freshly made with ham that was tasty but not too salty. I would have a hard time in future visits deciding what to have for breakfast. The staff was super nice and even though the line was long...everyone seemed so happy. Great coffee as well. Love that they have a shaker of cinnamon over by the cream since I love cinnamon in my coffee.

The best cinnamon rolls in the world. Hands down. No questions asked. And when I say world I mean WORLD! I've tried cinnamon rolls all over (they are my favorite pastry) and nothing compares to these cinnamon rolls. You will not be disappointed! Wake up and get there early because they run out everyday, sometimes by 10am they are all gone. Trust me you will not be disappointed! These are the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had! THEY ARE SO DELICIOUS!

I really like this place. Great variety of different things you need and want. Breakfast sandwiches are terrific, Whoopie pies and other delicious sweets. Unfortunately, they are only open during the tourist season......Until next summer.

I have to echo the comments about the cinnamon rolls, probably the best I have ever had (and I'm pretty much a breakfast pastry junkie). Donuts were awesome too.... and yes, get there early if you want to ensure you get your fix !

Woman came out and screamed at a delivery driver for dropping their freight where requested; Total Karen, would not recommend this place. The delivery guy got out of his truck and put their freight away while the Karen claimed for 20 years never has she ever; her child wouldn’t know what offering to ‘dolly the freight in for them meant’. Definitely not coming here again.

Ocean Park Subs and Grocery is a staple in the community! The wraps are my all time favorite, particularly the Asian wrap! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, including Lobster Rolls! Don’t forget a famous cinnamon bun for breakfast! The owner is incredibly genuine and kind which pours over into the store. If you are in the area and need a little something for your vacation or just a bite to eat, this is the place to go!

Each summer we make an annual pilgrimage to the shop and Order they're Italian combo with oil. It's a family tradition, and well worth it. Fresh baked muffins are real find and the coffee is pretty darn good. What more could you ask for a block from the beach?

Love stopping here for the cinnamon rolls for breakfast. When the day is hot I like coming up from the beach to cool off with some ice cream. Nice little shop with a decent variety of "essentials". Saves me from running into town. :)

We had our oxygen deliverly guy tell us about the cinnamon buns and on our way to upstate Maine we made a stop . It was the hilight for me of our trip,! They are delicious and I want more. Only they will. be closed the st of year! Boohoo!

A seaside tradition. The home made cinnamon buns are baked fresh bright and early every day. Each morning you see many folk with their white boxes walking back along the beach front to their holiday lets for a sweet tooth breakfast.

One of Maine's gems. Wonderful sandwich menu. Kid's get lunch in a sand pail that includes a sandwich, drink, snack and cookie. Cinnamon rolls to die for. Friendly staff.

Tried to order breakfast before 11 and the kids were all standing around. Then the lady goes I'm not taking orders an walked away from me. So I missed breakfast due to childish work environment. Poor service. Lack of respect for the customer.

What's going on. My husbend has gone twice now and muffis were stale and cinnamon buns weren't fresh. And this was before 8am. Was not like this 2 years ago.
